Stereotype threat that is an important aspect of diversity management still exists in broader workplace. Many experimental results show that if members of a stereotyped group are brought into an achievement situation where the stereotype can be applied, they often dramatically underperform when they believe their ability in that particular domain is measured. Therefore, eliminating negative stereotypes at work where all employees can perform their true potential, received so much research of different experts. With the rise of the khan academy in the United States in 2011 and the MOOC, which introduced the foundation and implementation of overseas research, Chinese scholars began to attach importance to the systematic study of flipped classroom. While turning the classroom has been popular in some schools in 2007, before 2011, few people pay attention to the classroom. After 2013, the research about flipped classroom is much more obvious, and the application in the specific subjects also increased, for example, mathematics, Chinese, information technology, physics, and so on, but there still have little research on English reading. The School of Jewelry at West Yunnan University of Applied Sciences was founded to meet the market demands during the economic transition and address the challenges confronting the local industrial development, which also makes full use of the local advantage of sufficient jade resources. Big data and Internet technology of higher education have promoted the continuous innovation of university teaching models.In this article, the course designed based on the expected teaching effect.It analyzesthe teaching reformand implementation effect of the Government Accounting course through indicator design, chart display, data analysis and other teaching methods with the help of the Superstar Online Learning platform, and finds that students’ low score on classroom interaction and practice questions. This teaching reform will provide a basis for teachers’future teaching design, and the teaching experience of this course will provide a reference for the interactive quantitative teaching of other courses.

This paper discusses the factors affecting GDP growth. By processing the data related to GDP, this paper uses AHP method, BP neural network, SVR method and economic policy correction model to quantitatively analyze the impact of different candidate countries on the U.S. economy and China’s economy. Combined with political, economic, social, environmental and other factors, referring to the national policy, the index system is obtained. The judgment matrix is constructed by AHP, and the more important one is extracted as the main index. Then the evaluation is carried out by using neural network. Firstly, the index is combined with the existing GDP standard system, and then network training and simulation are carried out. After substituting the data, we get and analyze the interaction between the indicators of each factor, and determine the positive correlation and negative correlation between the factors in the schematic diagram. As for the influence of policy factors, GDP is indirectly affected through tangible influence.
