espanolLa presente investigacion expone acerca del Marketing Sensorial en FC Barcelona Megastore Oficial Camp Nou. Se han utilizado diferentes metodologias como la observacion participante y la encuesta para determinar si FC Barcelona Megastore Oficial Camp Nou aplica el marketing sensorial en el punto de venta. Los resultados de esta investigacion demuestran que los estimulos de los clientes se perciben en todos los sentidos menos en el olfato y el gusto. Se describio el marketing sensorial en el FC Barcelona Megastore Oficial Camp Nou, demostrando que el marketing sensorial se aplica como una estrategia fundamental de venta. Se encontro que existen diferentes teorias neurocientificas, las cuales explican el comportamiento de los consumidores y sus emociones en la decision de compra. espanolLa educacion en el Peru ha alcanzado importantes progresos en materia de cobertura, especialmente en educacion primaria, pero existen problemas serios en cuanto a la calidad de la ensenanza, pues la mayoria de estudiantes de primaria no logra los aprendizajes previstos. El objetivo del presente articulo es evaluar la eficiencia del gasto publico en la calidad y cobertura de la educacion basica regular en las UGEL de la Region La Libertad en el ano 2013. La unidad de analisis fue la UGEL, el estudio comprendio 12 UGEL. La fuente de los datos fue el Ministerio de Educacion. El estudio explicativo con diseno causal evaluo la eficiencia del gasto publico en educacion a traves del analisis envolvente de datos. La eficiencia alcanzo al 50% de las UGEL, tanto en la cobertura de la educacion inicial, como en la calidad educativa de la educacion primaria. espanolPara alcanzar la excelencia empresarial en un ambiente altamente competitivo y cambiante como el sector industrial, las empresas se han visto obligadas a establecer mecanismos en busqueda de la mejora continua. La contabilidad de costos ha ido a la par con esta tendencia, y actualmente el metodo de costeo ABC es considerado uno de los mas fiables y exactos para determinar el costo de los productos manufacturados. El objetivo de esta investigacion radica en conocer la percepcion de la mejora continua en empresas industriales de metal mecanica en Lurigancho, Lima, a partir de la implementacion del sistema de costeo ABC. Se planteo como hipotesis “la implementacion del sistema de costeo ABC favorecera la percepcion de mejora continua en empresas industriales de metal mecanica en Lurigancho, Lima – Ano 2017”. El enfoque del estudio es cuantitativo, con nivel correlativo-causal. La poblacion abarca 136 empleados del area de contabilidad y finanzas de empresas del sector metal mecanico donde se implemento el sistema de costeo ABC, por otro lado, la muestra consta de 100 personas, teniendo como margen de error de 5% y nivel de confianza de 95%. Se aplicaron encuestas y los resultados fueron procesados a traves de los softwares Microsoft Excel y SPSS. Los resultados obtenidos indican que existe coeficiente de correlacion de variables del 83.55%, coeficiente de determinacion lineal de 80.10% y coeficiente de correlacion lineal corregido de 79.70%, por lo que la hipotesis y, por ende, el modelo propuesto es aceptado. Por ultimo, se concluye que en las empresas donde se implemento la tecnica de costeo ABC, a pesar de la resistencia al cambio inicial, posteriormente mantienen altos niveles de mejora en sus actividades diarias relacionadas con este proceso, reduciendo el despilfarro, aumentando la productividad y por ende la rentabilidad de la empresa. espanolLa presente investigacion tiene como objetivo demostrar que se puede mejorar la administracion de la informacion en la la Liga Deportiva Distrital de Voleibol de Trujillo (LDDVT), con un sistema de informacion deportivo via web, el cual se ha desarrollado bajo la metodologia XP teniendo en cuenta el enfoque hacia la mejora de atencion al usuario. Con el desarrollo de la propuesta se mejoro significativamente la administracion de la Informacion, a traves de la reduccion en los tiempos de registro y consulta de la informacion deportiva; en la investigacion se tomo como muestra significativa a 66 deportistas, pertenecientes a la LDDVT; para el analisis de la informacion se utilizaron entrevistas, encuestas y constante observacion en las actividades realizadas por los usuarios. El tipo de investigacion que se ha desarrollado es aplicada y se uso el diseno experimental del tipo Pre-Experimento; para la demostracion de nuestra hipotesis se empleo la Prueba estadistica parametrica T de Student y distribucion Normal Z. Finalmente el sistema de informacion deportivo permitio reducir el tiempo promedio de registro de la informacion de la ficha de afiliacion deportiva en un 41%, el tiempo promedio de registro de la informacion de la Ficha de transferencia deportiva en un 35%, el tiempo promedio de busqueda de la Informacion del deportista en 92%, y por ultimo el nivel de satisfaccion del deportista se incremento en un 54.82%, cumpliendose con los objetivos de la investigacion. espanolLas experiencias vividas de los docentes de educacion primaria les han permitido en sus practicas pedagogicas demostrar diversas actitudes y comportamientos de significancia para el proceso educativo. Identificarlas y analizarlas a traves del metodo fenomenologico hermeneutico fue el objetivo de esta investigacion. Mediante la tecnica de observacion de cerca y la entrevista conversacional y a partir de la reflexion de los significados se constituyo unidades tematicas como confianza, persuasion, frustracion, que surgieron desde el analisis de la fenomenologia, metodo que describe como se experimenta el mundo a traves de la conciencia, y la hermeneutica que descubre e interpreta a traves del lenguaje los significados que estan en ella. La categoria emergente fue la confianza del docente, asumida como creencia del comportamiento del docente hacia el estudiante. Estos procedimientos permitio la elaboracion de fisonomias individuales y fisonomia grupal o texto fenomenologico. EnglishThe experiences of primary school teachers in their pedagogical practices have allowed them to demonstrate diverse significant attitudes and behaviors for the educational process. The objective of this research was to identify and analyze them through the hermeneutic phenomenological method. By means of the close-up observation technique, the conversational interview and from the reflection of meanings, thematic units such as trust, persuasion, and frustration were established. They arose from the analysis of phenomenology, a method that describes how the world is experienced through consciousness, and from hermeneutics that discovers and interprets through language the meanings that are in it. The emerging category was teacher confidence assumed as a belief in the teacher's behavior toward the student. These procedures allowed the elaboration of individual physiognomy and group physiognomy or phenomenological text.

