The school is a privileged space that allows the individual the formation of values through knowledge and the teacher has a fundamental role in building with his students a sustainable awareness of the environment. The aim of this paper was to analyze the pedagogical practices applied by the teachers of two public state schools located in the municipalities of Capim Branco and Prudente de Morais, MG, in order to verify how often the environmental theme is worked in the classrooms. as well as whether there is ease and understanding in working interdisciplinarily on environmental issues with the disciplines that teachers teach and whether teaching resources (books, games, technologies) are available to teachers to work on such a topic. A structured and adapted questionnaire was elaborated and adapted to the PE and Middle teachers, composed of multiple choice and dichotomous questions and the information obtained was analyzed. There was little frequency in working with environmental themes in the disciplines that teachers teach and even in the face of difficulties in obtaining didactic resources to work with this theme in public schools, teachers are stimulated and develop pedagogical practice beyond the traditional, However, they contradict each other by supporting Environmental Education as a curricular discipline, which shows a lack of theoretical basis on Environmental Education.

This research aims to create a model of the development of the speed of movement through specific means of the football game in the physical education lesson in the sixth grade.Being a very dynamic game practiced under intense global, physical and physiological demands, in which contact with the opponent is not excluded, football is a precious means of physical education, both in terms of instructional effects and, if well valorized educational, and as an excellent means of forming moral-volitional qualities and invaluable character traits. The subjects of this research were sixth graders of the ”Miron Costin” General School in Bacău. The experiment was conducted between March and June, 2019, with class VI, consists of 24 students, of which: 10 boys and 14 girls. The specific football action means were conceived and conducted within the allocated time of the physical education lesson of 50 minutes. The experiment consisted of an initial testing (March 6, 2019), comprising control challenges, obtaining initial data for the experiment, one intermediary tests (April 20, 2019), and a final testing (May 29, 2019), at the end of the experiment, through which the final data of the experiment was recorded, using the same challenges.Between the initial and the final testing, the established training means and programs were applied. During the experiment, the subjects' progress was verified by two control tests: 5x10 meter shuttle - girls / boys and 50 meters speed run - girls / boys.At the end of the experiment and after analyzing the recorded results, we are able to state that the correct use of certain means of action specific to the game of football in class VI ensures the development of the speed of movement.

Arterial hypertension (AH) has been pointed as the main risk factor for the development of cardiovascular diseases. The rates of individuals with hypertension have been increasing due to environmental factors, as well as pathophysiological factors such as increased serum homocysteine (Hci) levels. However, research involving strength training, its respective intensities and Hci levels is scarce and inconclusive. This systematic review aimed to identify in the literature studies that evaluated the effect of strength training on serum Hci levels and their contributions in the fight against cardiovascular disease. Exercise has been a source of study as a method for reducing circulating Hci levels. A search was performed in the PubMed, Lilacs, and Scielo databases using as descriptors the terms homocysteine associated with strength training. The selected articles were obtained in full and included in the sample. Regarding the intensity of strength training, two studies were performed with 75 to 80% of 1 RM, one research performed with 60% of 1 RM, one study used 50 to 80% of 1 RM and only one research was performed with 35% of 1 RM. 1 RM. This systematic review has shown that strength training can play an important role in reducing Hci plasma levels in middle-aged and elderly individuals undergoing a regular program of moderate to high intensity strength exercise, despite the mechanisms by which this reduction occurs. it is unclear.

