Peran Transportasi Online Di Masa Pandemi: Studi Kasus Gojek Di Medan 网络运输在大流行中的作用:棉兰的Gojek案例研究

Pemerintah indonesia telah menerapkan new normal di tengah pandemi covid-19 pada 1 Juni 2020. Gojek dan Grab juga mempersiapkan protokol kesehatan untuk menerapkan norma baru dalam menciptakan peluang ekonomi yang skala besar dan menciptakan inklusi keuangan serta akses ke layanan yang lebih aman. Berdasarkan obeservasi kami, Kota Medan memperbolehkan pengemudi ojek online untuk mengangkut penumpang walaupun PSBB diterapkan. Selain itu kondisi epidemiologi dalam penurunan jumlah kasus positif ≤ 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis  harga, kepercayaan dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen memilih jasa transportasi berbasis online Gojek Medan Pada New Normal Covid-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang sudah pernah bertransaksi melalui aplikasi Gojek dengan jumlah responden yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 52 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel Harga, Kepercayaan dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Gojek online di Medan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan Ajusted R Square diperoleh nilai sebesar 61.3% yang menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor Keputusan Konsumen dapat dijelaskan oleh Harga, Kepercayaan dan Promosi. Sedangkan sisanya 38.7% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yang dapat menjadi agenda penelitian oleh peneliti selanjutnya.

Sektor Penerbangan Global dalam Isu Perubahan Iklim : Dampak dan Mitigasinya 全球航空部门气候变化问题:影响和缓和

Climate Change is one of the negative impact of globalization which currently challenges  the world community. Climate change is also an important issue in the global aviation sector. However, the growth of  CO2 and Greenhouse Gas emissions from the global aviation sector continues to increase in line with the demand for aviation services. This paper aims to describe the growth of global aviation industry which has an impact on the  increasing of carbon emissions (CO2) trend globally and the mitigation efforts to anticipate weather worsening in the future.  The result shows that the growth of Passenger Kilometer Revenue (RPK) on international flights since 2010 has continued to increase significantly. In general, the global aviation industry (including domestic and international; both passenger and cargo) is estimated to contribute to climate change through 1.9% greenhouse gas emissions (which includes all greenhouse gases) and 2.5% CO2 emissions, and 3. 5% of “Effective Radiative Forcing' (ERF).The reduction of CO2 emissions from the aviation sector includes: 1) improvement of technological efficiency; 2) increased operational efficiency, 3) Use of alternative fuels ,4) change the travel behaviour, etc. Moreover, the mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of AIC (Aircraft-Induced Clouds) in the short term and at low cost can be carried out by operational changes to the aircraft trajectory and adaptation of jet engine fuel.

Rute Distribusi Limbah Medis Covid19 dengan VRPTW dan Nearest Neighbor VRPTW和Nearest Neighbor Covid19医疗废物分配路线

Medical waste classified as hazardous and toxic (B3). Medical waste cannot be compared to household waste, its needs specific treatment. According to several newspapers, there is a lot of medical waste which handling mixed with household waste. In Surabaya, the number of medical wastes in 2019 reached 8 tons per day, this number certain to increase exponentially in the current Covid19 pandemic. It is important to manage well the medical waste of Covid19. To support the medical waste management of Covid19, it is necessary to design distribution route for Covid19 medical waste. The design of distribution route for Covid19 medical waste will use the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window (VRPTW) method and the Nearest Neighbor (NN) algorithm. The design of distribution route aims to obtain an optimal route that can minimize the distribution cost of Covid19 medical waste.

Dampak Pengadaan Kinerja Rantai Pasok Secara Elektronik 电子供应链性能的影响

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of e-procurement on supply chain performance by mediating the role of partnerships, information sharing, and supply chain integration. The survey was conducted on two large companies engaged in the energy sector. Data collection for this survey was carried out by distributing the survey to respondents who were determined by the sampling method of interest. The research design used in this study is hypothesis testing, and the data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method using the AMOS program. The results show that of the three mediating variables, namely partner relationships, supply chain integration and information sharing, it shows that supply chain integration provides the greatest mediating role. While the other two variables are not sufficient to facilitate the impact of e-procurement on supply chain performance. Direct testing of the effect of e-procurement on the three mediating variables, also shows that e-procurement only has a direct significant impact on supply chain integration, while the effect on partnership relationships and information exchange is not significant. For testing the direct effect of the three mediating variables on supply chain performance, the results show that partnership relationships have not been sufficient to encourage supply chain performance. Meanwhile supply chain integration and information exchange show their role in driving supply chain performance.

Kualitas Angkutan, Waktu Distribusi dan Keselamatan Kerja Peserta Bela Negara Non-Militer 运输质量、时间分配和非军事人员工作安全

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of transportation quality, time distribution, and work safety on the satisfaction of non-military state defense participants in “Jayakarta” Military Command (Komando Daerah Militer Jayakarta / KODAM Jaya) in 2019. The main problems found were the quality of transportation, in this case TNI-AD trucks, which are expected to receive proper attention and care; late distribution in the process; work safety related to the vehicles’ condition; and lack of supervision of non-military state defense participants. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method and variance-based Smart PLS was used to test the hypothesis. Respondents were non-military state defense participants in ”Jayakarta” Main Regiment Unit with a total sample of 100 people. Based on the results of the study, work safety is able to mediate the quality of transportation and time distribution to the non-military state defense participants’ satisfaction. The key findings are the lack of transportation facilities and infrastructure, time distribution that does not run based on the schedule and limited number of medical personnel on work safety equipment during non-military state defense training.

