Persepsi Masyarakat atas Kepemimpinan Perempuan di Kecamatan Darussalam Aceh Besar

Women's leadership is kind of women's participation in community leading intellectually and emotionally, which is contribute their energy, thoughts, and material to realize a certain goal. Therefore, in history, women’s leadership come up as a significant issue until now days from local and global approach. However women leader especially in Aceh Besar District founded very rare, particularly the position as a village leader.  To figure out the problem, this study try to describe the philosophical values in society toward women's leadership, and to find out the perception of the people of Darussalam Subdistrict, Aceh Besar Regency around the issue.  In this sense, as a field research this research apply a qualitative type of research by using data collection techniques such as documentation, observation.and direct interviews. The results showed that the value of the philosophy of women's leadership displayed from the understanding of the community toward position of a woman, where women also have rights and freedoms in carrying out their obligations. Hence, women have important foundations in family life, organizations and the community.AbstrakKepemimpinan perempuan merupakan suatu bentuk keikutsertaan perempuan dalam memimpin secara intelektual serta emosional dalam suatu kelompok yang dapat memberikan sumbangan yang baik dalam bentuk tenaga, pikiran, maupun materiil guna untuk dapat mewujudkan suatu tujuan tertentu. Kepemimpinan perempuan khususnya di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, kepala desa yang dipimpin oleh perempuan menjadi hal yang sangat jarang dijumpai. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan nilai filosofis dalam kepemimpinan perempuan, serta mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang berbasis penelitian lapangan, serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, wawancara langsung dengan masyarakat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Selain itu, teknik pengumpulan data lainnya seperti dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai filosofi kepemimpinan perempuan dapat dilihat dari pemahaman masyarakat yaitu terletak pada kedudukan seorang perempuan. Dimana perempuan juga mempunyai hak dan kebebasan dalam menjalankan kewajibannya, serta Perempuan tidak lagi dipandang sebagai sosok yang lemah, akan tetapi memiliki fondasi penting dalam kehidupan keluarga, organisasi maupun lingkungan masyarakat.
女性领导力是女性在智力上和情感上对社区领导的一种参与,是为实现一定的目标而贡献自己的精力、思想和物质。因此,在历史上,妇女的领导地位成为一个重要的问题,直到今天,从地方和全球的角度来看。然而,妇女领导人,特别是在亚齐贝萨尔区成立非常罕见,特别是作为一个村领导人的职位。为了弄清楚这个问题,本研究试图描述社会上对妇女领导的哲学价值,并找出达鲁萨兰街道的人对这个问题的看法,亚齐省长。从这个意义上说,作为一项实地研究,本研究通过使用文献、观察等数据收集技术,采用定性研究。还有直接面试。结果表明,妇女领导哲学的价值体现在社会对妇女地位的理解上,妇女在履行其义务时也有权利和自由。因此,妇女在家庭生活、组织和社区中具有重要的基础。[摘要]kememimpinan perempuan merupakan suatu bentuk keikutsertaan perempuan dalam memimpin secara知识分子seram suatu kelompok yang dapat memberikan sumbangan yang baik dalam bentuk tenaga, pikiran, maupun材料guna untuk dapat mewujudkan suatu tujuan tertentu。在亚齐省的地方,让我们一起来了解一下,让我们一起来了解一下,让我们一起来了解一下。Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yyitu mendeskripsikan nilai filosofis dalam kepemimpinan perempuan, serta mengetahui persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Darussalam kabupten Aceh Besar terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan。Penelitian ini bersifat kualitf yang berbasis Penelitian lapangan, serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, wawankara langsung dengan masyarakat Kecamatan Darussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar。根据不同的文献资料和观测资料,研究了人口普查数据。Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai filosofi kepemimpinan perempuan dilihat dari pemahaman masyarakat yititterletak pada kedudukan seorang perempuan。Dimana perempuan juga mempunyai hak dan kebebasan dalam menjalankan kewajibanya, serta perempuan tidak lagi dipandang sebagai sosok yang lemah, akan tetapi memiliki fondasi penam kehidupan keluarga, organisasi maupun lingkungan masyarakat。

