The main conclusions of the convergence methods are given. The method of proportional approximation is described in detail. Structural schemes are presented: the block of formation of the control action, the block of the kinematic model of the three-contour control system of the object and the blocks of movement of the object "target" and the control object. The work was carried out in a package of application programs for solving MATLAB technical computing problems. The simulation process was performed in the MATLAB Simulink extension. The practical significance of the work is the study of the basic principles of modeling automatic control systems using various methods of convergence; the study of the method of proportional convergence, the creation of models of the movement of objects in the MATLAB Simulink application software package. This work can be used not only for teaching students in the field of development of electronic automatic control devices and for laboratory work, but also in the creation and design of real receiving radio navigation devices both in production and within higher education institutions. Familiarization and studies of the above software are conducted at the Department of Radioelectronic Systems and Complexes of one of the leading engineering universities of the Russian Federation – Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

The article presents the finding of the dispersion of intrinsic noise distributed according to Rayleigh's law to find a signal with an unknown initial phase according to the Neumann- Pearson criterion. This algorithm is used for primary signal processing. The practical significance of the work is the study of the basics of programming in C and Python, comparison and identification of the advantages of this algorithm in comparison with the evaluation by the average value method. It also shows the finding of the threshold at which a decision is made to detect a useful signal. In this work, the integrated programming environment Visual studio was used – a popular environment for writing, debugging and compiling code. It also contains most of the libraries used, which simplify the writing of code. And Anaconda is a distribution for the Python programming language, which includes a set of free libraries, which is also freely available. Using the C language, the task of calculating data and filling it into an array was performed, Python was used for modeling, constructing histograms and comparing the results obtained with theoretical ones. This work can be used for teaching students of higher educational institutions for the purpose of familiarization. The optimal method is considered. Methods of calculating the sine in a programmable logic integrated circuit are considered and investigated. Conclusions are given based on the technical characteristics of the devices and the capacity of a particular method. Models were created in C++ and Verilog languages, worked out and analyzed. The results of the models are presented in the form of graphs. Mathematical calculations are given that make it possible to implement the method of calculating the sine in a programmable logic integrated circuit in the most optimal way from the point of view of using equipment. The synthesis and layout of the equipment were carried out, the area of the crystal occupied by the calculation module is presented in the form of a figure. This work can be used to train students of higher educational institutions in order to familiarize and develop skills of working with FPGAs, as well as modeling and studying the principles of choosing a particular mathematical method, can find its application in the creation and design of real devices in production. The results of a study of the effect of combined processing on the structure and physical and mechanical properties of electrophysical coatings after smoothing with a specially designed tool and devices are presented. On the example of the process of machining the statin of an electric motor, the possibility of determining the error from elastic deformations of a technological system by the finite element method is shown. To check the adequacy of the model, a comparative analysis of the calculation results with experimental data was carried out. The results showed that the amount of deviation from roundness obtained as a result of the simulation turned out to be 16% less (0.134 mm) than actually obtained during processing (0.16 mm). Simulation data confirm that the error from elastic deformations of the technological system has a maximum value. The remaining components of the error account for about 16% of the deviation.

So it was at each of the stages of heraldic reforms and will remain a good tradition at the next stage. The coat of arms is an emblem, a distinctive sign on which objects are depicted symbolizing the owner of the coat of arms (a person, estate, clan, city, country, etc.). The creation of a coat of arms is subject to certain rules, the observance of which is mandatory. And if at the stage associated with the «Charter to Cities» approved by Catherine the Second, these rules were followed, then at the next stage in the 60-80s of the 20th century, the mass appearance of city emblems took place using a more conceptual and creative approach.
