This study aims to describe the psychological Impact of vulnerability experiences experienced by retired Indonesian migrant workers who experience vulnerability from unpleasant treatment during the migration process. This research is a case study with a descriptive qualitative research approach and uses data collection methods, namely in-depth interviews and observations. The subjects of this studu were three women who live in Bangkala Village, Manggala District, Makassar city, who have backgrounds as former women migrant workers. The results of the data analysis show that the subject experiences various psychological dynamic conditions that greatly impact the vulnerability experienced during his tenure as migrant workers in the oil palm plantation sector. Such as trauma, emotional disturbances and anxiety disorder with different psychological coping strategies depending on the specific situation experienced by each subject.

COVID-19 has an impact on all levels of education in Indonesia and has a major impact on early childhood, where the teaching and learning process needs to be done face-to-face, but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the government's policy of face-to-face learning and online learning is carried out. Researchers conducting this research are interested in the learning strategies used by educators during the COVID-19 pandemic so that they can become a reference for parents in guiding children to learn online. The effect of learning for early childhood is difficulty in understanding explanations from educators, lack of socialization in children's lives because schools are held online, children's development and growth has decreased, children's achievement indicators will decrease. Online learning for children aged during this pandemic is not optimal because it has obstacles, namely COVID-19, which is the reason children experience the impact of learning at home. The research method used qualitative research to describe the findings in the field and then processed the data. The data collection techniques in the research that have been carried out are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are so that parents can guide, supervise and become a place for children's education in the family. Parents have a very big responsibility in educating and guiding children's learning online, the success of children's learning will be determined by parents if parents provide stimulation or guide when learning online.

The purpose of this research is to respect the legal protection of ethnic Uighur women in Xinjiang, China from the perspective of International Human Rights and to find out and study the resolution of cases of serious international human rights violations against ethnic Uighur women in Xinjiang, China. Legal protection for women of Uighur ethnicity is based on articles 3,4,5,9,10,11, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, namely by providing protection in the form of protection of the right to life, the rights to freedom, and the right to personal security, and others that are regulated in international legal instruments. 2) Serious human rights violations committed by the government of Xinjiang, China are not justified by international law because they violate the provisions stipulated in the subsequent Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the incidents of human rights violations, so the settlement of disputes between the two parties is carried out by negotiation or mediation. first. If this method is not effective, the UN Security Council can submit the case to an international court such as the International Criminal Court as regulated in article 1 of the 1998 Rome Statute.

The phenomenon of violence against women in Indonesia is always increasing and leaves a devastating impact on various fronts. Every woman with various backgrounds has the same vulnerability to become a victim. The causes of violence against women are as diverse as patriarchal culture, labeling of women with weak physical conditions, to gender-biased interpretation of religious texts. The practice of religious interpretation which tends to position the text as a rigid and final entity is certainly not relevant to the spirit of Islam in realizing general prosperity, especially between men and wives. The text is also seen as justification for personal interests and even groups. This imbalance then gives birth to what is called authoritarianism. The practice of religious authoritarianism eventually raises the problem of injustice and even violence that often makes women or wives victims. In religious discourse, historically the root of violence in originated from the paradigm of human creation. Women are considered as complementary or subordinate creatures of men. This understanding is based on religious texts such as QS An-Nisa [4]: ​​34 which is commonly understood as a form of giving the mandate of male authority over women. Therefore, insight into authoritative interpretation is needed. This study aims to uncover gender stereotypes and discourses of masculinity that are scattered in the novel Di Tanah Lada by Ziggy Zezsyazeoviennazabriskie. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with a gender study approach. Data in the form of words, phrases, and sentences were collected by using literature study techniques and taking notes. The theoretical basis used comes from Connell, Feasey, Kimmel, and Flood. The results show that the novel is narrated from the girl character, Salva, who is innocent and honest. Despite these relative deviations, the novel Di Tanah Lada adopts traditional gender stereotypes. Almost all male characters are depicted as superior, dominant, and become perpetrators of violence, so that they are associated with evil male characters. On the other hand, female characters are shown as inferior, weak, and dependent. The masculinity discourse that is built supports traditional gender stereotypes which are still considered acceptable in the contemporary context.

Pada masa jahiliyah wanita dianggap sebagai pelengkap dalam kehidupan, namun setelah Allah SWT mengutus Muhammad sebagai Rasul dan ditugaskan untuk menda’wahkan Islam di seantero dunia ini, wanita diberi kedudukan yang sangat besar, serta kedudukan yang terhormat, perbuatan dan amal shalehnya sama dengan laki-laki, baik dari segi ibadah ataupun dalam sosial kemasyarakatan. Perbedaan hanya dalam kudratnya masing-masing, wanita, yaitu mengandung, melahirkan dan menyusui.Sedangkan laki-laki kewajiban memberikan nafkah dan membina keluarga. Perjuangan wanita diabadikan dalam al-Qur’an, seperti Hajar, Asiah, Maryam dan lain-lain, bahkan ada yang dijadikan sebagai ritual dalam ibadah haji.Demikian juga para pejuang wanita di Indonesia, tidaklah kalah semangatnya dengan laki-laki dalam mempertahankan dan membela negaranya dari cengkraman penjajah, memajukan dunia pendidikan khusus wanita, mengajarkan kepada para wanita keterampilan-keterampilan, agar terbebas dari belenggu kehidupan yang feodalisme jawa, memaksa wanita tidak mendapatkan kehidupan yang segar sesuai dengan hak-haknya wanita, sebagaimana bebasnya laki-laki dalam menjalankan kehidupan, Namun demikian bukan berarti menghilangkan kudratnya yang asli.

