The article presents the results of researches related to the study of the possibility of using the modern molecular genetics method -T-RFLP-analysis (terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism) to identify the community of microorganisms in the contents of the rumen in clinically healthy highly productive cows and cows with subclinical ketosis. The research methodology is based on the analysis of the conservative regions in the microorganisms’ genome variability. The results showed the high efficiency of the method used for the identification of microorganisms in the rumen contents in the studied animals. A large community of bacteria, archaea, protozoa and anaerobic fungi is determined in the rumen contents from highly productive cows with subclinical ketosis. The data obtained allow us to significantly amplify the information on the pathogenesis of subclinical ketosis in cows with high milk productivity. The presence of conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microflora in sick cows in the rumen contents indicates a violation of rumen digestion, which leads to the development of concomitant non-contagious diseases in animals.

General production costs are reflected in the item “Costs of production and organization of management”. This article also takes into account insurance payments for buildings, structures, machinery, equipment, inventory and other fixed assets directly used in the production of products. Insurance payments are distributed by crops and types of products in proportion to the costs of production. Insurance payments are reflected in the accounting records in the debit of the “Agriculture” account and in the credit of the “Insurance settlements” account. The article “Other expenses” reflects the expenses directly related to the production of products, but none of the above items is included. This article reveals modern methods of intra-company management of the formation of the cost of agricultural products, the composition of the costs of agricultural firms, the procedure for their control, optimization and audit. A structural model is proposed that represents the methodology of internal control and audit at the macro- and micro-levels of the hierarchical management of an agricultural enterprise. The composition of the information necessary for the implementation of the methodology of intra-company control, accounting and analytical procedures used to evaluate cost items and make management decisions are determined. The features of the audit (external, internal) of production costs are revealed - establishing the validity of the formation and correctness of accounting for production costs, identifying unused reserves. The conceptual scheme of the technique of this type of audit is given.

Aim of the research is to show the developing legitimacy APUD-system of lungs in pre and post ontogenesis. Condition of neuroendocrine apparatus of lungs on rabbits was studied during the fetal embryogenesis of inner development and after 1-180 days of the birth. Duration of the research on rabbits was chosen according to their changing afterbirth features as physiological function of organism; was selected the periods of newborn stage, enlightenment, complication of locomotion, pre-pubertal and pubertal. Materials were fixed by immersion in liquid of Buena. After suitable wiring, the material was flooded in paraffin. Histologic shears were colored hematoxylin and eosin, stain of Van –Gieson, resorcinol-fuchsinol of Veingeirt. For detecting endocrine cells of shear impregnated by the method of Gremeluise. Luminescent histochemical research was done with the help of V.N. Shvalyova and N.N. Juchkova method with applying glyoxylic acid on fresh-iced shears. For defining, the amount of fluorescent monoamine (serotonin and catecholamine) was used microfluorimetry. However, the intensification of histogenetic processes occurring in the organ after birth due to the expansion of physiological functions is accompanied by an increase in the number of apudocytes and NET. The content of catecholamines and serotonin in neuroendocrine structures depends on the period of growth and differentiation of the lung: during the intensive growth of the respiratory organs in the fetal period and in newborns, the level of catecholamines in apudocytes and NET is increased; with the predominance of differentiation processes in the neuroendocrine apparatus, the serotonin content increases.

This experiment was centred on the concept of using pectin gel to manufacture fairy tofu in order to determine the ideal parameters for the creation of natural fairy tofu. Based on the single-factor test, The Box-Behnken central combination design approach was employed to investigate the optimal production process of fairy tofu. According to the findings, there were substantial changes (P<0.05) in the qualitative attributes of tofu at varied material-to-liquid ratios, drying temperatures (the leaves of Premna microphylla Turcz) and grinding temperatures during the production process. The optimal process parameters were: material-to-liquid ratio of 1:60 (g:g), drying temperature of 20 °C and a grinding temperature of 90 °C. The yield of fairy tofu produced under this process parameter was 46.02 g/g, which was 55.33% higher than the yield of fairy tofu produced by the unoptimized process. It indicated that the optimized process conditions for the production of pure natural fairy tofu are feasible and can produce a high-yield and high-quality of fairy tofu. This study provides a theoretical basis for the reuse of the leaves of Premna microphylla Turcz. and lays the foundation for the large-scale production of fairy tofu.

