COMPETÊNCIAS EMPREENDEDORAS PARA PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE INFORMAÇÃO POR BIBLIOTECÁRIOS NO BRASIL 巴西图书馆员提供信息服务的创业技能

This work aims to analyze the entrepreneurial skills of librarians who have companies in the area of Information Management in Brazil. In order to do this, we sought to know the entrepreneurial skills according to the literature, the librarians who have a company in Brazil and the services provided, the entrepreneurial training of these librarians and their perception of the skills required to undertake new businesses. The universe was composed of Brazilian librarians mapped through contact to class entities and via Portal EmpreendeBiblio, totalizing 46 librarians who accepted to participate in the research. To analyze the competences, the conceptual model of entrepreneurial skills of Cooley (1990) was used. The results point to the predominance of the female gender among the entrepreneurial librarians, in the age range between 31 and 40 years; the companies are located mainly in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Santa Catarina, most of which are formalized and have business oriented to the management of conventional and digital documents and files, consulting in the elaboration of projects, organization of libraries, standardization of works and projects, among other services. Most of them took specialization courses. Regarding the category of entrepreneurship competences, it is evidenced by the participating librarians that the most important ones were commitment, information search, persuasion, networking and persistence. Finally, based on all the information obtained, a map of enterprising skills of the librarians was elaborated. It was concluded that, although librarians have indicated that they possess all entrepreneurial skills, there is a tendency that some skills are more important than others.

This research presents reflections and questions about the importance of Information Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture and Information Literacy in relation to the competent creation and use of Organizational Memory. In this way, the following research problem is proposed: Is it possible, from the tools and elements of the organizational strategic quartet, to elaborate guidelines Cristiana Aparecida P. Yafushi; Maria Fabiana Izidio de Almeida; Marcia Cristina de C.P. Vitoriano Perspectivas em Gestão & Conhecimento, João Pessoa, v. 9, n. 3, p. 4-20, set./dez. 2019. 5 that guide the construction and competent use of Organizational Memory? It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research using as methodological procedures the bibliographic research on Information Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture, Information Literacy and Organizational Memory, generating as a result the elaboration of a theoretical-conceptual framework with the strategic contribution of the themes addressed to the creation and consolidation of Organizational Memory in the business environment. As a result of the integration of the themes, five guidelines were established for the structuring of Organizational Memory in a cohesive way, increasing the possibilities of re-use of strategic information by the organization over time, with results in growth, increased profitability and organizational consolidation.

THE IMPLEMENTING OF ENTERPRISE 2.0 AND COLLABORATIVE CULTURE IN THE DIGITAL AGE: A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN BRAZIL AND GERMANY 数字时代企业2.0的实施与协作文化:巴西与德国的比较研究

Enterprise 2.0 was designed aiming to create an environment of dynamic and interactive shared information in a scenario of rapid technological change and increasing global competitiveness. The objective of the research was to understand the main challenges and the real benefits of implementing Enterprise 2.0 and its new collaborative culture. The method used was a single case study in a multinational company still implementing the tool, to examine along with associates in Brazil and in Germany its acceptance. The study assessed the perceptions of end-users in different hierarchical levels of the company and highlighted the cultural differences of the respondents according to their country. Results indicate that cultural characteristics, size of the company, encouragement to use and training of the associates directly influence the adhering of Enterprise 2.0.
