This study explores the correlation between physical exercise and sleep quality among college students in normal universities, providing reference for improving the level of physical exercise and enhancing sleep quality. The study used a stratified cluster sampling method and surveyed 240 college students from two normal universities in Guangxi using the Physical Activity Readiness Survey (PARS-3) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaires. The results show that physical exercise is higher in male students, rural students, and third-year students compared to other types of students within the group (t/F values of 2.03, 6.62, and 6.87, P<0.05). Sleep quality scores are higher in female students and fourth-year students compared to other categories within the group (t/F values of -2.23 and 5.42, P<0.05). The correlation coefficient between physical exercise and sleep quality is r=-0.259 (P<0.01), and the regression model indicates that physical exercise has a significant negative predictive effect on sleep quality (β=-0.25, P<0.01). In conclusion, there are significant differences in physical exercise among college students in normal universities based on gender, hometown, and grade. There are also significant differences in sleep quality among college students in normal universities based on gender and grade. Furthermore, there is a significant negative correlation between physical exercise and sleep quality. It is recommended that schools encourage students to participate in physical exercise to improve their sleep quality and achieve physical and mental health.

Resource integration is a crucial aspect of building a university community for practical education, as it effectively provides diverse opportunities for practical experience and learning resources. This paper introduces practical models and strategies such as interdisciplinary collaboration, resource sharing and co-construction, innovative partnerships, community engagement, and industry-academia-research collaboration. These models and strategies can facilitate resource integration and complementary advantages, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of practical education. However, resource integration also faces challenges like equitable distribution of benefits, communication, and coordination of information. Hence, universities need to comprehensively consider their own situations and needs, choosing suitable models and strategies to drive the establishment and development of a community for practical education. Ultimately, through resource integration, universities can offer students richer practical experiences, cultivating outstanding talents with innovation and social responsibility.

Accompanied by economic development, special physical education has received more and more attention from special educators for its unique functions. In order to explore the current situation of special physical education research development, this paper uses bibliometric analysis to analyze 84 core literatures on special physical education included in China Knowledge Network (CNKI) from 2002 to 2022. The results show that the volume of research journals on special physical education in China shows a wave-like ebb and flow; the researchers are mainly distributed in teacher training colleges or comprehensive colleges and universities, forming several smaller cooperative groups; publications such as Chinese Journal of Special Education are the main issuing journals in this field; and the hotspots of the research are mainly centered on the hardware construction of special physical education, the faculty, and the curriculum and other related contents. In the future, the research on special physical education should be strengthened in conjunction with medicine, rehabilitation, psychology, education and other related disciplines.

Student ideological and political education is a top priority in China's ideological and political education work. Ideological and political education is the main battlefield for strengthening the ideals and beliefs of college students, inheriting the red gene, and inspiring their love for the party and patriotism. This article conducts further research on the design and practice of student activities for media majors based on the educational purpose of ideology. In order to organize practical activities for students majoring in media, the leadership department of the school can assign the activities to various departments and break them into smaller parts. Classroom teaching should be combined with practical activities. Ideology education can be said to improve students' ideological concepts, stimulate their interest in learning, and subtly shape the correct worldview, outlook on life, and values of teenagers. In summary, the design of student activities for media majors is of great significance in enhancing knowledge and skills, improving learning process methods, and establishing correct emotional attitudes and value orientations. Only by fully applying it can we better achieve the teaching objectives of high school ideological and political classrooms.

To meet the demand for innovative talents within the digital economy era, higher education institutions need to continually explore effective cultivation modes. In such context, this article combines relevant theories and literature to explore the optimized ways of digital capability cultivation targeting at the innovative talents. Drawing inspirations from the conceive, design, implement, and operate (CDIO) educational concept, this article integrates the dimensions of CDIO with cultivating objectives, cultivating process, and cultivating evaluation to put forward an optimized mode for cultivating digital talents. Our analysis exercises some theoretical and practical implications for the cultivation of digital talents in China's higher education system.

However, due to the lack of certain historical precipitation and insufficient teachers compared with ordinary colleges and universities, higher vocational education has led to the problems of low teaching quality and poor learning effect of students, which are increasingly prominent. In this situation, educational psychology is an emerging discipline with unique advantages, which can provide effective solutions to the problems existing in higher vocational education.