The introduction of cross-border taxes on hydrocarbon-intensive goods in the EU is expected in 2023, and the draft proposals are expected in the second quarter of 2021. The conditions for collecting such a tax from the EU will affect the interests of the EU itself for the next two decades remaining under the Green Deal until zero emissions. Apparently, the mechanism of tax collection will soon become clear, where and for what the collected funds will be directed. The issue of the impact of new taxes on Russian exports shifts the internal debate over the nature of such regulation to several urgent issues. This is the need for a more accurate, reliable and documented accounting of emissions in the country. And this is the choice of the option of adapting the country’s tax system to minimize the losses of companies, which began to be actively discussed, since the time factor begins to operate. An important aspect of the problem is the need for the simultaneous and rapid introduction of measures in the field of regulation, taxes, statistics in a complex, depending on the chosen response option. The new measures will not only affect the country’s climate programs, taxation and foreign trade, but will also have implications for economic strategy and even regional development.

The widespread availability of information and telecommunication sources (IT technologies), on the one hand, increases the level of legal awareness of the population and the effectiveness of interaction between political institutions and civil society, the activities of state bodies are becoming more transparent, education is more accessible. But in parallel with this, the level of the destructive impact of digitalization of public relations is also growing. A person dissolves into virtual reality, the personality is split into two, i.e. realized and manifested at different levels in different ways in virtual and real reality, there is a transformation of consciousness and, as a consequence of legal consciousness. In our opinion, the above provision is an urgent problem and requires theoretical and legal analysis. The article examines the problems of transformation of the legal consciousness of an individual in the digital space. The authors propose measures aimed at reducing the unfavorable factors affecting the distortion of legal consciousness.

The presented work analyzes the need for specialized diagnostic procedures in order to identify the presence of certain ENT pathologies in the patient, since their untimely detection and, as a result, treatment directly affect the physical health of a person as a whole. It is noted that a decrease in patients’ attention to their health, as well as an untimely appeal to a specialized specialist for advice, can lead to the development of serious complications and even surgical intervention. The authors investigate in detail the features of common ENT diseases, possible symptoms, as well as complications that arise in the case of a chronic course of such diseases. At the same time, considerable emphasis is placed on the importance of the prevention of ENT diseases, among these measures are proper nutrition, a healthy lifestyle, regular medical examinations and following recommendations for the care of ENT organs. The paper emphasizes that timely diagnosis and treatment of ENT pathologies should be identified as key factors that ensure the necessary level of physical health of patients, for this reason, it is necessary to consult a specialist at the first symptoms of the disease. Investigating the methods of diagnosis of ENT diseases, the authors of the work also pay attention to the consideration of methods of treatment of ENT diseases, especially noting conservative therapy, since at the early stages of the development of the disease it allows to restore the patient’s health without resorting to surgical intervention. Based on the results of consideration of the problem, it should be concluded that timely referral to a specialist, diagnosis and treatment of ENT diseases are necessary conditions for maintaining and improving the physical health of patients and their quality of life.

One of the ways to preserve the culture of microalgae for a long time is conservation. All modern methods of preservation and long-term storage of microorganism cultures are based on the transfer of cells to a state of anabiosis, in which metabolic processes are either completely or partially stopped. One of the mechanisms that are realized during the transition to the anabiotic state is a change in cell permeability. This can be achieved by modifying the culture medium. Thus, the search for preservatives that contribute to the long-term preservation of biomass is very relevant. The primary condition for the use of any preservative or a new component of the culture medium should be the absence of a toxic effect on the cell culture. Goal of the work: to determine the cytotoxic effect of some preservatives for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris GKO strain. The cytotoxicity of ascorbic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sodium chloride and urotropin was analyzed for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris strain GKO. The following parameters were determined: pH of Chlorella vulgaris suspension with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm pH of suspension of Chlorella vulgaris with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm pH of suspension of Chlorella vulgaris with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm

Thus, the search for preservatives that contribute to the long-term preservation of biomass is very relevant. The primary condition for the use of any preservative or a new component of the culture medium should be the absence of a toxic effect on the cell culture. Goal of the work: to determine the cytotoxic effect of some preservatives for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris GKO strain. The cytotoxicity of ascorbic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, acetic acid, sodium chloride and urotropin was analyzed for the cell culture of Chlorella vulgaris strain GKO. The following parameters were determined: pH of Chlorella vulgaris suspension with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm pH of suspension of Chlorella vulgaris with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm pH of suspension of Chlorella vulgaris with preservative; Total number of cells, MM/ml; The ratio of dead cells to the total number of cells,%; Specific growth/death rate; The optical density of the suspension; The difference in the average optical density,%; Cell size (diameter), µm","PeriodicalId":8805,"journal":{"name":"BIO Web of Conferences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80111483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
