Pidgins and Creoles: Birth of Languages 洋泾浜语和克里奥尔语:语言的诞生

This article presents an outlook of pidgins and creoles starting from the background of the ariseof the using of pidgins and creoles in the world. To have a clear understanding of what pidgins and creolesare the definition of both terms are explained briefly here. This article also discusses some distinctions ordistinctive features of pidgins and creoles and the community using pidgins and creoles in the world. Atthe end of the discussion, this article describes some brief discussions related to some reasons stating thatpidgins and creoles are born as languages.

Perkembangan Peluang dan Tantangan Wisata Halal di Aceh 清洁旅游的机会和挑战在亚齐

The tourism sector is one sector that is able to increase employment and economic growth. Currently, halal tourism (halal tourism) is starting to be in great demand. This is in line with the increase in Muslim tourists from year to year. The development of halal tourism has begun to be carried out by various countries, both Muslim and non-Muslim majority countries. One of the things that come to mind when people call Aceh is the application of Islamic Shari'a in every aspect of life, including the aspect of tourism. Halal tourism is an ongoing effort by the Acehnese Government to realize the Aceh brand as a halal symbol. The fact is that Aceh won three categories in the 2016 National Halal Tourism Competition held by the ministry of Tourism of Republic of Indonesia. Aceh's tourism potential is very promising both in terms of diversity and unique culture, culinary peculiarities, coffee flavors, atmosphere in the coffee shop, Islamic culture and its natural and beautiful natural charm. Efforts to branding Aceh as halal tourism are challenges that are not easy to implement. The halal label in Aceh is actually not a terminology that needs to be debated again. This article will explore the development of halal tourism in Aceh, review the concepts and principles of halal tourism, and discuss opportunities and challenges

MESOPOTAMIA DAN MESIR KUNO: Awal Peradaban Dunia

The existence of civilization cannot be separated from the existence of human  beings. Mesopotamia  and Ancient  Egypt were the centers of the oldest civilization in the world. Both Mesopotamia and Ancient Egypt had typical characteristics. Mesopotamian  civilization was more non-physical compared to Egypt. Sciences were emphasized  more in Mesopotamia, while Egypt emphasized  religious aspects. Political systems in both areas were almost the same, that is, absolutism and considered the king as god. Mesopotamia  was more humanist  than Egypt. The effectiveness of both civilizations was determined much by political power and economy.

Kekuatan Nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam Membangun Kepribadian Masyarakat Indonesia 潘卡西拉的价值观在塑造印尼社会人格方面的力量

This study aims to explore the role of Pancasila values in building the personality of the Indonesian people. Building and awakening human resources with Pancasila personality is done together with more peace, mutual respect, respect, understanding one culture with another culture, loving others, creating kinship and kinship. This research is a literature review by gathering various sources of information and facts from several literatures and documents directly related to the discussion. The results of this study Pancasila has provided a strong bond of unity in the midst of changes in people's lives in the era of globalization, Pancasila provides the power to deliver the Indonesian people to the era of glory as a dignified nation in civilization. Pancasila is able as a pillar of life such as economic, social, political, cultural, and defense and security directed towards the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia which has a personal Pancasila that embodies an advanced and religious Indonesia. Keywords: Indonesia, National values, Pancasila values     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam membangun kepribadian masyarakat Indonesia. Membangun dan membangkitkan sumber daya manusia yang berkepribadian Pancasila dilakukan secara bersama dengan lebih damai, saling menghargai, menghormati, memahami satu budaya dengan budaya yang lain, menyayangi sesama, menciptakan kekerabatan dan kekeluargaan. Penelitian ini adalah review literature dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber informasi dan fakta dari beberapa literatur dan dokumen yang terkait langsung dengan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian iini Pancasila telah memberikan ikatan persatuan dan kesatuan yang kuat ditengah-tengah perubahan kehidupan masyarakat dalam era globalisasi, Pancasila memberikan kekuatan untuk mengantarkan bangsa Indonesia menuju era kejayaan sebagai bangsa yang bermartabat dalam peradaban. Karodduka Tuba Marapu: Praktik Medis pada Masyarakat di Kampung Tarung, Sumba Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur

