E-commerce not only means conducting business on the internet. In the era of internet technology, e-commerce completely changes our lifestyle. E-commerce continuously achieving success, and its become more important for businessman to follow the current trends because as technology changes, consumer behavior also changes. Consumer behavior has a tremendous impact on e-commerce. Electronic commerce is far more than just transacting business over the internet. It will have a far-reaching and more significant effect than we presently realize. This is since the information technology revolution is occurring at the same time as other trends, most notably the globalization of business. The new era of global e-commerce is spawning an entirely new economy, which will profoundly influence our lives, reshape competition in multiple sectors, and change the world economy.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between digital marketing and the satisfaction of sublimation users in the department of Piura - Peru. For this purpose, a basic type of research was improved, with a non-experimental design, with a correlational scope, and cross-sectional. Users of the Piura sublimation service who will be between 18 and 65 years of age will be left as a population. Likewise, the sample was considered based on the statistical calculation, resulting in 384 respondents. The technique applied was the survey, and the research instrument was complemented with two questionnaires based on the Likert scale, whose collected data was processed using the SPSS software. The results that were achieved proved that there is a relationship between the variables studied. Finally, to reach this conclusion, the non-parametric test of Spearman's Rho was obtained with a p-value equal to 0.000 and a level of connections of 0.839. Finally, the conclusions obtained in the investigation indicate that there is a high positive confirmation between the variables digital marketing and satisfaction of sublimation users in the department of Piura, this indicates that digital marketing offers tools and strategies that are useful to increase user satisfaction, and, therefore, have loyal customers, thus showing better results for the organization.

For the first time in the history of collegiate sports, college athletes can be compensated without the risk of losing their status as amateurs. The Fair Pay to Play act sparked a revolution of state laws allowing college athletes to be compensated for using their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL). Agency representation, another allowance that has historically been restricted from college athletes, has been granted by these new laws. With the governance of intercollegiate play removed from the authority of the National Collegiate Athlete Association (NCAA) and placed in the hands of the individual states in which universities reside, the respective universities are now in a place to profit as knock-on benefactors. NIL brings corporate relationships closer to the University and, in some states, allows boosters to serve in the capacity of sponsors. Using the school's intellectual property – logo, brand, mascot, etc. – cannot financially benefit the collegiate athlete but can serve as another opportunity for universities to profit from the existence of the NIL legislature. This research explores the impact NIL laws have had on the financial performance of the Universities in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) West Division. The correlational study analyzes the profitability of universities before and after the NIL legislature passed to determine if there is a correlating pattern. The study leverages key performance indicators to describe the financial performance of seven universities across five states. Although the metrics suggest a correlation pattern before and after NIL was passed, it does not find significant variation between the profitability metrics or the components that measure profitability.

The research aims to identify modern strategies for crisis management, and their impact on planning for crisis management, where the research was applied to employees in the directorates of the university presidency and its offices, totaling (75) employees. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of (28) items was prepared. It included two approaches (modern strategies for crisis management, and crisis management planning). A questionnaire was distributed electronically to a research sample of (60) employees, which was determined from the Krejci and Morgan table. The researcher found that there is a statistically significant effect of modern strategies for crisis management on management planning the crisis, at the level of significance of 5%, and the most modern used strategies were the strategy of Crisis Fragmentation, followed by Changing Path strategy, then the strategy of Containing the Crisis, then the strategy of Crisis Exhausting, followed by the strategy of the Work Teams, then the strategy of the Mobilization Reserve in the last phase. The research concluded there are no statistically significant differences in modern strategies for crisis management according to the variable (gender, educational qualification, respondent’s character, age), at the level of significance of 5%, and the researcher recommended the need to form task forces to manage crises in colleges with expertise, provide the necessary material and human support.

