Perancangan Ulang Tata Letak Fasilitas Internal Warehouse Untuk Meminimasi Ongkos Material Handling 重新设计内部仓库设施的布局,以减少材料处理的成本

Warehouse of Company X has two production supply destinations, TFD 315 and TFD 500. One of the supply destinations has a high workload for the forklift driver. It happened because of the long distance when doing material handling. Warehouse’s layout of company X is not optimal that causing huge material handling costs. So, relayout of the facilities is done in order to reduce material handling costs by shortening the distance between facilities based on the relationship of material handling activities.  The stages of this research are data collection, calculating distance and material handling costs for the initial facility layout, making the activity relationship chart (ARC) between facilities, planning the new facility layout, then calculating the distance and cost of material handling of the new layout, and the last is comparing the initial and the new material handling costs. The results of this research is that after doing relayout of warehouse facility layout, material handling costs are reduced by 21.07% from the initial cost.

Model Keputusan Konsumen Penggunaan Self-Collection Parcel Locker Untuk Last Mile Delivery 柯普图山康苏门彭古南自收式包裹寄存柜Untuk最后一英里派送

Last mile delivery is the most inefficient part of the total consumer goods delivery process due to the high rate of return, segmented goods and relatively small quantity. One of the innovations made by e-retailers and logistics service providers is to install self-collection parcel lockers in easily accessible places where the process of picking up goods is carried out independently by consumers in these places. There are not many studies conducted to identify what factors can encourage consumers to use these services, focusing more on cognitive attitudes, segmented and the results are still inconclusive. This study aims to investigate that utilitarian, hedonic, situational and social factors influence consumer decisions to use parcel locker self-collection services. This survey quantitative study used non-probability sampling technique and succeeded in obtaining 264 samples. The analysis tool uses Structural Equation Modeling with a covariance-based approach with AMOS. The results show that the customization by consumers according to their preferences is a factor that influences consumers' intention to use self-collection parcel locker services along with utilitarian motives

Kualitas Pelayanan Kereta-Api Dengan Pendekatan Pengalaman Penumpang dan Dampaknya Pada Kepercayaan Penumpang 列车服务的质量取决于乘客的经验方法和对乘客信仰的影响

Saat ini tersedia berbagai pilihan moda transportasi sehingga persaingan jasa transportasi  sangat ketat. Kepercayaan penumpang merupakan faktor kunci untuk memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kualitas pelayanan multi dimensi  berdasarkan pengalaman penumpang yang meliputi kualitas ticketing, kualitas stasiun dan kualitas kerata api dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada kepuasan dan kepercayaan penumpang.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel adalah dua ratus tiga belas orang. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SEM Lisrel. Kualitas pelayanan ticketing, kualitas pelayanan di stasiun dan kualitas pelayanan di kereta-api yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini signifikan sebagai pengukur kualitas pelayanan kereta-api. Kualitas pelayanan di kereta api memiliki pengaruh lebih besar pada kualitas pelayanan dan diikuti kualitas pelayanan di stasiun dan kualitas ticketing. Kualitas pelayanan karyawan  sangat menentukan kualitas stasiun dan kerata-api sedangkan proses booking menentukan kualitas ticketing. Pengaruh tidak langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan penumpang melalui kepuasan penumpang, lebih tinggi daripada pengaruh langsung kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepercayaan penumpang. Kemudahan mendapat tiket, ketepatan waktu kedatangan dan keberangkatan dan kualitas air conditioning di kereta-api, perlu ditingkatkan karena kontribusinya sangat rendah. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah pengukuran kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan dan kepercayaan penumpang yang telah tervalidasi sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengukur variabel-variabel tersebut.

