The teaching practice in technical, technological, and engineering education requires well-structured laboratories with didactic resources that provide the actors in the teaching and learning process with better interaction between the topics covered and the search for a practice. Thus, it is fundamental that lecturing institutions have teaching resources in their laboratories that the lecturers would use to improve their teaching-learning process. A teaching bench is a good option among the previous didactic models. The machine elements didactic benches allow a better explanation and application of the relationships between the various mechanical elements and related several subjects. For this reason, this work aims to build two didactic benches to assist the teaching-learning process under technical and didactic standards for teaching courses and/or related subjects of machine elements and later performance of engine bench tests to ensure its operation. The first didactic bench aims to assist in classes in relevant subjects involving machine elements. It has several components in it, and its characteristics and functionalities can be visualized. It has an electric engine for activation and a Prony brake type that measures the motor's torque and power demands. Additionally, it allows the student to visualize the correlations of the various calculations with practice, such as transmission ratio, torque, and power. The second didactic bench concerns the analysis of internal combustion or electric engines' functionalities, in which several parameters are analyzed, such as speed motor, torque, power, and fuel consumption. The engine bench has a load cell, rotation sensor, and Prony brake type initially adapted to test two engine models (electric and internal combustion). This work was developed using machine design methodology, highlighting the informational, conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design. The didactic bench tests ensured that they could be used in the teaching-learning process for engineering students. Moreover, with the construction of the small engine test bench, it is possible to evaluate internal combustion engine operating parameters, such as power, strength, rotation, and fuel consumption.

The present research delimited as objective to carry out an investigation on the challenges encountered by Primary Health Care and its Contributions with regard to vaccination for the control and immunization of the population. It is essential to consider contemporary narratives - national and international - that orbit around the central axis “Primary care and vaccination”, which consisted of: immunization; population management; quality of life; contributions; challenges and vaccine coverage, in a timeline from 2019 to 2022. As challenges, we deal with disinformation, or even fake news, which confuse the population, leading them to disbelieve in the vaccine potential. Finally, we analyze what have been the main contributions of primary care to improve the implementation of vaccine management. We resort to portals such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Ministry of Health of Brazil and articles from the Vitrual Health Library to strengthen that, in Primary Health Care, vaccination services offer important evaluation indicators, which have been demonstrating, as over time, the contribution of vaccination actions to the health sector, characterizing them as one of the most rewarding, in view of the impact on disease control.

A few years ago, validating proteins to see if they were good or bad was a process that took years. With the creation of the Ramachandran Graph that evaluates protein structures through the angles φ (phi) and ψ (psi), this task became less onerous. With the evolution of computing and bioinformatics, platforms have been created to generate Ramachandran graphs in an online manner, however, the platforms have a high degree of usability complexity. The system proposed by this project puts the user as the center of the development, developing a system that can generate the Ramachandran graphs from the files sent, make the outlier analysis and return to the user through e-mail communication when the activities are finished.

This article aims to analyze the short story Venha ver o pôr do sol, by Lygia Fagundes Telles, in order to understand how the compositional aspects of narrative contribute to the meaning of the text. Based on researches of authors like Saraiva, Eagleton, Salvatore D’Onofrio, Lygia Leite and Dino Del Pino, this study proposes a relation between literature and representation, presents the concept of narrative and, from its compositional aspects, analyzes the story, making inferences about the context. Therefore, it can be seen that the proper analysis of the aspects from the text allows for relevant reflections about its content.

It is relevant that the study presented presents an analysis of the main methodologies used in the education of students that emerged in Elementary School, having as a model the theme, The Environment in School Daily Life and its Active Methodologies. The study aims to evaluate the results by the capacity of the students acquired Environment in the Daily School Life of these deaf students, through active methodologies. The student is encouraged to take an active and responsible stance in their learning process, seeking self-regulation and meaningful learning. Learning methods and techniques that stimulate student-teacher and student-student interaction, teaching materials and resources and handouts, almost always, in collaborative learning, taking the student to be responsible for the construction of their knowledge. Based on this premise, we will present a qualitative research and significant results. Expand our information through field research by observation studies and studies, expanding experiences with students emerging from a state school in Manaus. Therefore, we will present some methodologies, among which are Recycle, Reuse and Reduce solid waste. It was found that the methodologies used are oriented according to child-centered learning theories. In this investment in the deaf and their registration, student, context, thus, the service to useful services for stimulation and development is essential. Based on the evaluation of the results by the applicability of the environment themes obtained in the school routine, and the uses of active methodologies, to propose a new method of study to train deaf students. We will seek the best way to work as methodologies in the training of the deaf subject. It was verified the use of the methodologies that motivate the use of the methodologies that motivate the use of their disks and the direction of solutions to make an impasse and promote their development, which is an adequate and necessary instrument for a new learning. It is concluded that the teaching and learning process with deaf students still lacks research opportunities aimed at the adoption of new techniques that favor learning at better levels of qualification for the child.