Communication style is intensely influential on customers' purchase probability, trust, satisfaction, perceived service quality, and perceptions of brand affection, competence, and attachment. Social interaction models tell us that when consumers engage in service interactions, they rely largely on the communication style of the service personnel to develop their evaluations in which they have little knowledge of service issues. The frontline service personnel represent the image of the organization. The perception of customers towards the organization is influenced by their experiences at the frontline. A poor service delivery experience by a customer influences the image of the organization as the customer may share his/her bad encounters with other people. So, it is important that the organization ensure the quality of frontline services to secure a positive image of the organization. The study suggests the need for employers to provide training to the staff to improve their communication skills and develop favourable attitudes.

The paper explores the key factors relevant to the development of micro and small businesses in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This study specifically focused on the relevant factors from the islands' perspectives. This study used primary sources of data collected in the South Andaman Islands (Andaman and Nicobar Islands), and the obtained data were analyzed using SPSS. The findings of the study proved that tourism business and marine and wood-based businesses have huge potential in the Andaman Islands. The study's findings highlighted the significance of subsidies and incentives for island promotion and sustainable development, which could be accomplished through capital investment, as well as transportation subsidies, which are critical for new and existing businesses on islands. Cargo transportation from the mainland to islands is the primary mode of sea transportation and the only mode between island regions. Under this situation, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands totally rely on manufacturing or service businesses as a lifeline. Hence, micro- and small businesses will play a vital role in employment generation, production, investments, and the growth of a small business. As a result, the administration of the islands should implement appropriate policy measures based on the relevant factors in the islands' region. The local administration needs to support and provide easy access to finance, transportation, and other facilities for small businesses in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Armed conflicts lead to the deterioration of the living conditions of civilians and deprive them of the basic necessities of life, which may result in catastrophic human tragedies, due to the inability of the parties to the conflict to provide basic goods and services or obstruct that. Humanitarian relief work provided by states and humanitarian organizations comes as a decisive and necessary tool to preserve The life, health, and dignity of these people, and this relief is subject to a long-standing legal regulation in international law, which despite its importance in achieving facilitation of humanitarian relief work and ensuring its arrival, but it has some problems that may prevent it, so this study comes as an attempt to identify these problems and put them on the research table Hoping to spark discussion about possible solutions to it so that the goal of the provisions of international law regulating humanitarian relief is achieved in facilitating the arrival of humanitarian relief to those in need at the right time and in the appropriate form.

The concept of leadership is perhaps the most overused word, which has been harnessed with so many conceptual meanings, stakes and implications. In the various scientific articles, it has been understood as a structural characteristic of the personality, while many times it has been linked to the organizational conditions of the organization. Often, it has been approached as a behavioral characteristic. Given the proven research value of the concept of leadership, a deeper understanding of the nature of leadership can be extremely important. Leadership has been understood as a process of exercising social influence in an organization or group. In the same context, a leading individual (leader) will tend to initiate invisible and overt processes, where other individuals may be supported in starting and completing tasks. According to the above approach, a leader does not simply plan on the safe side, but leads by taking a significant, ongoing risk—of achieving overall goals or approaching total failure. Servant leadership can be an extremely important leadership philosophy to match the complex conditions of the modern environment. This was explored in the current paper, through the analysis of the global success of the Starbucks café chain.

There are many stages in the medical device management lifecycle to consider, and from the planning stage to commissioning, dismantling and decommissioning, replaceing an equipment is a critical decision. This phase includes several information that help replacement decisions intelligent. Technical, monetary and safety principles are taken into account when replacing medical equipment. One of the most frequently criterion is service life. In recent times, the delivery of a sustainable competitive advantage through the optimization of the management of non-essence activities is considered more relevant. A non-essence example is the Lifespan management of capital goods which are required in supporting the processes involved in healthcare operations ranging from acquiring assets to maximizing the operation, sustaining the performance and conclude the right time to get rid of it properly. The objective: is to identify if Total Cost Ownership (TCO) will give recommendations for decision-making even though it is capable of helping us identify the optimal economic life of the medical device. Overall, 40% of our specimens showed that monitoring TCO is essential to the continuous mapping of the cost of these devices on service.
