A Review on: Alzheimer’s disease and mechanistic insights of bioactive compounds in its treatment 阿尔茨海默病及其生物活性化合物治疗机制的研究进展

Alzheimer’s disease is a most common neurological disorder, associated with cognitive disorder. Pathologically, Alzheimer's disease is characterized via the presence of β-amyloid (Aβ) plaques, hyper-phosphorylated tau proteins, and neurofibrillary tangles, but persistence oxidative-nitrative stress, endoplasmic reticulum pressure, mitochondrial disorder, inflammatory cytokines, pro-apoptotic proteins in conjunction with altered neurotransmitters degree are common etiological attributes in its pathogenesis. With the modern state of affairs, the variety of published proofs shows the neuroprotective capability of evidently occurring bioactive molecule via their anti-oxidant, ant apoptotic and neutransmitter modulatory residences. Many researchers have counselled that change of life style, proper diet, can delay or prevent the onset of this ailment. Diet is presently considered to be an important component in controlling fitness and protecting oneself towards oxidative strain and persistent inflammation, and hence towards chronic degenerative illnesses. A wide variety of bioactive food compounds may impact the pathological mechanisms underlying AD. Among them, phenolic compounds, omega-three fatty acids, fats-soluble vitamins, isothiocyanates, seem like the best in stopping neurodegeneration. The present review gathers proof that helps the neuroprotective impact of bioactive materials. STABILITY INDICATING METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF DAPAGLIFLOZIN IN BULK AND TABLET DOSAGE FORM BY UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY 紫外分光光度法测定达格列净片剂和散装剂型的稳定性

Dapagliflozin is an anti-diabetic drug that works on the kidneys of reabsorption of glucose in kidneys by the sodium-glucose co-transporter2 (SGLT2). It is used in patients with type 2 diabetes. It is administered as tablets. The objective of the present work is to develop a novel simple and economic method for the quantification of dapagliflozin in bulk drug and in tablet formulation. Further this study is designed to validate the developed methods as per ICH guidelines. The quantification process was performed on UV-spectrophotometer. Different analytical performance parameters such as linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ) repeatability, stability studies were determined according to ICH guidelines. The solutions of standard and sample were prepared in methanol after suitable dilutions. 100µg/ml of the Dapagliflozin was prepared and scanned in the UV visible range 400 to 200nm. In the quantitative determination of the drug was carried at selected wavelength 224nm and the linearity range was formed to be 1 to 10µg/ml and r2 (0.9995). LOD and LOQ for dapagliflozin was found to be 0.0262µg/ml and 0.079µg/ml. The proposed method can be adopted for routine quality control for estimation of drug in formulation. Design of Access Control Framework for Big Dataas-a-Service (BDaaS) Platform 大数据服务(BDaaS)平台访问控制框架设计

Big data-as-a-Service [BDaaS] platform is used widely to handle and process the large volume of data generated on daily basis from different source. Generated data is usually kept in cloud environment and there may be chances that the system will fail and become subject to numerous forms of assaults. Many researchers have been working to provide security and protection to the data available on cloud. Blockchain technology has emerged as such technology that is used to provide a secured, distributed, and decentralized environment in cloud environment. In this research paper, we are proposing a framework to control the access of data available on big dataas-a-service on cloud platform using blockchain technology as a tool. We are modifying the ciphertext policy- attribute based encryption (CP-ABE) technique and implementing on blockchain platform. Algorithms for all possible situations have been developed using combination of CPABE and blockchain for secured data access in BDaaS. Human Lower Extremity Motion Analysis introducing Kinovea 介绍Kinovea的人类下肢运动分析

Human Motion is the most effective and fundamental functionality utilizing the lower extremities or legs. The replication of human movement is possible in the humanoid robots with simulation related prerequisites. The forward and backward motion simulation of the normal left and right leg is the primary requirement which has been demonstrated in this research paper. The balancing of body is feasible with the leg motion simulation in different conditions such as vertical acceleration and horizontal velocity. The leg motion video of 8secs with forward and backward movement has been taken into consideration for the simulation purpose to check the activity level of the legs. The similar movements can be mimicked in the autonomous bio-robotic systems. Keywords: Leg movement, Robotics, Kinovea, Motion simulation.

Influence of nano particles on the properties of concrete: A state of art review 纳米颗粒对混凝土性能的影响:研究进展

Use of nanomaterials such as nano-silica, nano-alumina, nano-iron oxide, nano titanium oxide, nano carbon tubes etc., in concrete has been extensively studied in recent years. By adding nanomaterials of size 0.1 nm to 100 nm having greater surface area improves the microstructure by reducing the voids and making the matrix denser. Nanomaterials improve the mechanical and durability properties of concrete. Nano materials expected to play an important role in future in the modern concrete infrastructure. This paper will give a brief review about the influence of nanoparticles on the properties of concrete. Key words: Nano-Silica, Nano-Alumina, Nano-Iron oxide, Nano-titanium oxide, Nano carbon tubes.

