PERSPECTIVAS DE PESQUISA SOBRE INTELIGÊNCIA ESTRATÉGICA ANTECIPATIVA E COLETIVA (IEAc) POR MEIO DA ANÁLISE DE SENTIMENTO: UM CENÁRIO DIDÁTICO DE USO 通过情感分析对预期与集体战略情报(IEAc)的研究视角:一种教学情景

Strategically companies must be in constant adaptability, in other words, watchful to external movements regarding future events. So, there is the need of weak signals exploration through the detection, interpretation and use of these signals to anticipation. This experience report aims to present research perspectives on Anticipative and Collective Strategic Intelligence (IEAc) through Sentiment Analysis. Within this context, and following the action research method, it was proposed an implemented through IBM ́s Node-RED tool, an educational scenario of sentiment analysis use. The experiment consisted in monitoring Twitter posts on a determinate subject indexed through a hashtag. If the analyzed post was considered negative by sentiment analysis algorithm, an e-mail is sent to a determinate user so this user can do the management/decision making on the subject. This scenario is applied for demonstration of this Advanced Analytics technique in order to bring an innovative way to IEAc.

A RELAÇÃO ENTRE ESTRATÉGIA COMO PRÁTICA, ATUAÇÃO DA GERÊNCIA INTERMEDIÁRIA E O PENSAMENTO ESTRATÉGICO: PROPOSTA DE UM FRAMEWORK CONCEITUAL 战略作为实践、中层管理绩效与战略思维之间的关系:概念框架的提出

From the strategy as a practice perspective, research on middle management needs to incorporate elements of strategic thinking into its analysis, given the relevance of identifying the perceptions of these organizational actors and their impact on the process of strategy formation. Thus, the main objective of this theoretical essay is to develop a conceptual framework capable of explaining the interlocution between the concepts of strategy as practice, middle management and strategic thinking. This conceptual framework is based on theoretical considerations derived from a bibliographic review guided by content domain and depth criteria, contemplating the state of art from the theoretical, empirical and contextual point of view. The construction of the conceptual framework revealed that the three concepts are related in a circular, continuous and interactive way, evidencing a process of interdependent relations, since practices, praxis and practitioners are indissociable elements. This article aims to understand how the processes of information collection and selection that are published in the profiles of social networks of the Pro-Rectory of Outreach of the Federal University of RIo Grande do Norte influence the flow of information in this sector, as well as its organizational communication. In order to meet this purpose, performs an applied, descriptive and qualitative research, using as data collection technique an online questionnaire, with a standardized and sctructured structure, applied to the manager and scholarship holders of the Technical Office of the Pro-Rectory of Outreach (PROEX). The questionnaires were understood using the Bardin (2016) content analysis method. Based on the results, it was found that the model that best represents the information management process in the Pro-Rectory of Outreach (PROEX) is Beal’s (2004), since this model is directly Ana Kamila Silva Azevedo; Pedro Alves Barbosa Neto Perspectivas em Gestão & Conhecimento, João Pessoa, v. 10, n. 1, p. 67-87, jan./abr. 2020. 68 linked to the way the sector manages yours organizational communication. ANÁLISE DO SISTEMA DE CURRÍCULO LATTES SEGUNDO O MODELO CESM: PERSPECTIVAS PARA UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAÇÃO PARA A E-SCIENCE 根据CESM模型分析拿铁课程系统:电子科学信息系统的前景

The emerging e-science, with its intensive use of data and computing, is an opportunity for the Lattes Curriculum System, which exceeds six million curricula at 20 years of existence. Seizing the opportunity requires knowledge and mobilization of the actors and human and technological factors involved, as well as their bonds. In that sense, the objective of this article is to describe the Lattes Curriculum System according to the composition-environment-structure-mechanism system metamodel (or CESM, by Mario Bunge) that accounts for those actors, factors, and bonds. The procedures include the first two of the general methodological rules of Bunge's systemic research: placing social facts in their broader context (or system) and dividing the system into its composition, environment, and structure. Information sources for model abstraction include texts from the scientific literature on the Lattes Platform and Curriculum System, as well as articles that cite Lattes curricula as information sources, and official web pages on the Lattes Platform. The resulting model is presented in graphic and in textual form. We discuss the potential use of the model in informing the modernization plan of the Lattes Platform. We conclude by drawing on those potentialities and outlining aspects of the social control mechanism, which, as the study of other mechanisms of this system, is an indication for future work.

MECANISMOS PARA O COMPARTILHAMENTO DE CONHECIMENTO CIENTÍFICO COM A SOCIEDADE 与社会分享科学知识的机制

16 Abstract This paper discuss the role of research institutions and technologies for sharing scientific knowledge from research institutions, universities and research groups, to society. Thus, this research can be classified as exploratory bibliographic and documentary. The study demonstrates the importance of research groups and universities to place themselves as disseminators of knowledge, highlighting their roles as developers and decoders of knowledge. In this way, technology has the capacity to change the way institutions create, organize and disseminate their knowledge. For this, the study identified 16 methods or techniques of knowledge management based on information and communication technologies, and more than 40 tools that can fulfill and assist the proposed by these methods. Their main characteristics are the ability to interact and integrate different audiences, recover knowledge and the ability to give visibility to institutions.

INOVAÇÃO E CULTURA ORGANIZACIONAL: CARACTERÍSTICAS PRESENTES EM CULTURAS DE INOVAÇÃO 创新与组织文化:创新文化的特征

The study presents the definitions of innovation and organizational culture and seeks to identify, in national and international literature, the main characteristics, factors and dimensions of organizational culture that are present in innovative environments and organizations in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To achieve this, research was developed based on journals and scientific articles, with the additional selection of texts from the references of the articles that were found in scientific papers data bases. Sixty-two papers were selected, identified as most adherent to the research purpose, of which 16 were used to seek to identify the enabling characteristics and barriers of innovation cultures. Based on the analysis of the articles, a criterion for categorizing enabling factors and barriers was proposed, revealing the prevalence of soft skills. The factor of technological innovation within the Fourth Industrial Revolution and how it is affecting the organizational sphere is of academic and practical relevance in companies to assist and guide how work is being conducted in this new context. It is expected that this research contributes to the understanding of the relationship between the environment conducive to innovation and its factors that drive or inhibit it, in the business environment.

MODELO LÓGICO DA INFORMAÇÃO NO OPEN ARCHIVAL INFORMATION SYSTEM: UMA REFLEXÃO ARQUIVÍSTICA SOBRE O PACOTE DE INFORMAÇÃO PARA ARQUIVAMENTO 开放档案信息系统中的逻辑信息模型:对存档信息包的存档反思

The objective of this study is to analyze the logical information model proposed by the Open Archival Information System (OAIS), and to identify its convergences with Archival science. Check the structure of the information packet to evaluate its ability to preserve authentic long-term digital archival records. The methodology used is part of a bibliographical survey of previously published materials. The data collected are qualitatively analyzed and the discussion follows the deductive logic. Thus, there is an article of no systematic review, which provides a reflection on the theme and highlights the authors' point of view. In the conclusions, it is observed that the archival information package includes issues pertinent to Archival science, such as guarantee of authenticity, preservation of provenance, organicity, and custody history. Therefore, it is reaffirmed the need to implement reliable digital archival repositories in accordance with OAIS.