Walkability Index Pada Zona Komersial Melalui Segmentasi Area Trotoar di Kota Pekanbaru

Walkability index is an assessment of pedestrians through the physical condition of a sidewalk facility. Sukaramai Plaza is located in the CBD (Central Business District) Area of Pekanbaru City. This area has become an attractions for the people of Pekanbaru and other areas. As for the movement that occurs not only the movement of vehicles in the lane of vehicles, but also pedestrians. Evaluation of pedestrian paths is needed to provide an input regarding the comfortability for pedestrian.  This study aims to evaluate the sidewalk in the Sukaramai Plaza area on Jalan Sudirman, Pekanbaru. Sidewalk in this area is divided by 4 segments. The parameters used are the physical condition for pedestrians about 9 parameters of the physical condition of the sidewalk for each segment. The results showed that sidewalk has a walkability score in the range of 50-70 which is a good enough category to walk. In addition, the results of this study also showed that the presence of a shop window above the sidewalk making difficult for pedestrian. Therefore, the results will contribute primarily to the pedestrian pathway provider and the government as a regulator to improve pedestrian facilities, especially in the city of Pekanbaru.

Evaluasi Kinerja Jalur Ganda Kereta Api Solobalapan - Yogyakarta soloras日惹双轨铁路的性能评估

Solobalapan-Yogyakarta railway track serve up to 100 trains each day that get near to maximum lane capacity on one section of that line. Evaluation consisted of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety criteria. Ministry of Transportation issued Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional (RIPNas) 2030, so existing track’s conditions need to be estimated in 2030. On the evaluation, reliability rated by accuracy of travel duration, arrival and departure time. On availability rated by lane capacity using Scott method, and conformity of its lane carrying capacity. On maintainability and safety rated by Track Quality Index (TQI). Then, predicted number of trains pass and planned scenario analysis for 2030. Based on reliability criteria, 97% included on tolerance travel duration, but delays on arrivals and departures more than 40%. Based on availability criteria, lane capacity sufficient up to 515 trains per day, and lane carrying capacity reaches 18,171,648 tons per year. Maintenance and safety criteria based on TQI on the upstream lane of 75% is on very good condition and 61% on downstream lane is in good condition. Based on RIPNas in 2030 there will be 289 trains pass everyday, so the existing railway track is not capable to serve properly and the scenarios are increase the maximum speed to 120 km/hour and add eight block.

Faktor Penyebab dan Upaya Mengatasi Area Titik Buta pada Truk 造成卡车盲点地区的因素和努力

Truck drivers cannot see the entire area around the vehicle. This area that cannot be seen is called a blind spot. This article aims to analyze the factors causing blind spot areas on trucks and discuss the efforts that have been made to address the blind spots on trucks. The writing method used is a literature study of the research that has been done. The keywords used in the reference search include blind spot, driver and anthropometry. The search results show that the blind spot area is on each side of the truck, either caused by the vehicle design or the driver's anthropometry. Various attempts have been made to address blind spot areas, such as the use of mirrors, cameras and sensors. In addition, expanding the driver's vision area from inside the cabin can also be a solution. Based on the results of the literature study, it is concluded that the blind spot area is influenced by vehicle design and driver anthropometry

This article aims to analyze the factors causing blind spot areas on trucks and discuss the efforts that have been made to address the blind spots on trucks. The writing method used is a literature study of the research that has been done. The keywords used in the reference search include blind spot, driver and anthropometry. The search results show that the blind spot area is on each side of the truck, either caused by the vehicle design or the driver's anthropometry. Various attempts have been made to address blind spot areas, such as the use of mirrors, cameras and sensors. In addition, expanding the driver's vision area from inside the cabin can also be a solution. Loyalitas dan Kepuasan Penumpang pada Mass Rapid Transit 乘客对大众快速运输的忠诚和满足

The main objective of this research is to increase the loyalty of MRT Jakarta passengers in purchasing tickets through the MRT-J webquel. One of the main problems, the Load Factor of Jakarta's Mass Rapid Transit is still low, which is in the range of 15-18%, far from the standard of public transportation, which is 70%. The location of the study was carried out at Lebak Bulus Station-Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout Station, with a total sample of 112 respondents with questionnaires. Processing technique with quantitative approach method using path analysis processing. The results of the study showed that service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction, webquel had a positive effect on satisfaction, service quality had a non-significant positive effect on loyalty, webquel had an influence on loyalty, satisfaction had an effect on loyalty, passenger satisfaction was unable to function as a mediation on service quality, Passenger satisfaction is able to function as a webquel mediation to passenger loyalty. To improve the quality of service by generating passenger satisfaction, special policies are needed that can make and support changes in managerial quality by providing opportunities for passengers to express their complaints, so that the company PT. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Jakarta can form a complaint and suggestion system.