Kualitas Layanan Inaportnet pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas I 西班达兰办公室及港务局的电话服务质量

This research aims at determining the quality of Inaportnet services by comparing service performance and service user expectations. A quantitative approach with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method was used with a saturated sample of 23 respondents. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis was carried out to determine the suitability of service performance to the expectations of service users which is described through the IPA Matrix in the form of a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the total level of conformity was 94.46% so the suitability of the overall service performance was still below the expectations of service users. However, judging by the Interpretation Guidelines, the level of suitability of service users was very satisfied. Gap analysis was used to find out whether there was a gap in service at the Port in Banten by looking for the difference in the value of performance and the value of importance (expectations). The results of the Gap Analysis calculation (gap score) showed that each item of the instrument was negative, which means that it still needs to be reviewed and improved on each item of the instruments

A quantitative approach with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method was used with a saturated sample of 23 respondents. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis was carried out to determine the suitability of service performance to the expectations of service users which is described through the IPA Matrix in the form of a Cartesian diagram. The results showed that the total level of conformity was 94.46% so the suitability of the overall service performance was still below the expectations of service users. However, judging by the Interpretation Guidelines, the level of suitability of service users was very satisfied. Gap analysis was used to find out whether there was a gap in service at the Port in Banten by looking for the difference in the value of performance and the value of importance (expectations). The purpose of the study is to determine the contribution of SIMLALA service governance and the quality of electronic services to the satisfaction of shipping companies. Some of the main problems were the limited number of SIMLALA service operators, the lack of satisfaction of shipping companies with the quality of SIMLALA electronic services of the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transportation, and the inadequate governance of marine traffic services of the Directorate. This study used path analysis with 133 samples of shipping companies taken randomly. The findings of this study are the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transportation issues an accelerative policy to support the improvement of the quality of SIMLALA electronic services. The Directorate also issues specific policies to manage the governance of sea traffic services. The Directorate should try to improve and enhance the quality of SIMLALA electronic services to make a greater contribution for the shipping companies.

Supply Chain Operational Reference untuk Perancangan Indikator Kinerja Rantai Pasok Farmasi 供应链操作参考制药绩效指标

Warehouses have an important role in the supply chain. The pharmaceutical industry is no exception. Pharmacy Warehouse functions as a place to store drugs and medical devices before being distributed to health facilities such as community health centers, clinics, and hospitals. One of the Pharmacy Warehouse Technical Implementation Units located in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, has several problems that occur along its supply chain. These problems, among others, are related to time, cost, and the number of products shipped. In addition, there was also an increase in aggregate demand for drugs and medical devices in 2018-2019. This increase in demand reinforces the need for designing pharmaceutical supply chain performance measurements. In designing the supply chain performance measurement, the framework used is the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) which includes the plan, source, make, delivery, and return processes, which are then translated into a number of criteria based on the attributes of reliability, responsiveness, agility, costs, and assets to a number of Key Performance Indicators (KPI). In weighting KPI, the method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on data processing and analysis, a supply chain performance measurement design was obtained with 11 performance indicators. Based on the AHP results, it was found that the highest weight value of 0.750 was obtained on the indicators of accuracy and delivery speed, while the lowest weight value of 0.117 was obtained on the order picking accuracy indicator.

Implementation of Cabotage Principle Policy in National Shipping Industry Development. This undertaken research based on nonoptimal implementation of cabotage principle policy in shipping industry, the policy related to shipping activities such as port load both passengers and commodities operated by national shipping company, substandard quality and quantity of port infrastructure and inadequate productivity of national company. This is a descriptive observation accomplished with qualitative approach. According to this research, the implementation of cabotage principle policy in the trade sector, the policy support the growth of national shipping industry, it could be observed that there are more national ships in the ports; in the transportation sector, the policy allowed growing shipping stakeholders to support local port activities effectively even in a small scale compared to other Asian countries; the implementation of the policy to industry sector, led the growth of national shipyard company with less consideration because domestic shipyard quite expensive and depend on import component.

Optimasi Biaya Distribusi Multi-eselon untuk Multi-produk Menggunakan Mix Integer Linier Programming 多eselon分销成本优化多产品使用一个线性规划混合整数

The transportation problem is one of the fundamental problems in distribution network to minimize transportation costs by considering resource constraints and meeting the customer demand. This study aims to minimize distribution costs of a distribution networks of soft drink company using the Mix Integer Linear Programming (MILP). This optimization method considers transportation costs, material handling and transportation costs. The addition of a distribution center (DC) as a consolidation center of goods sent to retailers makes the distribution process more efficient. Facility and material handling costs in DC, can be compensated with lower transportation costs. The suggested network can reduce distribution costs by 15.29% compared to the existing methods.