Chalcone Derivatives for Biological Potentials: A Strategy of Molecular Hybridization for Drug Design 查尔酮衍生物的生物电位:一种分子杂交药物设计策略

Naturally and synthetically derived hybrid molecules are promising sources for new drug development due to their multiple modes of action and other advantages. Chalcone, two important classes of synthetic chemistry affording diverse pharmacological activities, make themselves ideal blocks for building a chalcone hybrid scaffold as a bioactive agent. Provoked by the promising medicinal applications of such hybrids, the scientific community has reported dozens of chalcone hybrids with a wide spectrum of biological properties including anticancer, antimicrobial, antimalarial, antioxidant, antianxiety and so on, through synthetic hybridization strategy. It is expected to assist medicinal chemists in the effective and successful development of chalcone hybrids. In view of these observations, we herein report the literature review of Chalcone hybrids which possessing antimicrobial antioxidant and antianxiety potential. Key words: Chalcone, Molecular hybridization, Biological potentials.

PRELIMINARY PHYTOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF ANTIFERTILITY PLANTS 抗育植物的初步植物化学分析

The objective of this study was to investigate the presence of various phytochemicals obtained from ethanol (E), ethyl acetate (ET), methanol (M), and chloroform (C) extracts of the Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica. Methods: The freshly collected plant materials were subjected to successive extraction separately using E,ET, M and C with soxhlet apparatus. Using the standard protocols, the leaf extracts obtained were subjected to preliminary phytochemical analysis to detect the presence of carbohydrates, proteins, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and alkaloids. Results: The phytochemical analysis showed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, saponins, resins, carbohydrates and proteins. The Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica plants showed the presence of flavonoids, terpenoids, glycosides, carbohydrates and proteins. Flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, resins, carbohydrates and proteins are found in the leaves of Datura Stramonium. Flavonoids, glycosides and resins were found in the leaves of Musa Paradasica. Ethanol and methanol leaf extracts from Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica indicated that they contained most of thephytochemicalcompounds. Conclusion: The different extracts of plants have clearly indicated the presence of all the major phytochemicals; hence, these plants can be used for the extraction of bioactive compounds. Methods: The freshly collected plant materials were subjected to successive extraction separately using E,ET, M and C with soxhlet apparatus. Using the standard protocols, the leaf extracts obtained were subjected to preliminary phytochemical analysis to detect the presence of carbohydrates, proteins, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and alkaloids. Results: The phytochemical analysis showed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, saponins, resins, carbohydrates and proteins. The Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica plants showed the presence of flavonoids, terpenoids, glycosides, carbohydrates and proteins. Flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, resins, carbohydrates and proteins are found in the leaves of Datura Stramonium. Flavonoids, glycosides and resins were found in the leaves of Musa Paradasica. Ethanol and methanol leaf extracts from Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica indicated that they contained most of thephytochemicalcompounds. Conclusion: The different extracts of plants have clearly indicated the presence of all the major phytochemicals; hence, these plants can be used for the extraction of bioactive compounds. Background: Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a heterogeneous endocrine disease that impacts about one in 15 girls worldwide. It is a major sickness characterized through multiplied ranges of male hormones (androgens), acne and hirsutism. Objective: In silico study of different compounds from Cordyceps into active site of the target protein. (3RUK). Methods: Computer-aided drug plan principles should enhance the discovery of putative Cordyceps-derived medication inside much less time and low budget. The integration of computer-aided drug design techniques with experimental validation has contributed to the profitable discovery of novel drugs. Results: Results indicated that all the ligands have a strong binding affinity for the Human Cytochrome P450 CYP17A1 receptor as indicated by their docking score values that were found to be comparable with the docking score of the molecules1,6-di-o-glloyl-d-glucose (- 12.172) Isoquercitrin acid (-11.366) etc. Conclusion: It has been concluded that computer-aided drug design techniques could influence the multiple target-focused drug design, In silico studies were performed on the different compounds from Cordyceps into active site of the target protein. (3RUK). Compound 1,6-dio-glloyl-d-glucose was found to have highest affinity towards the Human Cytochrome P450 CYP17A1receptor(docking score = -12.172). Preparation and Evaluation of anti-viral drug Zanamivir using different polymers 用不同聚合物制备抗病毒药物扎那米韦及评价

The dosage forms that stay in the stomach for longer period of time are much more effective to treat any disease. Thus, most approachable and feasible way is to prolong the drug delivery and controlling gastric residence time (GRT) and such kind of dosage forms are known as gastro retentive dosage forms (GRDF). The present study is focused to develop GRDF of Zanamivir. About four formulations of Zanamivir tablets were prepared with different ratios of drug and polymers. The prepared tablets were further evaluated on the basis of precompression and post-compression parameters. The dissolution study of the formulations revealed that formulation F3 using polymer (guar gum) showed 93.4% of in vitro drug release for 8 hours and is the optimized formulation. It was thus concluded that guar gum complies all the properties of floating tablets. Tests with various reinforcements were delivered to comprehend their mechanical and corrosion behavior of the material, by utilizing fly ash and rice husk ash as reinforcement and aluminum 6061 alloy as metal matrix material. The composite were created by stir casting method. The primary target of this study is to study the mechanical and corrosion properties of material utilizing different arrangement. So we are shone on creating light weight material with high rigidity and hardness with high corrosive resistance which can be benefit for vehicle enterprises or avionic business. The microstructure determines the material's properties, and the production technique determines the microstructure. Composite materials are created to modify the qualities of a material to our specific requirements. It was found that corrosion resistance in case FA reinforced composites shows better than RHA reinforced composites. Keywords: Aluminum alloy, stir casting, metal matrix composites, SEM, EDS
