This article has as its objective the qualitative studies that point out as a Knowledge Management, which can be efficiently incorporated into library routines. This makes Knowledge Management essential for works to continue to be targeted in the societies in which they operate. In this sense, this study deals with a systematic literature review and presents a qualitative, exploratory approach, developed through content analysis. Ninety-eight papers were selected in the Capes and Ebsco databases and after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 23 articles remained for analysis. Among the researched works, there was the need to formalize a Knowledge Management policy or methodology in libraries. Knowledge Management templates, anchored by tools, techniques, and actions, are a great alternative to working Knowledge Management efficiently in libraries to track and meet users' and their own needs.

In order to understand how tacit knowledge and the strategy formation integrating process are related, this paper presents some reflections arising from the changes in organizations focusing on the use of strategic middle-up-down management, facing the internal and external environment conditions. It is well known that the concept of strategy and management have different theoretical currents and do not have single direction. In this sense, considering the knowledge management and the strategy implementation a theoretical essay was proposed, presenting a reflexive analysis about the middle-up-Fernando down strategy formation process, the perspectives of emergent and deliberate strategies and the tacit knowledge in the context of strategic management. As main reflections, the essay emphasizes the constant influence of the actions of the intermediary levels of the organizations and the exchange of organizational knowledge by the collaborators of all the organizational levels in the strategy formation process. It is highlighted as contribution of this study the indicative so that the researches carried out within this perspective deepen the theories of the social sciences contributing to the theoretical construction of the field. Thus, the relationship between tacit knowledge management (organizational experience) and the strategy formation process contributes to research that deepens the study of organizational relationships and what occurs on a daily basis as something of significant value for strategy studies.

How the actions of the Knowledge Management processes aim to improve the quality of products and services provided by an organization, through the creation, dissemination and retention of organizational knowledge that contribute to its economy. When measured in an organization, these processes can know the capacity and level of preparedness of that organization to use the appropriate format of its intellectual capital, or what reveals its level of maturity in Knowledge Management. Thus, the general objective of this study was to identify the level of maturity in Knowledge Management, from the view of the servers, of three federal university publishers in the country, identified anonymously as Editora A, B and C, when analyzing the results. The instrument for data collection chosen after a systematic review of the literature was the Asian Productivity Organization questionnaire. An analysis of the score selected from the aforementioned questionnaire allows classifying as editors considering their strengths and weaknesses, as well as concluding whether three surveyed editors implement knowledge management practices. After identifying the maturity level, improvements were applied to each analyzed criterion.

This paper seeks to identify which individual competencies the professionals of the Internal Audit Units of the Federal Higher Education Institutions (IFES) of the State of Pernambuco, Brazil should have. It is an applied research, exploratory-descriptive, quantitative in nature and used a questionnaire for data collection. The activities and results of the audits are influenced by the quality of work of the auditor and his assistants. Thus, knowing the necessary and important skills for the performance of this professional in the public sphere becomes relevant. The survey consisted of the four state IFES that have an audit unit, and most of their servers participated. Attitudes are very important: being impartial, ethical and proactive.

The objective of this work is to identify the organizational citizenship behaviors in the public service context, from the viewpoint of the servers and managers of a federal educational institution. To achieve the proposed goal, this research uses a qualitative approach, as it intends to understand the phenomenon from the perception of the subjects and the way they interact with the people around them. The research strategy was the case study. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted with twelve public servants (not occupying leadership positions) and four managers (holders leadership positions) from a public institution. After transcription, the interviews were analyzed using the content analysis method. The results suggest that the CCO is present in everyday presents suggestions for the people management area in the public sector, such as the adoption of involvement and integration policies.

The results of the research point out that the applicability of knowledge management in the relationship networks of corporate training games as an aid to the principles of the andragogical model provide the networked company with greater access to tangible and intangible resources. As a result, the constant exchange of knowledge favors the interactivity between tacit and explicit knowledge resulting in the offer of products that provide updated, dynamic and continuous learning for customers-users of training. Based on these results, it is concluded that corporate training games provide essential resources for learning in organizations and, in this perspective, it is relevant to expand the discussions on this topic, in order to analyze the effectiveness of these new practices in executive activities.
