Horticultural products of tomatoes and papayas are very susceptible to the risk of physical damage, weight loss and unsold so that they have the potential to cause losses. Potential losses can be reduced by identifying the risks that occur and mitigating the risks. This study aims to analyze the distribution risk and its mitigation in tomato and papaya horticultural products. Respondents were selected purposively and snowball sampling. Respondents identified were 40 respondents consisting of 17 retail respondents, 7 wholesale traders in the wholesale market, 7 middlemen respondents, and 9 farmers respondents. The results showed that the highest risk was at the farmer level and the smallest at the middleman level. Risk mapping consists of (1) weight loss at the level of farmers, middlemen, retailers and wholesalers in the wholesale market, respectively, having very low risk (Negligible) to moderate risk (Undesirable); (2) physical damage at the level of farmers, retailers, wholesalers in the wholesale market, farmers and middlemen respectively have very low to low risk categories; (3) unsold at the level of middlemen, farmers, retailers and wholesalers in the wholesale market, respectively, including the category of very low risk to moderate risk. Mitigation measures were carried out on weight loss in the form of making sorting warehouses, using tarpaulins for roofs, wrapping vegetables with newspapers. Mitigation actions for the risk of physical damage are carried out by applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed, making damage dependent agreements, supervising the sorting and picking process, wrapping vegetables with newspapers, closing stall with tarpaulins, and sending vegetables in the afternoon/evening. Mitigation actions for unsold risk are predicting demand trends, making purchase plans according to previous sales, and providing stock availability information. Dalam pengelompokan musik, sering dihubungkan pada beberapa kepentingan di dalam masyarakat. Seperti halnya muzak yang menjadi musik latar untuk diputar di tempat tertentu yang kemudian pemutarannya menjadi program melalui tingkat suara, musik, dan temanya. Hal ini juga diterapkan pada Departement Store Boyolali sebagai strategi marketing untuk menarik pengunjung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengungkap adanya fenomena pengelompokan musik. Musik diidentikan sebagai kelas sosial, sesuai pendapat Pierre Bourdieu yang digunakan dalam landasan pemikiran penelitian ini. Hal ini untuk mengelompokkan kelas ekonomis dalam pemutaran musik di Departement Store tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami suatu fenomena yang terjadi di Departement Store Boyolali, dengan menggunakan prosedur observasi, tinjauan dokumen, perekaman, wawancara dan analisis secara mendalam dengan menggunakan thick description. Dengan membedah persoalan ini, menggunakan pendekatan dan perspektif fenomenologi yang dilihat dari berbagi aspek inderawi dan konseptual dengan melihat berbagai fenomena yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa musik yang diputar dikelompokkan menjadi dua, yaitu musik kelas bawah dan kelas atas. Masyarakat kalangan atas sering mendengarkan jenis musik yang berganre jazz, pop atau sering disebut selera budaya barat. Sedangkan masyarakat kalangan menengah ke bawah cenderung menyukai musik dangdut. Departement Store Boyolali mempunyai konsep penjualan untuk kalangan menengah ke atas, sehingga eksistensi musik dangdut tidak termasuk dalam play list musik. Akan tetapi setelah melihat fakta dan banyaknya fenomena yang ada saat ini dari berbagai musisi dangdut mulai digandrungi semua kalangan, dapat membuktikan bahwa dangdut bukan lagi sebagai musiknya kaum marginal, melainkan menjadi musik semua kalangan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dialami oleh Universitas Djuanda dalam melaksanakan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) pembelajaran serta menentukan strategi terbaik untuk pengembangan program MBKM pembelajaran ke depannya. Responden berjumlah 16 orang yang berasal dari perwakilan pimpinan, dekan, kaprodi, dan dosen. The government has made various efforts to increase school participation rates such as through the provision of School Operational Assistance (BOS) which has been operating since 2005. However, in 2019 it was noted that many of the population of Suruh Tembawang Village were illiterate and did not graduate from Elementary School. Therefore, this study was conducted to describe the implementation of the BOS in two schools in Suruh Tembawang Village. This research used the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that part of the BOS funds in the schools of Suruh Tembawang have been used in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Permendikbud Number 1 of 2018. However, expenditure of the BOS funds on infrastructure and maintenance had not been properly observed. In terms of teaching staff and administrations, many teachers, including the school principals were often unavailable on site. The community members interviewed expressed their disappointment in the implementation of the BOS funds, particularly on how the school administration used the funds for the operation of the schools. This was the result of a lack of community engagement, a lack of supervision, and a lack of transparency. In order to maximize the use of BOS funds in both schools, the schools must involve the school committee and its members, village officials, parents of students in planning, budgeting, and managing the BOS funds.

Kedelai adalah satu dari komoditas pangan utama di Indonesia selain beras dan jagung, sehingga perlu dijaga stabilisasi harganya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem agribisnis kedelai, menganalisis volatilitas harga kedelai dan integrasi pasar kedelai Indonesia dan internasional sebelum dan sesudah pandemi covid-19. Kajian sistem agribisnis kedelai dianalisis secara deskriptif yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem agribisnis di Indonesia belum seluruhnya terintegrasi dan saling terikat. Model ARCH/GARCH digunakan dalam analisis volatilitas harga kedelai, yang menunjukkan harga kedelai lokal tingkat pengecer memiliki tingkat volatilitas harga yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan harga kedelai internasional dan harga kedelai impor. Sementara, model VAR/VECM digunakan untuk menganalisis integrasi pasar antara pasar kedelai Indonesia dan pasar internasional, yang menunjukkan terdapat integrasi pasar antara pasar kedelai Indonesia dengan pasar Amerika Kata kunci : Volatilitas, Integrasi pasar, Kedelai.

Perbatasan negara di Indonesia, baik batas wilayah negara (state border), termasuk perlintasan batas negara (cross-border), maupun kawasan perbatasan (inside border area), dikelola oleh Badan Nasional Pengelola Perbatasan Republik Indonesia (BNPP RI). BNPP RI merupakan lembaga non-struktural (LNS) yang ditetapkan berdasarkan amanah Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 43 Tahun 2008 tentang Wilayah Negara, Pasal 14 ayat (1). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan model dan strategi penguatan kelembagaan pengelolaan perbatasan negara di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Soft System Methodology (SSM) dari Peter Checkland (1990). SSM merupakan metode holistik untuk melihat aspek-aspek riil dan konseptual dari lembaga yang mengelola perbatasan negara di Indonesia. Desain model penguatan kelembagaan pengelolaan perbatasan negara di Indonesia didasarkan pada empat aspek kunci, yaitu kewenangan, organisasi, tata kerja, dan regulasi. Formulasi strategi untuk memperkuat kelembagaan pengelolaan perbatasan negara di Indonesia mencakup: (1) menetapkan kewenangan (tugas, fungsi dan peran), (2) mendesain organisasi (struktur), (3) merumuskan tata kerja (prosedur kerja, koordinasi), dan (4) menyelaraskan regulasi.