Dinamika Intelektual dan Peradaban Islam pada Masa Rasulullah

The role of the Prophet Muhammad in spreading the teachings of Islam not only influenced the dynamics of the rule of law (shari'ah) but also the formation of world civilization. This article will explain the role of Rasulullah in building civilization and intellect in the Islamic world. This study is a literature review using a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. This research concludes that Muhammad saw. has succeeded in changing the civilization of the Arabs into a more civilized nation. In terms of thought, the Prophet Muhammad was the center of all Islamic teachings in the process of the early formation of Islamic society. The existence of the Prophet is the only human being who has the authority to justify the thought of Islamic law in that society.AbstrakPeran Rasulullah Muhammad saw dalam menyebarkan ajaran Islam tidak hanya memberikan pengaruh pada dinamika aturan hukum (syari’at) an sich, melainkan memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan peradaban dunia yang berjalan beriringan. Artikel ini akan mengetengahkan sejauh mana peran Rasulullah dalam membangun peradaban dan intelektualitas dunia Islam. Kajian ini sebuah kajian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari Kajian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa: Dari sudut pandang peradaban, Muhammad saw telah berhasil mengubah peradaban bangsa Arab dengan segala kompleksitas persoalan sosialnya menjadi bangsa yang lebih beradab. Sementara dari sudut pandang pemikiran, Rasulullah saw adalah pusat dari segala ajaran Islam yang pada masa itu sedang dalam proses pembentukan awal. Keberadaan Rasulullah merupakan satu-satunya manusia yang memiliki otoritas untuk memberikan justifikasi terhadap pemikiran hukum Islam, meskipun dalam lingkup yang sangat kecil memungkinkan bagi sahabat tertentu untuk melakukan ijtihad.

Sekularisme dalam Pendidikan di Malaysia

The majority of the population of Malaysia is Muslim. However, Islam does not regulate all aspects of state life in this country. The education aspect, for example, is more directed to the western education system and model than the Islamic education system, as well as in the Malaysian state government and political system. The purpose of this study is to classify the idea of secularism that is applied in policy or development in Malaysia, especially in the field of education. This research is a field research, using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Malaysian state has implemented secularism in the government system in Malaysia. This is due to the influence of British colonialism which replaced the model of government based on Malay culture into a democratic system of government, political, social, economic and educational systems. This resulted in the Islamic model slowly starting to be erased, especially in education.AbstrakMayoritas penduduk negara Malaysia menganut agama Islam. Namun tidak semua aspek kehidupan bernegara di negara ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan ajaran islam.  Aspek pendidikan misalnya, sistem pendidikan lebih mengarah pada model dan sistem pendidikan barat dan tidak menganut pada sistem pendidikan Islam, begitu juga dalam sistem pemerintahan dan politik negara Malaysia. Tujuan penelitian ini juga untuk mengklasifikasikan tentang ide sekularisme yang diterapkan dalam kebijakan atau pembangunan di Malaysia khususnya dibidang pendidikan.. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa negara Malaysia telah menerapkan sekularisme dalam sistem pemerintahan di Malaysia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengaruh penjajahan Inggris yang menggantikan model pemerintahan yang berbasis pada budaya melayu menjadi sistem demokrasi sistem pemerintahan, politik, sosial, ekonomi dan pendidikan.  Hal ini mengakibatkan secara perlahan model islami mulai terhapus khususnya dalam pendidikan.

INITIATING RELIGIOUS MODERATION EDUCATION IN THE ERA OF MANUSCRIPT-BASED EDUCATION 4.0: HERMENEUTIC ANALYSIS OF SERAT WEDHARAGA 在以手稿为基础的教育4.0时代开启宗教节制教育:对塞拉特·维德哈拉加的诠释学分析