Indonesian society has the diversity and uniqueness of every treatment practices. The practice of treatment in Kampung Tarung community is a fascinating study of which it combines the practice of modern medical treatment with local medicine practices. This practice became a pluralistic medical practice often used by the society to treat the sick using Karodduka Tuba Marapu procedure. The study used a qualitative approach, while data collection was done by participatory observation, living with the community of Kampung Tarung and conducting a thorough interview to the community. Qualitative descriptive design is to explain and describe the choosing of medical practice and treatment of Karodduka Tuba Marapu from an emic point of view. The findings of this research show that in the practice of Karodduka Tuba Marapu in Kampung Tarung community has habituation formed based on local knowledge. The view of this practice by mixing the concept of ancestral belief (Marapu) in every life includes the use of the Uma (house), and the community's kinship system, that has an influence in local knowledge such as economic capital, cultural capital, social capital or social networking, and symbolic capital.  Keywords: Anthropology of Health, Kampung Tarung, Karodduka Tuba Marapu, Medical Practice Abstrak Praktik pengobatan yang terdapat pada Masyarakat Kampung Tarung menjadi kajian menarik, memadukan antara praktik pengobatan medis modern dengan praktik pengobatan lokal. Praktik ini menjadi suatu Praktik medis pluralistik yang sering kali digunakan Masyarakat dalam upaya pengobatan sakit Karodduka Tuba Marapu. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan partisipasi observasi dengan ikut tinggal bersama Masyarakat Kampung Tarung dan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada Masyarakat Kampung Tarung. Desain penulisan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan pemilihan praktik medis serta melakukan praktik pengobatan dalam penanganan Karodduka Tuba Marapu dari sudut pandang emik. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam praktik pengobatan Karodduka Tuba Marapu masyarakat Kampung Tarung memiliki pembiasaan yang terbentuk berdasarkan pengetahuan lokal. Pandangan mengenai Karodduka Tuba Marapu dengan pencampuran adanya konsep mengenai kepercayaan leluhur (Marapu) dalam setiap kehidupan meliputi pemaknaan pada Uma (rumah), dan sistem kekerabatan masyarakat yang memiliki pengaruh dalam pengetahuan lokal seperti modal ekonomi, modal budaya, modal sosial atau jaringan sosial, dan modal simbolik. Sunnah Perspektif Muhammad Syahrur

The purpose of this writing is for tracing the nature of the Sunnah according to the Syah}ru>r. This study uses literature with a qualitative approach. The results of the study are the concept of sunnah according to Syah}ru>r: (1) to maintain the dynamism of hadith three basic concepts are needed, namely the condition of being, the process of being, and the condition of being. (2) All the words and deeds of the Prophet are not revelations. (3) In the compilation and modification of the hadith, politics becomes a factor of chaos. Reconstruction of the Sunnah of the Syah}ru>r: (1) The Sunnah is what was done by the Prophet in the seventh century and is the first model of how to interact with Islam at a certain time and space, not the only and not the last. (2) Sunnah is divided into two, namely sunnah risa>lah and sunnah nubuwwah. (3) The Prophet was not a maʻs}u>m in all things. The conclusion of this study is that the Prophet's sunnah is the Prophet's interaction with al-Tanzi>l al-H}aki>m, which in this case has the meaning that the content of the Prophet's sunnah is a derivative of the laws contained therein. Kajian ini menggunakan pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif. The studies of Qur’an have been carried out by many researchers, including studies conducted on the story of Khidir with the prophet Moses peace be upon him. However, none of the studies specifically examined it through pragmatic review. This research aims to reveal the types of ilocutionary act contained in the conversation between the prophet Musa and Khidir. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive through a literature review. Analysis of the conversation between the prophet Moses peace be upon him and Khidir reveals the existence of three types of ilocutionary act, directive (ask, demand, plead, and suggest), commisive (promise and offer), and declarative (determine and give punishment). With the disclosure of these types of ilocutionary act, it is expected to provide a new perspective in looking at the friendship story of the two righteous servants of Allah.

