Hispanic Community became a political principle for much of the Spanish 20th century. From the liberal conservative stamp that proposed the horizontal dialogical exercise between countries that used the same language to communicate, to Franco's national Catholicism, interested in breaking the fence of international isolationism, the Hispanic concept has followed a winding path between pragmatism and voluntarism. This article proposes that the Ibero-American Summit, created in 1991, and VOX's proposals to revisit the concept, and its migratory measures, as well as the term "Hispanic sphere", constitute chapters of the aforementioned course.

The article analyzes the emergence and development of the cuban anti-fascist movement as one of the central repercussions that the Italian invasion of Ethiopia brought. From the review of documentary sources and periodical publications, it is demonstrated how fascist invasion of the african country was transformed for the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and progressive intellectuals into the fact-symbol of the capitalist exploitation that countries could exercise more powerful over the weakest, which allowed us to establish a close analogy with the situation that Cuba was facing with respect to the United States. At the same time that the revulsion against Fascism was consolidated by the various political and mass organizations, the promotion of north american anti-imperialism became part of the programmatic platform of the cuban anti-fascist movement, placing Fascism * Cubano. In 1992, a new trade union central was formed in Argentina: the Argentinian Workers' Central. In this article we analyze the modes of political action implemented by this organization between 2007 and 2015. We will research the reasons underlying its breakdown in 2010 and the itineraries followed by its two sections: Autonomous CTA and Workers’ CTA. To do this, we work with various sources, among which are semi-structured interviews conducted to frontline leaders, union documents of public circulation and the informative chronicles published in two national newspapers. We will affirm that political autonomy and the will to organize workers, both union and politically, have marked the evolution of the CTA as a central union.
