According to research, the careless use of words in news coverage on child abuse has been brought to light. It was discovered that the language used in the crime story has a significant impact on reducing the severity of the crime and, as a result, has a substantial impact on how the readers perceive the nature of such crimes. The purpose of this research was to conduct a detailed investigation on how incidences of child abuse are reported in Pakistani media. Its primary emphasis is on understanding how news articles about child abuse are framed and promoted in the media. The reports of child sexual abuse that appeared in four daily newspapers (two English and two Urdu) between January 2016 and January 2018 were studied for the frames and language used to convey the events. A summary of the results was presented in the form of graphs and tables. To get an accurate count, we surveyed a total of 2718 people across both English-language and Urdu-language newspapers. According to this study, a total of 706 cases of child sexual abuse were reported in Lahore during the years (2016-2010) and 355 cases of CSA (Child Sexual Abuse) were reported in Lahore during the years (2010-2010). How the newspapers covered the news about child abuse did and does have a sound impact in underlining the importance of this matter on both the governmental and public scale. Sensitized coverage is problematic because it tends to portray child abuse more as a political issue than as a grim reality, affecting everyone across society. It is time to strictly implement anti-child abuse laws so that crimes against children could be effectively prevented.

This study examines the relationship between empowering leadership and employees' job performance in Pakistan's telecom sector based on the leadership theory. The Telecom sector is suffering from a volatile situation; this demonstrates a lack of empowering leadership, which leads to the employees' job performance. Further, this study explores that goal clarity, and self-efficiency mediate between empowering leadership and employees' job performance. That explains the significance of these two mediators for this study's proposed model. These two variables strengthen the relationship between empowering leadership and employees' job performance. The data was collected from the employees of the Telecom sector of Pakistan. The survey was utilized to collect the information from 331 participants. Structural equation modeling technique was utilized through Smart PLS for analysis of data. Study results reveal that empowering leadership has a positive and significant relationship with the employees' job performance. Secondly, findings show that goal clarity and self-efficacy mediate empowering leadership and job performance. These two variables have a positive and significant relationship with empowering leadership and employees' job performance. This study also has potential implications for the organization's management to work on these aspects to improve the performance of their employees. This study is helpful for the other sectors for improving their performance. Companies' management should work individually and collectively for organization performance. This research contributes to the future research aspect for further analyzing these variables in other sector organizations to test this model. This research also provides direction to researchers to deeply analyze this proposed model by obtaining data through interviews or discourse analysis.

The study drawing on motivational language theory (MLT), examines how leaders boost innovative work behavior (IWB) through motivational languages. The study also used psychological Empowerment as a mediating variable among leader motivational language (LML) and IWB. The data was collected from 291 employees at work services sectors (airlines, hospitals, and shopping malls) in two main phases. The study collected data with six sub-phases from China's services mentioned above sectors. By taking in survey full-time airline employees working in cargo transportation, ground staff, strategic planning, and front desk. The hospital employees respond mainly to technical workers in OPD, laboratory, and nursing staff. In the end, the study gets in the survey from the employee working in shopping malls, stock handling, and sales and planning department. For innovative work behavior, this study collects data from the shift in charge, supervisors, unit head, manager, and career development department from airlines, hospitals, and shopping malls. The study analyzed the data using SMART-PLS-SEM. The findings of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between LML and IWB. This study also confirmed that psychological Empowerment mediates the relationship. The study found that leaders' communication during training improves employee productivity. The motivational language of leaders reduces the employee's stress level, and they feel free to give feedback and share their ideas with the supervisor at the workplace. The mutual trust among subordinates and leaders brings them together, making an innovative environment to perform at the workplace. The study theoretically contributes and confirms (MLT) as the best tool to motivate subordinates. Practically this study informed the studied sectors how they implement this model to boost employees' innovative work behavior. In the end, the study also discussed limitations with future directions.

Performing arts is important means of creative communication such as music, dance, drama, mime, puppetry, circus, illusion, magic, etc. Professionals may come across various difficulties, stresses, and issues of psychological wellbeing but, a little research on this subject is done in Pakistan. The objective of this study was to examine the relationship of perceived stress, self-efficacy, and psychological well-being among performing arts students. The sample comprised 203 (111 acting and 92 singing) performing arts students recruited from different colleges and universities of Pakistan. Simple linear regression analysis found that stress significantly negatively predicted four dimensions of psychological well-being such as environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relation, and self-acceptance. Women showed significantly higher levels of stress as compared to men among performing arts students. The research has implications for the performing arts students, counselors, and therapists for a better understanding of stress, self-efficacy, and dimensions of psychological well-being i.e., autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relations, purpose in life, and self-acceptance.

Banking Sector (BS) is facing more enormous challenges due to the quick spread of NOVEL COVID-19, which locked people's lives over the globe. Brand management is one of the critical concerns. Organizations are managing their brand to attract potential customers from the market in this pandemic situation. For this objective, data have been collected from 210 customers of banking organizations. Data have been gathered using a snowball sampling method, which allows the respondents to spread the questionnaire link with their friends; this study has used SPSS to analyze the data. However, the findings of the study have portrayed that brand management substantially influences consumer purchase behavior. Therefore, whenever organizations develop their strategies to attract potential customers, organizations can increase brand performance by efficiently managing it. Moreover, when customers link with the brand, they use it to learn about customer service and corporate bank strategies.
