Subgrade settlement prediction based on Support Vector Machine 基于支持向量机的路基沉降预测

Due to traditional ballastless track settlement prediction algorithms have large error and can't accurately forecast settlement after work, a new method using Support Vector Machine(SVM) to forecast ballastless track settlement of high-speed railway is proposed in this paper. Firstly, build a SVM model and calculate the dual model. Then, mapping it to a higher dimension space by kernel function. At last solve and validate the model by an example. By comparing with the traditional forecasting algorithms and BP neural network, the results show that SVM can obtain high prediction precision and good generalization capability in few training samples comparing to other algorithms, provide a more secure and reliable solution for ballastless track settlement.
针对传统无砟轨道沉降预测算法误差大、不能准确预测工后沉降的问题,提出了一种利用支持向量机(SVM)预测高速铁路无砟轨道沉降的新方法。首先,建立支持向量机模型并计算对偶模型。然后,通过核函数将其映射到高维空间。最后通过算例对模型进行了求解和验证。通过与传统预测算法和BP神经网络的比较,结果表明,与其他算法相比,SVM在较少的训练样本下可以获得较高的预测精度和良好的泛化能力,为无砟轨道沉降提供了更安全可靠的解决方案。

The application of complex wavelet transform in voltage fluctuations detection 复小波变换在电压波动检测中的应用

It is difficult to obtain voltage fluctuation signal for determining flicker by orthogonal wavelets transform (OWT). In this paper, the compactly supported dyadic orthogonal linear phase complex wavelet is constructed using the compactly supported dyadic orthogonal real-valued wavelet in terms of lifting scheme. A pair of quadrature components with the same amplitude and the same frequency can be used to realize the demodulation of voltage fluctuation signal in this method. Simulation results show the method proposed can get better results than OWT without synchronous sample for power grid frequency, has the characteristic of shift-invariant. Result of voltage fluctuation detection is independent of initial time recording signal.

Scientific research on nanopowders diagnostics 纳米粉体诊断的科学研究

The four parameters of chemical activity are proposed in the paper for testing of metal nanopowders and their mixtures stability to oxidation and chemical interaction. For estimation the thermodynamic conditions of the “metal nanopowder-gas” systems it is suggested to investigate their electrochemical characteristics.

Fuzzy PID control for AC servo system based on Stribeck friction model 基于Stribeck摩擦模型的交流伺服系统模糊PID控制

Friction is the key factor influencing high precision and super low-speed running performance of AC servo system. In order to factually simulate the influence of friction on AC servo system, three-loop nonlinear model of industry AC servo motor including measured Stribeck friction disturbance factors is established. The control performance of position loop is simulated and studied by adopting traditional PID and fuzzy PID. The results show that Stribeck friction can lead to “flat top” of position tracking and “dead zone” of speed tracking adopting traditional PID, while fuzzy PID decreases the influence of friction on servo system performance and improves tracking precision and robust performance of the system.

3D reconstruction and measurement of indoor object using stereo camera 利用立体摄像机对室内物体进行三维重建与测量

This paper implements a study of 3D reconstruction and measurement of indoor objects using binocular stereo camera. First, SIFT feature are extracted from both images and the matching points are found. RANSAC method is applied to eliminate wrong matching points. Second, two stereo images are rectified and generated disparity mapping. Finally, the depth mapping and 3D information of each pixel are derived. This method is applied to reconstruct and measure the true object in indoor environment.
本文对利用双目立体摄像机对室内物体进行三维重建与测量进行了研究。首先,对两幅图像提取SIFT特征,找到匹配点;采用RANSAC方法消除错误匹配点。其次,对两幅立体图像进行校正,生成视差映射;最后,导出深度映射和每个像素的三维信息。该方法适用于室内环境下真实物体的重建和测量。

Research on a improved PMSM vector control system 一种改进型永磁同步电机矢量控制系统研究

The traditional current and speed PI control method of Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) vector control exists problems such as large fluctuation of start-up torque and speed, and bad tracking performance of current etc. Aiming at solving these problems, this paper designed the current regulator which adopted integral separation control strategy and speed regulator with fuzzy-PI double mode control strategy, and simulation model was built in Matlab/Simulation, the simulation result indicated that this improved control system had better dynamic and static characteristic than traditional control system. Finally, experiments based on the proposed method were done to verify the correctness of the conclusion further.
传统的永磁同步电机(PMSM)矢量控制的电流和速度PI控制方法存在启动转矩和转速波动大、电流跟踪性能差等问题。针对这些问题,本文设计了采用积分分离控制策略的电流调节器和采用模糊- pi双模控制策略的速度调节器,并在Matlab/ simulation中建立了仿真模型,仿真结果表明,改进后的控制系统比传统控制系统具有更好的动态和静态特性。最后,基于该方法进行了实验,进一步验证了结论的正确性。

Design of signal conditioning circuits for impedance detection of milk bacteria 乳细菌阻抗检测信号调理电路设计

The impedance method detection of milk bacteria requires a high quality signal. In order to meet the requirement, a complete signal conditioning circuit is designed and analysised in this paper. Firstly, Biological signals can be reflected in form of electrical signals by impendance sensor. Secondly, In order to detect weak signals in noises. I have designed Preamplifier circuit, Low-pass filter amplifier circuit, Modulate and Demodulate Circuits. At last, Mathematical models are established after comparison test and the theory analysis. Experimental results show that the signal conditioning circuit can effectively improve SNR, and the sensor output signal can be amplified between 0 and 5V. The system can provide reliable signals for upper computer and display system.

An adaptive variable structure controller for robotic manipulators 机械臂自适应变结构控制器

According to the typical nonlinearity characteristics of the manipulator system, a variable structure control (VSC) is proposed. In this paper, construct a nonlinear dynamic mathematical model for the manipulator system, using the nonlinear mathematical model of sliding surface integral design, with adaptive switching function strategies to estimate the parameters of the uncertain systems, adaptive control and sliding mode control together. The paper application variable structure, integral variable structure and adaptive variable structure control method of the manipulator system design, the simulation results show that this algorithm decreases the uncertainty, with smaller control gain, can effectively weaken system chattering.
针对机械臂系统典型的非线性特性,提出了一种变结构控制方法。本文建立了机械手系统的非线性动态数学模型,采用滑动面积分设计的非线性数学模型,采用自适应切换函数策略估计不确定系统的参数,将自适应控制与滑模控制相结合。本文应用变结构、积分变结构和自适应变结构控制方法对机械手系统进行设计,仿真结果表明,该算法降低了不确定性,控制增益较小,能有效地减弱系统抖振。

Fuzzy RBF neural network in the application of magnetic levitation system 模糊RBF神经网络在磁悬浮系统中的应用

To solve the problems that magnetic levitation system has the characteristics of open-loop instability and nonlinearity and the traditional PID controller is difficult to achieve good control effect because of the fixed parameters, a kind of intelligent PID control system based on fuzzy RBF neural network is proposed in this paper. This method combines the reasoning ability of fuzzy control with study ability of neural network. Fuzzy control and RBF neural network are applied in order to adjust the parameters of PID kp, ki and kd online which is to satisfy the static and dynamic performance requirements in magnetic levitation system. By comparing with the conventional PID control, the results showed that, the improved control has better adaptability and robustness which can control magnetic levitation system more effectively.
