The learning difficulties experienced by students in learning mathematics are caused by a lack of understanding of the basic concepts of mathematics and internal factors: learning motivation and adversity. Research purposes; 1) to find out whether there is an effect of misfortune resistance and student learning motivation together on the understanding of mathematical concepts of State Junior High School students in Jakarta; 2) to find out whether there is an effect of resilience on the understanding of mathematical concepts of State Junior High School students in Jakarta; 3) to find out whether there is an effect of students' learning motivation on the understanding of mathematical concepts of State Junior High School students in Jakarta. The research method used is a survey method with a sampling technique of proportionate cluster random sampling. The instrument used is a test of concept understanding and a questionnaire with technical analysis of data correlation and regression tests. The population in this study were students

Analisis kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita merupakan hal penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Analisis tersebut digunakan untuk melakukan refleksi dalam tahapan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kesalahan siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita sistem persamaan linear dua variabel berdasarkan prosedur newman. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan mengambil tiga siswa SMP  kelas VIII yang telah mempelajari materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel di salah satu SMP di Kabupaten Garut. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan soal kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis kepada siswa. Selanjutnya dilakukan wawancara untuk mengkonfirmasi jawaban dari tes tulis. Instrumen tes tertulis sebanyak 5 soal yang telah divaidasi oleh ahli. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menganalisis hasil jawaban siswa dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Siswa melakukan kesalahan dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita sistem persamaan linear dua variabel berdasarkan prosedur newman. Kesalahan tersebut meliputi kesalahan membaca, memahami, menstransformasi, keterampilan prosedur, dan penulisan jawaban akhir. Hal ini terjadi akibat kurangnya kemampuan pemahaman, representasi, dan koneksi siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara hasil belajar matematika dan keterampilan komputasional di kelas 5 SDN Jelambar 01 Pagi. Metode korelasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu hasil belajar dan keterampilan komputasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai raport dan skor tes yang dilakukan dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan analisis data korelasi pearson product moment nilai r hitung =  0,872, r tabel = 0,3172, dengan df = 26 dan hasil uji regresi menunjukkan setiap penambahan 1 nilai hasil belajar, maka nilai keterampilan komputasional bertambah 1, 425.

The objective of this study was to describe students’ mathematical problem-solving skills on linear programming material in terms of high, moderate, and low self-regulated learning at the senior high school level. Descriptive qualitative is the method use in this study. This research’s instruments are self-regulated questioner, linear-program materials test, and interviews. With 3 students as research subjects to represent self-regulated learning students high, moderate, and low. The selection of subjects with high, moderate, and low self-regulated learning was based on the Wright Map table analysis using the Rasch model. Selected subjects were given a problem-solving skills test of linear programming material and interviews to analyze students’ problem-solving skills. Data analysis techniques are used for data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. The results obtained that students who had high self-regulated learning had the best problem-solving skills compared to those who had moderate and low self-regulated learning. Students with high selfregulated learning could fulfill 4 indicators of problem-solving skills very well and got a maximum score. Meanwhile, students with moderate and low self-regulated learning only met 3 indicators of problem-solving skills and the scores obtained were not optimal.