The growing participation of young people in football is a motivation for coaches, physical trainers and parents to know what are the special requirements to practice this sport safely, especially nutritional requirements. During childhood and adolescence, a balance is sought between nutritional status, exercise and physical growth. The food must meet the energy and nutrient requirements to enhance physical growth and maturation, physical activity, academic performance and maintain a reserve to meet the needs of the pubertal growth or strain. Calcium is an essential mineral for bone strengthening, especially in the pubertal stage, so it is imperative to ensure its proper consumption with the diet. Hypocalcaemia is uncommon in healthy children and adolescents, and the primary need for dietary calcium is to ensure bone growth and health. Objectives To assess the average calcium consumption of dairy sources in adolescent soccer players linked to the New Star Club of the city of Asuncion in April 2018. Materials and methods The study had a non-experimental design, with a quantitative approach, descriptive scope and cross section in which 37 teenage soccer players who attended the New Star Club participated. The instrument to collect the data was a research file designed for this purpose, which included personal data of the subjects of study, and the Food Consumption Frequency Questionnaire, which is one of the most used methods in food history, taking As an advantage the simple and cheap. Results The average calcium value of dairy sources consumed by adolescents in the sample was 614 ± 209 mg / day, less than half of the required value of 1300 mg / day. Daily calcium consumption from dairy sources reflects a wide difference between 78% of inadequate or insufficient consumption compared to only 22% of adequate consumption. Discussion Coinciding with Barranco, Gisela Ivon, who found that 106 child soccer players in the 1999 category between 10 and 11 years old had an average calcium intake of 813.03 ± 347.48, with 1495 mg being the highest value consumed. Conclusion 78% of adolescents have inadequate or insufficient calcium intake. These data reveal the importance of promoting a nutritional education in schools, colleges and sports venues thus avoiding the risks involved in sports with poor nutrition.

The observations made in the last decades demonstrate a certain tendency to decrease the parameters of the physical and functional capacities of the body of all generations of Romanian citizens.Among the major causes of this phenomenon is the reduction of the motor activities of the contemporary man (hypodynamics), as well as the increase of the psychic efforts. In this sense, the prophylaxis actions that directly involve attracting and promoting physical activities in leisure activities are indispensable. From studying the existing bibliographic materials we realized that information regarding the possibilities of practicing the free time activities and especially the weight of these in the time budget of the high school students are non-existent.For this reason, we considered that conducting an investigation that would bring more information in this direction may be a benchmark for larger investigations that will influence the possibility of practicing physical exercises in high school students in Bacău.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the history of chikungunya epidemics and outbreaks in Brazil. Outbreaks and epidemics reported by the national press that becomes the main vehicle for disseminating information about the disease. Knowledge about the chikungunya virus is now structured by the media. In this sense, it is essential to evaluate the agreements and disagreements of this translation. Chikungunya is known in Africa as the disease of "those who bend," an allusion to the curved appearance of patients who could not lift their bodies because of characteristic joint pain. In 2014, 824 cases of chikungunya were recorded in Brazil. Chikungunya outbreaks in the southeastern region occur from 2015. It becomes epidemic in northeastern Brazil in mid-2016. With 60,000 confirmed cases of chikungunya in Ceara that had so far the highest rate in the country. Chikungunya in its most acute phase compromises the joints promoting severe pain and sequelae that can last up to six months. It is suspected that chikungunya virus may lead the individual to develop another condition known as Guillain Barre syndrome, autoimmune disease.“Bending bodies” for a longer period can produce incapable bodies for good. Historical mapping of chikungunya epidemics and outbreaks may provide some important tools for assessing the current picture of the disease

The study of ergonomics and anthromorphy in the academic environment is important because students have long journeys in this environment, due to the study activities. The aim of this paper is to analyze the dimensional patterns of furniture (table and chair) of an educational institution, with standards recommend by the norms and the anthropomorphy of the academics. The research was applied and with quantitative method. The student's activity requires continuous contraction of some muscles to maintain a certain position; therefore, it can be considered a static activity. The analyses by the standards ABNT 13966:2008 and ABNT 14006:2008, concludes that in relation to the norms that university environments, especially in the stricto and lato sensu modality, where the user spends time sitting as much as would spend working should be thought with the aid of other tools, and not just the norms. Regarding the available and analyzed furniture, it is suggested that both the tables and chairs studied, as far as possible should be rethought.
