We are now living in the epoch of Anthropocene—the epoch wherein human and nonhuman beings have become increasingly involved. The Anthropocene was also a mark to determine human existence begin to overwhelm biological and geological forms and displace the Holocene era. Indonesia is the one in many countries facing ecological crisis. The widespread of global monocultures such as sugarcane, cacao, oil palm and tea plantations are examples of providing an intolerance of diversity, meaning that only putting human desires above all of nonhuman species. The era also shows the struggles for social justice towards nonhuman beings. Hence, this paper expects to discuss conceptual and pragmatical levels of the Anthropocene in the more-than-humans’ anthropological studies. Meanwhile, anthropology and any sub-disciplines take “ontological turn” into account. Talking ontological anthropology is also a way of rethinking and requestioning the division and dichotomy between nature and culture, technology and society, human, and nonhuman beings, and so on. So, our research question is how “ontological turn” contributes to making social justice towards multispecies and geological life. Justice has been a great deal to preserve only humans based on Eurocentric perception and thought. By giving social justice to more-than-human realms is also resolving both “epistemologies of ignorance” and indigenous-led decolonization. Alternatively, ontological anthropology provides the ability to give a “voice” to more-than-human beings in order to have equal footing as humans. Therefore, against the Anthropocene means collapsing ‘the divide’ between culture and nature, human and non-human, and so on. Besides, the turn to anthropology of ontology also means demanding collaborations and balance between humans and nonhuman beings in the Anthropocene. The introductory anthropology of ontology could potentially open pathways of future possibilities for methodological and theoretical standpoints towards more-than-human realms in Indonesia.

Victor Hugo is one of the romantic poets who has experience in politics. He criticized the Second Empire and Napoleon III almost all his life and his criticism became the cause of his exile. The third series of La Légende des Sièclesis the last book of poetry published before the death of Victor Hugo. Océan is an example of a poem in the third series that presents a contradiction between small and large spaces, restrictions and extensions. This article will link the meaning and function of the metaphor and structure of the poem used by Victor Hugo in the poem Océan with his personal life and historical context. This study uses qualitative methods with techniques for the study of literature. Through the analysis of the metaphorical function of Camp (2003) and the poetic structure of Schmitt and Viala (1982), Océan reflects Hugo as an innovative romantic poet who differs from the rules of classicism and he has placed the ocean and humans in the poem as representatives of Napoleon III specifically and the monarchy in general and French society in those days. The metaphors are used to describe the nature of the French government at that time.

This research is motivated by the low participation of parents in the development of children's prosocial activities in the arena of public facilities, which results in poor prosocial abilities of children. This can be seen from the behavior of early childhood who like to monopolize the game, not patiently waiting for their turn, likes to hit friends, and does not like friends, do not want to share and so forth. The purpose of this study was to describe the developing prosocial for Early children on playing in public facilities during Covid-19. This article design be Systematic literature Review (SLR): (1) Parents can develop children’s prosocial behavior in the playground using adaptive model (a model adapted to the needs and age of the child), so that can be easily understood and adapted to the conditions of the child, parents, and existing playground equipment (2) Covid-19 has impacted children’s social development, children interact less with others. During the pandemic when people are pessimistic about learning to be done from home, the term home-schooling is in the spotlight. Many families actually choose home-schooling long before this condition occurs because they believe this learning model can bring success to their children. Is home-schooling the same as “learning from home”? Why homeschool students can succeed? By conducting case studies in the Pewaris Bangsa Home-schooling Community, through various series of interviews and observations of students, parents as well as community managers and collecting documentation, this research was conducted. The learning model of home-schooling students in the Pewaris Bangsa Home-schooling Community is different from learning from home carried out by formal schools during the pandemic as parents are entrusted with managing their children's learning, self-regulated learning and self-directed learning are more likely to occur than school students and the learning model that is carried out leads to the needs of students, not just teachers or school programs. The success of students occurs because they have more motivation and the ability to self-regulate which is fostered by the role of parents and the environment.

This paper put an analysis on the autonomy principle among law practitioners. The principle and values usually use as the basic concept for justice understanding. The justice concept is adopted to enforce the law in the fair trial process should not just understand to be the main goal. There must be a wide broad approach segmented the social and cultural frameworks with the conceptual analysis. This article is also concerned for searching the reason relating to the paradigmatic practical calculations to constitute the rule known as the reasonable rationale. The essential conditions of what is practically managing the guide with the rule application remarks just revealed. These remarks hopefully can bring a clear explanation relating to the law practitioners pragmatic view of speech act implications for debating the provisions. The standard case of rules is formulated to protect and to fulfill the people's rights rather rigidly fixing its range of application. There are powers of the people is nevertheless limited decisions of legal validity concerning the substance of the law. Dissatisfaction with the understanding of law practitioners for making the reliable concept relating to the relationship between the law and powers of people is underpinned by the ideal of popular sovereignty influence to be understood. It is similar to the argument that consisted of the legal system for the rule of law to be existed. There is a necessity to confirm and build some mechanism of certain social practices among public officials and law practitioners. There must be clear perspectives on how and why the government and their policies absolutely cannot avoid the political biased and the certainty of law urge to build the certain facts of law for the people to be able to make law at all.

This article reveals the suburbs as a place of residence and the construction of the identity of the main character in the film Divines (2016) by Houda Benyamina. This film tells of a life of teenagers in France of African immigrants in a suburb. Dounia who is a teenager has the ambition to leave the suburbs and have the life out of the suburbs. The suburb is the setting of the film representing a residence far from downtown whose living conditions are less appropriate. It is a form of social segregation created by the French government which has multiple social problems to its inhabitants. The methodology used is the qualitative research methods. To analyze the narratives and cinematographic aspects, the theory of film studies of Boggs & Petrie has been used, while the concept of identity of Stuart Hall has been used to reveal the social problems of these young people about their identity. The result of the analysis shows that the suburbs appears like a hard and violent space for its inhabitants, and the characters are haunted by dreams of escape. Dounia has fantasies of freedom and luxury which she could find them outside the suburb. As the suburb is a living space, the ambition is simply to leave the suburbs. The identity of Dounia is built from her efforts to achieve her ultimate dream: a new life out of the suburbs.
