By using the data of industrial structure and economic and social environment of 8 cities of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration (SDPUA) from 2001 to 2012, ARCGIS spatial analyst extensions and matlab7.0 stepwise regression were applied to analyze the space-time evolution & driving factors of industrial structure of Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration. The results show that the primary industry growth rate and its proportion of SDPUA increases gradually and then decreases from east to west, and firstly decreases gradually and then increase from south to north. The secondary industry growth rate and its proportion increases gradually and then decreases from east to west, and decrease gradually from south to north. The tertiary industry growth rate of SDPUA increases gradually and then decreases from east to west and firstly decrease gradually and then increase from south to north. The driving factors of secondary industry are Per capita gross domestic product, population, the residents' consumption level, the financial institutions loan balance and the road network density. The driving factor of tertiary industry is the financial institutions loan balance. Both the secondary industry and tertiary industry have no correlation with the distance from the primate city and the economic center of the region.

Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and ethics theory, this article especially added some variables, such as value-added service, to explore the influence factors that consumers use pirated software. The model was examined by using the structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that “sharing” of cultural value and perceived usefulness influence the attitude toward pirated software of individuals, and then affect piracy intention. However, social ethical climate and value-added service had no obvious effect in the produce process of piracy intention. In final, According to the findings, we put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.

The spate of digital music piracy has raised a great challenges and threats to digital music industry, and at the same time, it has brought a huge losses for digital music copyright owners, which hindered the development of digital music. Delve into the causes of the formation of piracy It will be beneficial to the prevention and control of music piracy that we explored the causes of music piracy. In this paper, we will explore the factors of which affecting Chinese consumers to use pirated music from multiple angles, namely the personal level factors, social level factors, and characteristic level factors of the music itself. Data were obtained from university students in China, and the model was examined by using the structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that individual's music piracy attitude, the personality of novelty seeking, cultural environment, and the network environment had a significant positive impact on the intention of music piracy. However, the quality of music had a negative impact on intention of music piracy. What's more, the results also showed that the intention of music piracy will lead to a real piracy behavior. According to the results, we had put forward some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to control music piracy.

Past studies on service innovation in the manufacturing industry mainly focused on industrial transformation, business strategy, and servitization models. This paper presents a case study of PCC, a representative manufacturer in Taiwan. We gathered secondary data for the decade from 2004 to 2013, and then determined and coded service innovation events during the period. Horizontal and vertical market segments were examined together with service innovation matrices to identify different service innovation strategies. We then conducted in-depth interviews with experts based on analysis results to establish the content and meaning of service innovation. Five service innovation strategies were identified: 1. Lean OEM service; 2. One-stop shopping service; 3. Multi-brand channel service; 4. High-tech alliance; 5. TDS system service.

As the product of urban development to a certain stage, Spatial differentiation is the spatial separation of urban residents due to different economic, cultural and social interaction caused. Based on the Sixth Population Census data of Suzhou in 2010, this paper analyzes urban social spatial differentiation by differentiation index and localization index. The results reveal the degree of social differentiation is bigger than those big cities, such as Beijing and Shanghai. It's the high degree of spatial differentiation among demographic characteristic indicators; The graduate degree is significant in education indicators; research industry and computer software industry among industry sectors get the high degree; Housing differentiation is clear. The mechanism of socio-spatial differentiation includes economic factor, institutional factor, administrative division adjustment factors and urban planning factor and so on. Among them, the development of export-oriented economy and administrative division adjustment are two major factors which results in socio-spatial differentiation in Suzhou in these years.

We propose a cross-level model to explore the relationship between high-performance work system (HPWS) and team creativity, mediated by creative team efficacy (CTE). Drawing on social cognitive theory, we propose: HPWS is positively related to CTE, CTE is positively related to team creativity and CTE mediates the relationship between HPWS and team creativity. We discuss theoretical contributions and practical implications at the end of this study.

To reflect the characteristics that people favor the present much more but relatively undervalue the future, and that people are eager to acquire immediate rewards, especially when future value of money is not quite assuring from capital market due to inflation and the risk of loss is potential from demand market due to deterioration, we employ hyperbolic discounting to consider time value of money for the inventory model with time-varying demand of deteriorating items. We develop inventory models with complete backlogged shortages to maximize the decision maker's total profit over a given time horizon. The framework of hyperbolic discounting provides us with the perspective from which we can analyze the inventory policy based on the assuredness of future value of money, whether it's objective from the external condition or subjective from the perception of the decision maker.

OBD becoming more and more popular in the auto industry, and the application based on OBD is widely in the market now. The traditional system has a single function that can't be fully process human interaction and combine with network. Though the study of new generation of OBD, the paper designs and development the new networking applications system. The system realizes the remote communication and navigation on the basement of the traditional OBD, combined RMI, GPRS and GPS technology, by phone control system that interact with network; and then uses the MVC and Hibernate framework. The experimental results show that the new system has excellent performance and full-feature, easier uses and can serve car owners better with equipment than ever. It is things network in terms with vehicle network well. Now, the system has running in the market.

In the epoch of the Internet, tremendous developments of online social media provide abundant user data, which could vividly reflect users' activities, thoughts, and emotions. As a result, the online data from social media become a popular resource for the research of human being. Among these studies, the emotion research is one of the most important factors for us to understand and predict users' behaviors. However, the sentiment analysis for Chinese short text from social media is non-trivial, due to the instinctive characteristics of Chinese short text. Along this line, this paper focuses on the emotion expression in the Chinese twitter-like social media, Weibo, and proposes an innovative and reliable method to identify the positive, negative and even ambivalent emotion in Chinese tweets. The results on the emotion expression of Chinese Weibo reveal that ambivalent expression is more common in Weibo than in twitter. The sharp contrast is cause the Chinese Culture, which advocates the golden mean and encourages dialectic analysis. As Chinese Weibo users show stronger inclination of passive mood, there is more demand to release their negative emotion. The emotion shift detected in ambivalent tweets and especially the shift from negative to positive mood indicates that the ambivalent tweet is a kind of cognitive reappraisal strategy. Chinese users build new cognitions and different opinions to balance their positive and negative emotion, and finally reach the emotion middle course through the ambivalent tweets. The topic preference analysis also suggests that users who try to regulate their negative emotion and keep balanced mood are more interested in delightful topics like sports or entertainment, and avoid those sensitive topics like economy and politics. All these results help us understand the emotion state and behavior of Weibo users, especially from the perspective of dialectic moderate view.

There are two key issues in applying simulated annealing method to solve the problem of ensemble clustering. One is improving the solution quality as much as possible, the other is accelerating the annealing process, thus obtain the solution rapidly. Aiming at solving the two questions, a rapid simulated annealing model for ensemble clustering, called BV-RSA, is presented. In BV-RSA, the partial consensus of basic partitions is used as important heuristic information, data objects with consensus cluster label in basic partitions are controlled moving in a group way, and their moving directions are decided by the positive-negative voting, thus reduce the randomness of object moving and speed up the clustering behavior in annealing process. Experiments on real world data set demonstrate that under any initial state, BV-RSA model performance well both in convergence and robustness.
