A Smart Monitoring System for Rotor Bar Fault Detection in Induction Motors 感应电动机转子棒故障智能监测系统研究

Reliable induction motor (IM) fault detection techniques are very useful in industries to diagnose IM defects and improve operational performance. A smart sensor-based empirical mode decomposition (EMD) technology is proposed in this paper for rotor bar fault detection in IMs. A smart current sensor system is developed for wireless data acquisition, allowing for low-cost, low space footprint, and non-invasive installation. The characteristic fault frequency will change with the variation of load/speed/fault severity. The basis of this EMD technique is lying on the correlation of fault features over different frequency bands and intrinsic mode functions, especially under light load conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed EMD technique is verified by experimental tests.

The Applications of Graph Theory in Electric Network 图论在电网中的应用

Graph theory, which was originally a branch of mathematics, is now an interesting subject with a wide range of applications. It is an important tool for studying natural science, engineering technology, economic management, and social phenomena. In this paper, the specific applications of graph theory in the analysis and design of electrical network are introduced based on basic concepts and basic theorems of graph theory. The application fields include the circuit calculation, the construction and analysis of power electronic topology and the distribution network. The idea of graph theory is integrated into the electric network, and the related complex issues are transformed into graph theory problems, as a result, the analysis process is simplified and optimized.

Research on the Planning of Automatic Grease-filling System for Wind Turbine Lubrication 风电机组润滑自动加脂系统规划研究

The planning of oil pipeline and control system for wind turbine lubrication is studied according to the geographic environment of wind farms, This topic introduces the system composition of the automatic grease-filling system for wind farms and engineering application design concept. Kruskal algorithm of the minimum spanning tree is directly introduced for the flat terrain to plan the oil pipeline, and the plane shortest path algorithm is used to plan the control system by MATLAB. For the wind farm with complex terrain, the large areas are divided according to macro-geomorphology and then classified according to micro-geomorphology, so that the scheme design of optimal position of oil pipelines and control system is carried out after analyzing the actual situation. Finally, taking power plants in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia as examples, the concrete scheme designs are made respectively for the flat terrain and the complex terrain, which provides simple and easy design templates for engineering application.

Research on Image Denoising for On-Line Wear Debris Monitoring 磨粒在线监测图像去噪研究

Based on the planetary gearbox condition monitoring experimental platform, this paper proposes an organic algorithm for wavelet algorithm, two-dimensional variational mode decomposition and median filtering for the image information of abrasive particles collected during on-line oil wear debris monitoring. Combined denoising algorithm, Through the experiment of the wear debris image and comparison with other algorithms, it is proved that the algorithm of this paper can have a good denoising effect on the wear debris image, and ensure the edge and detail of the image to obtain better visual effect.

Hunting IoT Botnets with Wide-area-network Flow Data 利用广域网流量数据寻找物联网僵尸网络

With the rise of Internet-of-Things (IoT) technology, botnets like Mirai start to exploit IoT devices and pose severe threats to cybersecurity. In this paper, big data analysis is conducted on wide-area-network session records in an attempt to perceive the influence of botnets on the cyberspace. cNetS, a practical analysis system that can detect and profile botnets is introduced. With this system, infected devices are located with their behaviors reconstructed in detail. Data analysis methods employed can serve as a guidance to detect and combat Mirai-like botnets on the full Internet scale.

Informative Sensor Selection and Health Indicator Construction for Aircraft Engines Prognosis 飞机发动机预测信息传感器选择与健康指标构建

Health condition of the engine directly affects the safety, reliability and efficiency of an aircraft. Prognostics enabling advanced alarming of failure and estimation of the remaining useful life has received increasing attention over the past decade. However, aircraft engines are precision systems with high uncertainty, it is difficult to model and predict the complex degradation of the engines. In this paper, a novel method for sensor selection and health indicator is proposed for the ef fective prognosis of the aircraft engine. The presented approach firstly selects informative sensors based on metrics of goodness, and then constructs synthesized health indicator by fusing the selected informative sensors. Case studies are implemented on the data set of an aircraft gas turbine engine. Results show that the proposed method can effectively fuse informative sensors to model the degradation of the aircraft engine.

A structural optimization design for new aircraft instrument support 新型飞机仪表支架结构优化设计

According to the requirment of the new aircraft, a skeleton instrument support structure was designed, the finite element method was used to establish the finite element calculation model of instrument support structure and analysis carrying capacity. By analyzing the calculation results, optimize structural stiffness. By using metal additive manufacturing technology, taking full account of product realization, new technology of powder was used and powder delivery to achieve manufacturing, making it meet the requirements of overloaded and long time low-frequency vibration in flight process.

Blind Source Separation Based on EMD and Correlation Measure for Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis 基于EMD和相关测度的盲源分离旋转机械故障诊断

Fault diagnosis method based on blind source separation (BSS) of rotating machinery, such as rolling element bearings and gears is a necessary tool to prevent any unexpected accidents. However, the actual measurement is usually hindered by certain restrictions, such as the limited number of channels. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes a BSS method for rotating machinery fault diagnosis based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and correlation measure. First, the undetermined BSS problem is transformed into determined BSS problem through EMD. Then, various signal components are separated through multi-shift correlation measure. Thus, mixed source signals from one single channel can be well separated. Simulated results show that the proposed method has a good performance during the BSS process with one single channel, which also implies its further application on rotating machinery fault diagnosis.

An In-Class Practice and Oral-Presentation as an Innovative Approach for Teaching Hydraulic Component Reliability Theory and Fault Diagnosis 液压元件可靠性理论与故障诊断教学的课堂实践与口头陈述

Reliability engineering is increasingly essential for the industrial application to improve the reliability of products and equipment. For a course named Hydraulic Component Reliability Theory and Fault Diagnosis to third-year undergraduate students or engineers, beginners may have difficulties to comprehend concepts about reliability theory without much theoretical background in mathematics. This contradiction may decrease study initiative, and lead to failure of learning. To deal with this problem, an in-class practice and oral-presentation methodology was introduced to students in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, P.R. China. This proposed method was designed based on key points of this course to enhance the involvement of students. These designed in-class tasks were good exercises for students since these tasks were to be achieved step by step according to difficult degree in understanding. This paper presented initial case study results to verify the effectiveness of this proposed teaching method. Overall, assessment results from undergraduate students demonstrated the new method is valid for this course.

This contradiction may decrease study initiative, and lead to failure of learning. To deal with this problem, an in-class practice and oral-presentation methodology was introduced to students in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, P.R. China. This proposed method was designed based on key points of this course to enhance the involvement of students. These designed in-class tasks were good exercises for students since these tasks were to be achieved step by step according to difficult degree in understanding. This paper presented initial case study results to verify the effectiveness of this proposed teaching method. Research on Application of Virtual Assembly Technology in Product Maintainability Design 虚拟装配技术在产品可维修性设计中的应用研究

This paper proposed the application of virtual assembly technology to verify the maintainability of product design, and studies were carried out from the aspects of virtual assembly simulation process, assembly sequence planning, and man-machine efficiency analysis in virtual assembly process. Taking a certain product as an object, the validity of virtual assembly technology in the process of maintainability design was verified based on ICIDO virtual platform.
本文提出应用虚拟装配技术验证产品设计的可维护性,并从虚拟装配过程中的虚拟装配仿真过程、装配顺序规划、人机效率分析等方面进行了研究。以某产品为对象,基于ICIDO虚拟平台,验证了虚拟装配技术在可维护性设计过程中的有效性。
