ROLE LEADERSHIP MODEL: THEORETICAL FOUNDATION AND ROLE QUESTIONNAIRE LEADERSHIP SKILLS 角色领导模式:理论基础和角色问卷领导技能

The article is devoted to the study of the phenomenon of leadership skills from the standpoint of the role approach, as well as the standardization of the role–structure questionnaire of leadership skills. The study is focused on the theoretical substantiation of the role structure of leadership skills and testing the role–structure questionnaire. The study was attended by 236 studied at the age of 18-55 as a psychometric sample. Tested in this study The role– structure questionnaire of leadership skills allows to evaluate the degree of development of leadership skills by the roles of the Negotiator, who performs a communicative function of leadership, a Coach, who performs a didactic function of leadership, a Guide who performs an organizational function of leadership, a Counsellor, who performs the communicative and organizational function of leadership, a Motivator who performs a motivational function of leadership, a Friend who performs an emotional function of leadership. A Director who performs an instrumental and managerial function of leadership and a Team-bilder who performs a team of leadership.

Abstract: The results of research on the development of leadership qualities in the process of professional training of students of a technical institution of higher education are highlighted in the publication. Special attention is paid to the personality development of the future leader. The results of a pedagogical experiment based on the following conducted methods are highlighted in the article: the method of sociometric measurements, Kettel's multifactorial questionnaire, and the “Personal Differential” test. Based on the results of the analysis of respondents' answers, the main leadership qualities of students were established. The importance of mandatory study of leadership disciplines in a technical institution of higher education has been proven. In the article, a program for the development of leadership qualities of students of a technical orientation was developed and tested in the process of a formative experiment. The results of the control experiment proved the effectiveness of the application of the leadership potential development program in the educational process of professional training of future technical specialists.
摘要:本文重点介绍了一所高等技术院校学生在专业培养过程中领导素质发展的研究结果。特别关注未来领导者的个性发展。本文重点介绍了基于以下方法的教学实验结果:社会计量测量法、Kettel的多因子问卷法和“个人差异”检验。根据受访者回答的分析结果,确立了学生的主要领导素质。本文在形成性实验的过程中,开发并测试了技术取向学生领导素质发展的方案。控制实验结果证明了领导潜能开发计划在未来技术专才专业培训教育过程中的有效性。

Abstract: the article is devoted to a detailed analysis of modern trends in the professionalization of teaching staff in the field of advanced training. The necessity of making changes in continuous pedagogical education has been determined. Attention is paid to facilitation of the research and educational process. The question of the formation of the professional identity of teachers is considered. Recommendations are offered for improving  the system of teacher training under the condition of supporting school projects and innovative processes in educational institutions.
摘要:本文详细分析了现代高等教育师资专业化的发展趋势。继续教育改革的必要性已经确定。注意促进研究和教育过程。对教师专业认同的形成问题进行了思考。提出了在支持学校项目和教育机构创新过程的条件下改进教师培训制度的建议。

The structural model of the process of formation and/or development of professional motivation in students of psychologists with the help of situational modeling is displayed.

Abstract: the article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of using art therapy tools in the training of future teachers of higher education institutions. The study theoretically substantiated and tested the introduction of ar therapeutic means in the process of professional training of future teachers of a higher school. The experimental verification confirmed the expediency of introducing such tools into the real educational process of training future teachers.

Abstract: the article studies the world experience of introducing leadership theories into the strategy of training future specialists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. It is noted that the introduction of leadership theories into the educational process of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions will ensure the successful formation of leadership development and improvement of professional training of future specialists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, which will effectively influence the development strategy of the civil protection system of Ukraine as a whole.

FEATURES OF OVERCOMING STRESS DURING MARTIAL STATE BY LECTURERS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS 高校讲师在战时克服压力的特点

Abstract: the study is devoted to the problem of teachers overcoming the effects of stress during martial law. Empirically determined that: the highest level of stress is in groups of teachers who have been in the war zone or near it since the beginning of the war; the lowest level of stress is in the group of teachers who left Ukraine; teachers in the combat zone most often use coping “Avoiding problems”; internally displaced teachers most often use “Search for social support” to overcome stress; teachers who have gone abroad combine the strategies of “Avoiding problems” and “Seeking social support”, choosing the most significant problems; all identified differences were statistically significant; there is a significant correlation between the level of stress and the tendency to use the strategy “Avoid problems”, which indicates the inability of teachers to overcome all the difficulties and adversities they face

Abstract: it is determined in the article that statistically significant difference in students’ perceiving professionally important formations in pedagogues whose quality of teaching was estimated by students as positive or negative. Overall, the average rank of professionally significant formations for pedagogues positively evaluated by students is in the area of 80, while in pedagogues negatively evaluated by students, it is around 30. Among all of the professionally significant formations, evaluated by students in pedagogues, there is sufficiently strong correlation link. It is possible to conclude that the development of the sum total of the professionally significant formations as defined by us will be significant for students’ positive estimation of the teacher as such who is distinguished by his/her high quality teaching.

Overall, the average rank of professionally significant formations for pedagogues positively evaluated by students is in the area of 80, while in pedagogues negatively evaluated by students, it is around 30. Among all of the professionally significant formations, evaluated by students in pedagogues, there is sufficiently strong correlation link. PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF USING MULTIMEDIA TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING ENGLISH AT A NON-LANGUAGE UNIVERSITY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF DISTANCE LEARNING 远程教育条件下非语言大学英语教学中使用多媒体技术的教学条件

Abstract: the article deals with the pedagogical conditions of using multimedia technologies in the process of distance learning of English for students of non-language higher educational institutions. The analysis of scientific sources on the study of the use of computer tools in the process of distance learning of a foreign language is carried out. The effectiveness of modern multimedia technologies in teaching English is substantiated and multimedia tools that significantly increase students' motivation and, as a result, the quality of their foreign language training are identified. The new possibilities of presenting educational material that open up to the teacher due to the introduction of multimedia resources into the educational process are highlighted. Considerable attention is paid to the role of feedback in ensuring effective interaction between student and teacher in the process of learning a foreign language in a distance format. It is noted that it is necessary to adhere to the principle of blended learning in the process of mastering a foreign language by students in the realities of distance learning, which also contributes to improving the quality and effectiveness of foreign language teaching. The most important pedagogical condition of distance learning of English is determined, which is the professionalization of training of future specialists. It is concluded that the digital format of multimedia technologies opens up new pedagogical opportunities for the organization of distance learning of a foreign language.
文摘:本文论述了在非语言高等院校学生远程英语教学过程中使用多媒体技术的教学条件。对外语远程学习过程中计算机工具使用研究的科学来源进行了分析。现代多媒体技术在英语教学中的有效性得到了证实,多媒体工具显著提高了学生的学习动机,从而提高了他们的外语培训质量。由于在教育过程中引入多媒体资源,向教师展示教育材料的新可能性得到了强调。在远程学习外语的过程中,反馈在确保师生有效互动中的作用受到了相当的重视。指出在远程学习的实际情况下,学生在掌握外语的过程中必须坚持混合式学习的原则,这也有助于提高外语教学的质量和效果。英语远程教育最重要的教学条件是未来专业人才培养的专业化。结论是,多媒体技术的数字格式为组织外语远程学习开辟了新的教学机会。