Pembacaan terhadap sebuah teks tidak bisa dipahami secara mandiri. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah pemahaman yang utuh dari pesan yang hendak disampaikan oleh teks setidaknya akan melibatkan tiga komponen, yaitu penulis / pengarang (author), teks (text), dan juga pembaca (reader). Pemahaman teks secara mandiri tanpa melibatkan ketiga komponen tersebut sangat rentan terhadap kesalahan dalam proses pemahaman teks itu sendiri. Hal ini tidak lain karena pemikiran yang dituangkan oleh penulis / pengarang tidak selamanya mampu tertuang secara komprehensif dalam bentuk teks, dalam artian teks yang ada hanyalah sebagian dari pemikiran yang ada dalam otak penulis. Sehingga menghadirkan penulis dalam proses pembacaan teks menjadi sesuatu yang sangat penting. Faktor lain yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pembacaan teks adalah konteks dimana teks tersebut dilahirkan. Tidak sedikit pembacaan terhadap teks menjadi gagal karena pembaca tidak memperhatikan konteks kemunculan teks tersebut. Namun memunculkan ketiga komponen tersebut –terutama pengarang-, bukanlah sesuatu yang mudah, karena terdapat tabir tempat, jarak dan waktu antara pengarang dan pembaca. Kendala dalam mendapatkan pemahaman yang sesuai dengan pesan yang hendak disampaikan oleh teks dalam pembacaan teks ini berusaha dipecahkan oleh Komaruddin Hidayat melalui konsep hermeneutikanya yang kemudian lebih dikenal dengan penafsiran intertekstualitas

Implementasi Undang-Undang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik Dan Transparansi Pelayanan Publik Di Jawa Timur 东爪哇省《公共信息透明度法》的实施

One of the objectives of the Law on Public Information Openness (UU KIP) is to encourage the creation of transparency in public information services to the public. The goal is at the same time as an effort to realize the implementation of democratic governance and good governance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the UU KIP in promoting transparency in public services in East Java. The research method used in this study is a normative-empirical research method. The data analysis method used is descriptive-analytical. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the KIP Law in encouraging transparency in public services has not been able to be carried out optimally, as evidenced by the still many complaints and public information disputes that entered the East Java Information Commission.

The thinking skills are indispensable in the context of the learning approach, as it is a scientific thinking process aimed at growing the expected personality. It also affects the learning process and the ability to develop its goals through strengthening attitudes, skills and knowledge in an integrated way. The process includes activities: observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. In the course of the school curriculum in Indonesia and its learning process, the strengthening of cognitive and skill aspects is still dominant, while the attitude (spiritual and social) is still lacking, but this attitude will support the learning activities oriented to cultivation of character. Because the curriculum and the previous learning process still appear to be opposite and have not indicated the process of achieving competence in the attitude aspect, the curriculum of the school applied today is tailored to that need. So as to accommodate the elements of personality that include: beliefs, values, and behavior as a whole.

It also affects the learning process and the ability to develop its goals through strengthening attitudes, skills and knowledge in an integrated way. The process includes activities: observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. In the course of the school curriculum in Indonesia and its learning process, the strengthening of cognitive and skill aspects is still dominant, while the attitude (spiritual and social) is still lacking, but this attitude will support the learning activities oriented to cultivation of character. Because the curriculum and the previous learning process still appear to be opposite and have not indicated the process of achieving competence in the attitude aspect, the curriculum of the school applied today is tailored to that need.
