Structure and elemental composition of multilayered nanocomposite TiN/ZrN coatings before and after annealing in air 多层纳米复合TiN/ZrN涂层空气退火前后的结构和元素组成

Multilayered TiN/ZrN coatings were deposited using sequential vacuum-arc deposition of Ti and Zr targets in a nitrogen atmosphere. Studies of film's properties were done using various modern methods of analysis, such as XRD, STEM, HRTEM, SIMS. Several samples were annealed in air at the temperature 700°C. All deposited samples were highly polycrystalline with large 7–17 nm crystals. The crystalline planes were ordinated and demonstrated an excellent co-ordinated growth. Concentration of Zr increased after annealing, while Ti and N concentrations decreased due to annealing. Annealing led to 5–10% decreasing of the size of crystallites. Calculated lattice parameters appeared to be a little bit larger in comparison with standard values (1% larger for ZrN and 0.6% larger for TiN) both for as-deposited and annealed samples due to compressive stresses.

Structural properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films produced by nanoink spraying process 纳米油墨喷涂工艺制备Cu2ZnSnS4薄膜的结构特性

We report on the structural properties of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films deposited by using nanoink spraying process and annealed at different temperatures Ta = (523–723) K and duration ta = (2–10) min under the ambient atmosphere. The effect of annealing conditions on the phase composition, lattice parameters (a, c, c/2a), unit cell volumes (Vunit) and coherent domain sizes (L) was investigated. CZTS films annealed at Ta = 623 K and ta = 3 min showed the promising characteristics for application in 3rd generation thin-film solar cells.

Tunneling of wave packages through resonant quantum systems 共振量子系统中的波包隧穿

Tunneling of wave packages through resonant quantum systems presented in an S-matrix form is investigated. An arbitrary incident wave package can be written as the superposition of the Gaussian-form pulses and for latter ones the exact analytic solution was obtained already. As a practically interesting case, the transition of the rectangular wave package through the one-resonant level system is considered. Using developed recently modified saddle-points method the time-delay (Δt) of the wave pulses having Gaussian and rectangular form transmitted through a quantum system with resonance level is investigated. The time delay, argument and amplitude of the outgoing wave are calculated. The dependency Δt from width and energy of resonance levels, and the momentum of incident wave-package are illustrated. The results are compared with the ones obtained for tunneling of the one Gaussian package. Possible applications are discussed.

Electrical conductivity of aliovalent substitution solid solution Pb1−xSmxSnF4+x 价取代固溶体Pb1−xSmxSnF4+x的电导率

The paper presents results of studies of the conductivity of aliovalent substitution solid solutions, which are formed in the system (1−x)PbF2 — xSmF3 — SnF2 in the concentration range 0 < x ≤ 0.2 mole fraction and have a crystal lattice of hexagonal system isostructural with β-PbSnF4. At a low aliovalent substituent content (x ≤ 0,07), the conductivity of the synthesized fluorides is by an order of magnitude lower than that of β-PbSnF4. At a higer content, it increases and reaches the largest values at x = 0.15. The fluorine anions in the synthesized samples of solid solutions are in three structurally nonequivalent positions, which differ in local environment and the nature of the M-F bond. The conductivity of the synthesized samples is provided by highly mobile interstitial fluorine anions.

Magnetic transitions in nanocluster systems taking into account the external field 考虑外场的纳米团簇系统中的磁跃迁

The phenomenological model of the magnetic phase transition in the nanocluster systems was considered within the framework of Landau expansion. We assumed that the thermodynamic potential includes entropic and field components, exchange interaction, distortion and pressure effects. The stationary value of relative magnetization and its temperature dependence were found. The effect of an external field on the phase transition and the temperature dependence of the susceptibility of the transition were investigated.

Influence of e-beam irradiation on optical properties of Cu6PS5I-based superionic thin films 电子束辐照对cu6ps5i基超离子薄膜光学性能的影响

Cu6PS5I-based thin films were deposited by nonreactive radio frequency magnetron sputtering onto silicate glass substrates. Optical transmission spectra of e-beam irradiated Cu6PS5I-based thin films were measured depending on electron fluence. With electron fluence increase the red shift of the short-wavelengt part of transmission spectra and interference maxima were observed. Urbach absorption edge and dispersion of refractive index for e-beam irradiated Cu6PS5I-based thin films were studied. Under the influence of e-beam irradiation the decrease of the energy pseudogap as well as the increase of the Urbach energy and refractive index were revealed. Influence of e-beam irradiation on the optical parameters and disordering processes in Cu6PS5I-based thin films was analyzed.

Liquid crystals as an active medium of enzymes optical sensors 液晶作为酶光学传感器的活性介质

The cholesteric liquid crystals (CLC) is sensitive active medium to detection the biological substances. We proposed to use the CLC to design the enzymes optical sensor. The operation designed optical sensor based on changing the wavelenght at minimum transmittance of active medium under the enzymes influence. The functional and electrical schemes of designed optical sensor are developed.

CdTe vapor phase condensates on (100) Si and glass for solar cells CdTe气相在(100)Si和用于太阳能电池的玻璃上冷凝

The structural and chemical properties of Cadmium Telluride (CdTe) thin films received at different technology conditions were investigated. Thin films of CdTe were grown on Silicon (100) and glass substrates using by vapor phase condensation method. Morphological properties of the thin film surface and the cross section were investigated by scanning electron and atomic force microscopies. A cross section study has shown the columnar-type of grown of the CdTe thin films. The chemical composition of the obtained films was investigated by SEM using the method of Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The thickness of samples was analysis using the profilometer Bruker Dektak XT.

Thin films of CdTe were grown on Silicon (100) and glass substrates using by vapor phase condensation method. Morphological properties of the thin film surface and the cross section were investigated by scanning electron and atomic force microscopies. A cross section study has shown the columnar-type of grown of the CdTe thin films. The chemical composition of the obtained films was investigated by SEM using the method of Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). Gas sensor device creation 气体传感器装置制作

The paper considers the structure of typical semiconductor gas sensor and describes the main stages of device production. Attention is focused on processes for creation of each device part. The influence of topology and geometry of heater element and measured electrodes is presented.
