Dapagliflozin is an anti-diabetic drug that works on the kidneys of reabsorption of glucose in kidneys by the sodium-glucose co-transporter2 (SGLT2). It is used in patients with type 2 diabetes. It is administered as tablets. The objective of the present work is to develop a novel simple and economic method for the quantification of dapagliflozin in bulk drug and in tablet formulation. Further this study is designed to validate the developed methods as per ICH guidelines. The quantification process was performed on UV-spectrophotometer. Different analytical performance parameters such as linearity, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ) repeatability, stability studies were determined according to ICH guidelines. The solutions of standard and sample were prepared in methanol after suitable dilutions. 100µg/ml of the Dapagliflozin was prepared and scanned in the UV visible range 400 to 200nm. In the quantitative determination of the drug was carried at selected wavelength 224nm and the linearity range was formed to be 1 to 10µg/ml and r2 (0.9995). LOD and LOQ for dapagliflozin was found to be 0.0262µg/ml and 0.079µg/ml. The proposed method can be adopted for routine quality control for estimation of drug in formulation. The replication of human movement is possible in the humanoid robots with simulation related prerequisites. The forward and backward motion simulation of the normal left and right leg is the primary requirement which has been demonstrated in this research paper. The balancing of body is feasible with the leg motion simulation in different conditions such as vertical acceleration and horizontal velocity. The leg motion video of 8secs with forward and backward movement has been taken into consideration for the simulation purpose to check the activity level of the legs. The objective of this study was to investigate the presence of various phytochemicals obtained from ethanol (E), ethyl acetate (ET), methanol (M), and chloroform (C) extracts of the Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica. Methods: The freshly collected plant materials were subjected to successive extraction separately using E,ET, M and C with soxhlet apparatus. Using the standard protocols, the leaf extracts obtained were subjected to preliminary phytochemical analysis to detect the presence of carbohydrates, proteins, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, and alkaloids. Results: The phytochemical analysis showed the presence of tannins, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, saponins, resins, carbohydrates and proteins. The Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica plants showed the presence of flavonoids, terpenoids, glycosides, carbohydrates and proteins. Flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, glycosides, resins, carbohydrates and proteins are found in the leaves of Datura Stramonium. Flavonoids, glycosides and resins were found in the leaves of Musa Paradasica. Ethanol and methanol leaf extracts from Datura Stramonium and Musa Paradasica indicated that they contained most of thephytochemicalcompounds. Conclusion: The different extracts of plants have clearly indicated the presence of all the major phytochemicals; hence, these plants can be used for the extraction of bioactive compounds. The integration of computer-aided drug design techniques with experimental validation has contributed to the profitable discovery of novel drugs. The dosage forms that stay in the stomach for longer period of time are much more effective to treat any disease. Thus, most approachable and feasible way is to prolong the drug delivery and controlling gastric residence time (GRT) and such kind of dosage forms are known as gastro retentive dosage forms (GRDF). The present study is focused to develop GRDF of Zanamivir. About four formulations of Zanamivir tablets were prepared with different ratios of drug and polymers. The prepared tablets were further evaluated on the basis of precompression and post-compression parameters. The dissolution study of the formulations revealed that formulation F3 using polymer (guar gum) showed 93.4% of in vitro drug release for 8 hours and is the optimized formulation. It was thus concluded that guar gum complies all the properties of floating tablets. Thus, most approachable and feasible way is to prolong the drug delivery and controlling gastric residence time (GRT) and such kind of dosage forms are known as gastro retentive dosage forms (GRDF). The present study is focused to develop GRDF of Zanamivir. About four formulations of Zanamivir tablets were prepared with different ratios of drug and polymers. The prepared tablets were further evaluated on the basis of precompression and post-compression parameters. The dissolution study of the formulations revealed that formulation F3 using polymer (guar gum) showed 93.4% of in vitro drug release for 8 hours and is the optimized formulation. It was thus concluded that guar gum complies all the properties of floating tablets. Tests with various reinforcements were delivered to comprehend their mechanical and corrosion behavior of the material, by utilizing fly ash and rice husk ash as reinforcement and aluminum 6061 alloy as metal matrix material. The composite were created by stir casting method. The primary target of this study is to study the mechanical and corrosion properties of material utilizing different arrangement. So we are shone on creating light weight material with high rigidity and hardness with high corrosive resistance which can be benefit for vehicle enterprises or avionic business. The microstructure determines the material's properties, and the production technique determines the microstructure. Composite materials are created to modify the qualities of a material to our specific requirements.