ANALISIS KAPASITAS TINGKAT PELAYANAN DAN KINERJA RUAS JALAN INSPEKSI KALIMLANG 对KALIMLANG路检查的服务水平和性能进行分析

Inspeksi Kalimalang Street is the street connecting to industrial areas of Jababeka, MM2000, EJIP, Delta Mas and other industrial areas. According to Detik Finance (2017), 2.125 factory units of 25 countries locate in area of  Bekasi District, Because mobility of in-out industrial vehicles transporting raw materials or products from and to export destinations are high, vehicles frequently collect in Inspeksi Kalimalang Street. This study aims at analyzing capacity of service level and performance of Inspeksi Kalimalang Street and analyzing comparison of line change based on (MKJI 1997). The results of analysis indicate that street condition with lane (2/2 UD) of segment one had service level F with mean capacity value (C)=2674,136 smp/hour in west direction and 2728,394 smp/hour in east direction. Mean saturation degree value of segment one (DS) = 0,821 in west direction and 0,776 in east direction > 0,75 as MKJI recommended.  Whereas the result of lane widening comparison into (4/2 D) in segment one had service level D, where mean capacity value of segment one (C)=3130,807 smp/hour in west direction and 3265,890 smp/hour in east direction. Mean saturation degree value of segment one (DS) = 0,700 in west direction and 0,647 in east direction < 0,75 as MKJI 1997 recommended.

Keselamatan Pelayaran di Selat Singapura Tanjung Pinang, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of shipping safety in the Singapore Strait Shipping Channel, which is the Working Area of the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Pinang, Riau Islands, Indonesia. With the increasing number of ships passing through the Singapore Strait, thus requiring Sailing-Navigation Assistance Facilities which are in line with the development of management and technology of Sailing-Navigation Assistance Facilities. The research method uses qualitative descriptive evaluation research methods and formal legality analysis, namely conducting an evaluation in the Singapore Strait in the Working Area of the Class I Navigation District of Tanjung Pinang. Observations by conducting observations in the waters of the Malacca Strait, interviews with Regulators, Operators and Service Users as well as conducting Focus Group Discussions and documentation related to shipping safety. From the three data sources, the findings of the e-Navigation study explain that it is effective to improve shipping safety in the Singapore Strait by implementing Virtual AIS AtoN. Regulations of a technical nature are indispensable for the implementation of e-Navigation in improving shipping safety

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of cabin safety knowledge on cabin safety behavior, and the role of cabin safety information source credibility as a variable that reinforces the influence of cabin safety knowledge on cabin safety behavior. This research is quantitative and uses a sample of 175 respondents surveyed by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form. The object of research is Lion Air passengers during the vulnerable period 2019 - 2020. This research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research indicate that cabin safety knowledge has a positive effect on cabin safety behavior, and the moderating effect test on cabin safety information source credibility is to strengthen the influence of cabin safety knowledge on cabin safety behavior.
本研究的目的是确定客舱安全知识对客舱安全行为的影响,以及客舱安全信息源可信度作为强化客舱安全知识对客舱安全行为影响的变量的作用。这项研究是定量的,使用了175名受访者的样本,通过谷歌表格分发在线问卷。研究对象为狮航2019 - 2020年脆弱期的乘客。本研究采用偏最小二乘(PLS)方法。本研究结果表明,客舱安全知识对客舱安全行为具有正向影响,客舱安全信息源可信度的调节效应检验是为了强化客舱安全知识对客舱安全行为的影响。