Education must continue to adapt to changes to educate the younger generation for the dynamics of industrial revolution 4.0. Religious moderation is practiced in a variety of ways, most notably in education. Reintroducing the Indonesian nation's old writings is one technique to impart religious moderation instruction to the younger generation. With the richness of cultural works that Indonesia has such as ancient manuscripts, it should be able to lead people to live in harmony and peace. However, as a result of the growth of the industrial revolution 4.0, what is happening in our Indonesian life nowadays reveals that many deeds lead to violence and criminality in the name of religion. This study aims to investigate the concept of religious moderation education in the era of manuscript-based education 4.0, which is done using Serat Wedharaga's hermeneutic analysis approach. Researchers will use all available data and analysis to demonstrate how Serat Wedharaga, the work of Raden Ngabehi Ranggawarsita, presents a concept linked to moderation education, which is critical in today's society in the education 4.0 era. This research is based on qualitative data. The data sources in this study consist of two kinds of data, namely primary data sources in the form of Serat Wedharaga manuscript, and secondary data in the form of books, photos, documents, journals, and previous research results that are relevant or related to primary data and research themes. After conducting an in-depth study, it is found that Serat Wedharaga incorporates educational principles such as andragogy education and the value of self-regulation, which includes honesty, tepasalira (tolerance), awas lan eling (cautiousness), and rejecting rumor. The educational values in Serat Wedharaga are relevant to the concept of religious moderation in the education 4.0 era.

Religious moderation is practiced in a variety of ways, most notably in education. Reintroducing the Indonesian nation's old writings is one technique to impart religious moderation instruction to the younger generation. With the richness of cultural works that Indonesia has such as ancient manuscripts, it should be able to lead people to live in harmony and peace. However, as a result of the growth of the industrial revolution 4.0, what is happening in our Indonesian life nowadays reveals that many deeds lead to violence and criminality in the name of religion. This study aims to investigate the concept of religious moderation education in the era of manuscript-based education 4.0, which is done using Serat Wedharaga's hermeneutic analysis approach. Researchers will use all available data and analysis to demonstrate how Serat Wedharaga, the work of Raden Ngabehi Ranggawarsita, presents a concept linked to moderation education, which is critical in today's society in the education 4.0 era. This research is based on qualitative data. The data sources in this study consist of two kinds of data, namely primary data sources in the form of Serat Wedharaga manuscript, and secondary data in the form of books, photos, documents, journals, and previous research results that are relevant or related to primary data and research themes. After conducting an in-depth study, it is found that Serat Wedharaga incorporates educational principles such as andragogy education and the value of self-regulation, which includes honesty, tepasalira (tolerance), awas lan eling (cautiousness), and rejecting rumor. This research discusses practices of the magical culture in pesantren in Banten. The research model used in this study is qualitative-descriptive. Historical studies are used to present a narrative and chronological presentation of the storyline of a discussion. Pesantren in Banten has distinct characteristics compared to other pesantren in Indonesia. Most people believe that Banten is a Province in Indonesia that is famous for its ulama, kyai, santri, and pesantren. Those stereotypes and beliefs arise because Islamic values have been rooted strongly in most Banten citizens traditionally, culturally, and ritually. One of the characteristics of pesantren in Banten is that every santri is taught magic, silat (martial art), and tasawuf knowledge. Those characteristics have always been a matter of discussion because people believe that there are practices of magic in every pesantren in Banten. Some sources mention Banten as a center for the occult sciences, as well as known as a religious region. Magical practice is still considered important for the people of Banten, especially those living in rural areas to solve practical problems in their social life. In addition, the existence of jawara (warrior) and pesantren has created its own culture that is different from the dominant culture of Banten society.

This paper is aimed to determine the response of the pesantren community in Magelang-Indonesia to the Measles Rubella (MR) immunization law in 2017. Moreover, this paper was more focused on the investigation for the elements that is influencing the emergence of pro-contra attitudes among the pesantren community in Magelang-Indonesia toward the MR Rubella immunization law.  The author used a sociology approach.  Data obtained through observation, interview and literature study.  The author used deductive-inductive methods and critical reflection to analyze the data. The article presents the conclusion of research that the pesantren community response in Magelang to inplementation of immunization and vaccination occurred pros and cons. Groups who reject immunization argue that immunization is against religious law. Meanwhile, the group receiving immunizations argues that immunization is important and emergencies in ensuring the health of children to avoid the disease that will result from not being immunized. So is the perspective of world religions. Essentially Islam, Protestant, Hindu and Jewish receive immunization as an effort to ensure the health of children. While Catholics and Buddhism tend to reject immunization