Environmental Education in non-formal educational spaces emerges as a tool capable of making people aware of the importance of conserving natural resources. The present study aimed to evaluate the potential of a holiday camp as a tool to promote non-formal environmental education. For 5 days, a total of 19 children between 9 and 12 years old, participated in various activities held in a zoo, located in the city of Dois Vizinhos, Paraná. The research had a qualitative and descriptive character and the field diary and participant observation were used for data collection. The results indicate that the children were made aware of the importance of all animals to the ecosystem and at various times presented critical thinking about the problems caused by man to the environment. It is hoped that the activities developed can collaborate in the process of formation for change, in which people can change their relationship with the environment, not only in their daily attitudes, but as future citizens of rights who demand economic and social transformations for the conservation of natural resources.

In the famous short story The egg and chicken of the Ukrainian writer Clarice Lispector, the author resumes that classic question that has been going through the history of humanity about who was born first; the egg or the chicken? In an analogous way we could also question the emergence of evil in humanity presenting two possibilities, namely: is language or society responsible for the birth of evil? We know that from the perspective of the philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau humanity is taken by the antagonism between nature and culture and this is the result of the process of degeneration of that through the inevitable process of perfectibility, continuously and without return causing the fall and moral degradation of the human being. However, unlike what some may think, it was not the needs that took men out of the state of nature, but passions, which can be represented by singing, dancing and sensual gesture, that is, language. For Rousseau, the spoken language is not something natural or inherent to the human being, it is something that has arisen over time in the history of mankind. According to the genebrino, the first humans did not use spoken language, because there was no need, since they lived in isolation and only found one similar sporadically. Thus, with the progress of human language, which can be considered the first social institution, we realize that the bases for the origin of civil society were established with the process of evolution of human language, which moved further and further away from nature to approach the artificiality of civil conventions, dictated by rationality, which elaborated new forms of relationship between men, based on positive laws, social contract and a new political order. In this sense, to the extent that language promotes the emergence of society, it also increasingly promotes the degeneration of the language, leaving it increasingly distant from nature, in a dialectical way. Thus, we aim at resuming the dichotomy between language and society, in order to establish a reflection about the origin of evil in humanity.

The study addresses and deepens the debate on which are the best choices of sustainable strategic public policies to promote income and employment generation in economically depressed local economies and unattractive in attracting investments. In this context, public actions and strategies to stimulate the development of sustainable tourism are a promising path, as long as they are thought of as a regionalized process. The success of these policies largely depends on the integration and cooperation between tourist regions. However, failures in the coordination of actions, low understanding of local managers of the micro and macroeconomic scenario make more articulated and consequently more effective actions difficult. The study through a descriptive research of qualitative analysis and making use of content analysis addresses ways to ensure the promotion of sustainable growth of local economies. Sustainable tourism depends on improving regional governance, articulation and integration between territories, reliability and transparency in the management of data collection and sharing for satisfactory decision-making in the strategies of public policies for regional development of tourism.

The objective of this study was to analyze the cultural and tourist perception index (IPCT) of the boi “Flor do Campo” and boi “Malhadinho” associations, participants of the Folkloric Festival of Guajará-Mirim, on the border with Bolivia. As a basis for theoretical support, the theory of endogenous development was used. To determine the indicators, questionnaires were applied to the associations, which were submitted to the SPSS statistical tool (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), version 17, as described in Cavalcante [4]; Santana [42] and [43]. The results showed that the trust and governance indices of the “boi Malhadinho” association were considered “bad” by the scale adopted in this work. In the boi Flor do Campo association, the perception index reached a result considered “good” by the scale adopted (0.645). The parameters of Trust and Governance presented results considered “regular” (0.473 and 0.560, respectively). By the average of the parameters, the IPCT – Flor do Campo was equal to 0.559 (regular) and IPCT – Malhadinho 0.406 (regular). Therefore, this result reinforces the view that the structuring problem of Guajará-Mirim is not economic but social. And according to this result, it is clear how coherent this work is with the research carried out on social capital in the region by Cavalcante [4] and Cavalcante and Alves [8]. And in this way, it meets North's institutionalist theory that says that growth is not the cause of development but a consequence. In this sense, what points to the level of local development is the institutional arrangement itself, that is, society itself building a prosperous and healthy path.

In today's world, the search for new energy generation alternatives is increasing and being far from large metropolitan centers is an aggravating factor for the socioeconomic development of municipalities. In addition to the difficulty and high costs of keeping a city in proper working order, the quality of service provided by electricity concessionaires has low efficiency and high consumption of fossil fuels. In order to contribute to a solution, this work aims to present an alternative developed using the RETScreen Software, through the design of a photovoltaic plant, to meet the energy demands of the municipalities in the state of Amazonas. Through the research, we sought to understand and present the particularities of each proposed chapter and, through computer simulation, to develop a renewable source plant to supply the demand of the municipality of São Gabriel da Cachoeira-AM. Two possibilities of application of the result can be analyzed, where the fulfillment of the demand was carried out in a total and partial way and, with that, obtain satisfactory results such as the reduction of 50% of the consumption of fossil fuel, reduction of 25% to 50 % of emission of polluting gases and to present the potential that the generation of photovoltaic energy has for the Amazon region.