Kesadaran akan pentingnya penguasaan bahasa Inggris pada era digital seperti sekarang ini, memunculkan upaya – upaya untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari bahasa tersebut sedini mungkin. Oleh karena itu, pengajaran bahasa Inggris diharapkan sudah diperkenalkan di lembaga pendidikan formal atau sekolah – sekolah anak usia dini. Hal ini tentu saja memiliki tantangan tersendiri, mengingat bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa asing di Indonesia. Ketika sebuah bahasa asing diperkenalkan pada anak usia dini, maka pengetahuan tentang latar belakang bagaimana anak memperoleh, mempelajari, dan memahami suatu bahasa menjadi sangat penting, sehingga terciptanya sebuah metode pembelajaran yang tetap. Terpenjara itu kata yang tepat untuk menggambarkan kehidupan wanita di era Kartini di jaman penjajahan Belanda. Tidak hanya badan tapi juga pikiran, bahkan kehidupan mereka. Perempuan, begitu akil baligh mereka harus tinggal di rumah untuk dipingit. Perempuan tidak perlu punya cita-cita yang tinggi. ,tak perlu pergi kemana-mana untuk menuntut ilmu. Tak perlu sekolah .Perempuan hanya diajarkan ilmu tata krama kepada keluarga dan masyarakat dan ilmu seluas rumah. Perempuan tidak boleh menjabat dalam pemerintahan, apapun jabatan itu. Jabatan yang boleh buat mereka hanya sebagai istri mendampingi suami. Swarga nunut, neraka katut. Raden Ajeng Kartini lahir 21 April 1879 di Rembang Jepara.adalah seorang perempuan bangsawan, sampai berusia 12 tahun Kartini diperbolehkan mengenyam pendidikan bahasa di ELS (Europe Lagere School), termasuk di dalamnya bahasa Belanda. Di usia itupun Kartini di pingit. Semangat kuat untuk belajar tetap bergelora pada anak gadis yang menginjak remaja itu, Kartini di rumah memanfaatkan waktunya untuk belajar sendiri. Tak kehilangan akal, ia memperdalam bahasa Belanda dengan cara menulis surat kepada teman-temannya yang berasal dari Belanda. Ia berkorespondensi dengan mereka. Salah satunya adalah Rosa Abendanon. Teman Kartini inilah yang selalu menyemangati dan memberi dukungan pada Kartini. Habis Gelap terbitlah Terang adalah buku yang memberikan wawasan bagi kaum perempuan. Semangat Kartini terus hidup sampai sekarang. Ia meninggalkan semangat kesetaraan perempuan di hadapan laki-laki. Saat ini masyarakat tidak lagi memandang perempuan terkekang di dalam rumah. Saat ini sebagaimana kaum laki-laki, perempuan Indonesia mempunyai kesempatan yang sama di bidang sosial, ekonomi, hukum dan politik. Perempuan Indonesia boleh menuntut ilmu setinggi yang ia bisa raih, perempuan boleh mencari pasangannya tanpa dipaksa oleh orangtuanya, perempuan boleh menjadi polisi, jaksa, dan hakim. Perempuan bisa menjadi guru, manajer, direktur. Perempuan boleh menduduki jabatan kepemimpinan di dari jabatan lurah, camat, bupati, gubernur, menteri, wakil presiden, bahkan presiden. Dalam hal pekerjaan, perempuan boleh sama seperti kaum lelaki.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran strategis dari P2TP2A Provinsi Banten tersebut dalam pengarusutamaan gender. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitiannya adalah lembaga P2TP2A Provinsi Banten. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah 1) perempuan di Banten masih mengalami diskriminasi terutama dari sisi ketenagakerjaan; 2) Peran lembaga P2TP2A masih belum maksimal terhadap program-program pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan korban KDRT; 3) Program yang ada pada P2TP2A baru hanya sebatas pada pelayanan tindak kekerasan dalam rumahtangga terhadap perempuan dan anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Dari sisi ketenagakerjaan, perempuan Banten masih mengalami kendala untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kondisi yang demikian setidaknya terlihat dari tingkat pengangguran terbuka (TPT) penduduk perempuan lulusan SMU ke atas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki; 2) Peran perempuan pada sektor publik di Provinsi Banten masih rendah karena memiliki rata-rata pendidikan lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki, 3) Peran lembaga P2TP2A Provinsi Banten masih harus terus didorong sehingga mampu membantu pemerintah daerah dalam menaikan angka IPG.