One of the issues that often arise in the national politics and up to now is still warm is the rejection of non-Muslim leadership in the Muslim community. This problem arises due to differences in the views of scholars in understanding the verses of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. In order to solve these problems, this article seeks to find sources of library data and then describes the reality of non-Muslim leadership in Indonesia. The results showed that the scholars differed in opinion regarding the permissibility of non-Muslim leaders. First, forbid choosing non-Muslim leaders because they have similarities in interpreting lafadz awliya 'with helpers and leaders. Second, they allow non-Muslim leaders for Muslim-majority areas because they hold the view that lafadz awliya' is no longer appropriate in the current context. In the perspective of Islam, a leader is called the caliph al-nubuwwah as the successor of the Prophet in world affairs, religion, or the state, therefore the law authorizing non-Muslims to handle the affairs of Muslims is haram, the law is like asking non-Muslims for help to fight rebels, and so on. as well as taking care of the affairs of the Muslims in general, this is in accordance with the letter al-Maidah verse 51 concerning the inability to control the administrative affairs of the Muslims to non-Muslims

Amid modernization, most people need happiness. However, it accidentally brings them out to ecstasy. Plenty of ways are done to achieve its happiness. Unfortunately, some people are disappointed because they are unable to obtain it. When they don't succeed, their souls become unstable. This study examines the psychological problems of modern society with all its issues. Since it used the method of literature, the researchers drew two conclusions. First, most people experience a psychological crisis. It implies that they are less aware of the origins of their creation. Second, Islam offers a solution to overcome it by giving a thankful mindset and a way to purify one's soul (Tazkiyatun Nafs). People who have a thankful heart are happier, healthier, and in a better mood. People who regularly do Tazkiyatun Nafs (soul-cleansing) can keep their bad temper under control.

This study explains the contribution of the Alawiyyin scholars in the Islamization of the archipelago in the 15th-16th centuries AD. The Alawiyyin scholar or Bani Alawi was the descendant of Sayyid Alawi bin Ubaidillah bin Ahmad al-Muhajir who was connected to the Prophet Muhammad. They had played a major role in spreading Islam in the archipelago and contributed to the intellectual-spiritual development of Islamic civilizations in the archipelago. However, unfortunately, their role was not widely written by historians even though many classical scientific sources recorded their history. Therefore, this study provides new facts in revealing their contribution in spreading Islam in the archipelago through various works of literature of classical scholars who had recorded their contributions during the Islamization in the archipelago. This study was conducted using a literature study; with historical analysis to find historical data and facts about the contribution of Alawiyyin scholars in the Islamization of the archipelago in the 15th-16th centuries AD. The findings of this study show that Alawiyyin's contribution to the Islamization of the archipelago can be witnessed in their attempts to spread Islam, resulting in the birth of Islamic civilizations in the archipelago. They also helped to root Ahlussunnah wa Jama'ah, Syafii's sect (madzhab), and Sunni Sufism throughout the archipelago with wisdom

THE PERSPECTIVES OF ISLAMIC SCHOLARS ON RELIGIOUS DERADICALIZATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA ROLES 伊斯兰学者对宗教去极端化和社会媒体角色的看法

Tackling religious radicalism is a challenge in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the perceptions of Islamic scholars in Yogyakarta regarding the deradicalization of religion and the role of social media in religious deradicalization. This research uses a case study method which is part of qualitative research. Researchers collected data by conducting in-depth interviews via offline or online interviews via the Zoom application. Participants consisted of 16 male and female Islamic scholars coming from various backgrounds of Islamic organizations, such as Muhammadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama, the Indonesian Islamic Da’wah Institute, Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia, and the Qur’an Tafsir Council. The location of this research is Yogyakarta Special Region. Interview data were analyzed using thematic analysis methods. This study of religious deradicalization found four major themes, namely strengthening awareness of being Indonesian, prioritizing an inclusive approach as a soft approach in fighting radicalism, promoting a deep understanding of Islam, and utilizing social media. This research can contribute to the government, religious leaders, educational institutions, and BNPT (National Counter-Terrorism Agency) where religious deradicalization programs need to be focused on a soft approach, involving the use of social media, targeting blind spot areas such as study programs of medical, engineering, and pharmacy at universities and ensuring mosques uncontrolled by radical groups.