Mediante la tecnica de observacion de cerca y la entrevista conversacional y a partir de la reflexion de los significados se constituyo unidades tematicas como confianza, persuasion, frustracion, que surgieron desde el analisis de la fenomenologia, metodo que describe como se experimenta el mundo a traves de la conciencia, y la hermeneutica que descubre e interpreta a traves del lenguaje los significados que estan en ella. La categoria emergente fue la confianza del docente, asumida como creencia del comportamiento del docente hacia el estudiante. Estos procedimientos permitio la elaboracion de fisonomias individuales y fisonomia grupal o texto fenomenologico. EnglishThe experiences of primary school teachers in their pedagogical practices have allowed them to demonstrate diverse significant attitudes and behaviors for the educational process. The objective of this research was to identify and analyze them through the hermeneutic phenomenological method. By means of the close-up observation technique, the conversational interview and from the reflection of meanings, thematic units such as trust, persuasion, and frustration were established. They arose from the analysis of phenomenology, a method that describes how the world is experienced through consciousness, and from hermeneutics that discovers and interprets through language the meanings that are in it. The emerging category was teacher confidence assumed as a belief in the teacher's behavior toward the student. Se desarrollo con un enfoque cuantitativo, alcance explicativo y diseno no experimental transeccional, correlacional-causal. El resultado del contraste de la hipotesis general dio r=635**, indicando que entre el MBL y el comportamiento lector existe una correlacion positiva alta, significativa al 0,01. Ademas, el calculo de la regresion lineal estimo que el MBL influye en un 40 % en la formacion del comportamiento lector. Las motivaciones que dan los padres de familia, docentes y bibliotecarios estimulan los intereses y habitos lectores de los estudiantes y les ayudan a ser lectores competentes. espanolEl objetivo de la presente investigacion fue describir la implementacion de un centro de acopio, en una universidad privada de la region de Ancash, para optimizar su gestion de residuos solidos. Para ello se dividio la investigacion en 4 etapas: el estudio de caracterizacion de residuos solidos, la descripcion del funcionamiento del centro de acopio, la optimizacion de la gestion de residuos solidos a traves del reciclaje y el analisis estadistico de las variables. El estudio de caracterizacion determino que los residuos solidos tenian una generacion per capita 0,016 Kg/hab-dia, una densidad promedio 54,236 Kg/m3 y que estaban mayormente compuestos por plastico PET (20,20 %) y papel (16 %). Con respecto al funcionamiento se describio la siguiente secuencia: generacion, segregacion en la fuente, recoleccion y trasporte, almacenamiento temporal. Con el funcionamiento se logro reciclar residuos solidos por encima del 40 % desde su implementacion y dar una disposicion final sanitaria y ambientalmente segura a los residuos peligrosos. EnglishThis research aimed to determine the existence of a relationship between social skills and entrepreneurial attitude in students in the last grade of secondary school of an educational institution in Peru. For this purpose, a quantitative study of a correlational level was carried out between two variables in a sample of 199 students of an educational institution in the city of Lima (Peru). The results indicated that the students presented a low level of entrepreneurial attitude and social skills (59.6%) and (42.4%) respectively. In addition, a high correlation was found between entrepreneurial attitude and social skills (0.759), this being a significant relationship (p=0.000). It was concluded that a student who shows social performance will be able to develop an entrepreneurial spirit. This is how education plays a fundamental role for the development of entrepreneurial behavior within his/her socialization process.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the internal marketing model and the service quality of the one-stop shop for employment promotion, Lambayeque. The eight dimensions proposedinthetheoretical-conceptualframeworkwereanalyzed.Themethodologywasmixed (quantitative-qualitative). The questionnaire and the interview were used as data collection techniques. The study population was made up of the collaborators and the users. The findings made it possible to determine a direct relationship between the study variables, with a p<0.035 and an adjusted R2 of 0.6852, which implies that the perceived service quality is explained in 68 % by internal marketing actions. It was also found that the internal marketing dimensions that negatively affect the performance of the employees of the one-stop shop for employment promotion, Lambayeque, are internal communication and information generation, which present a medium-low tendency. Nevertheless, the response to the information generated has a positive impact on the performance of the employees. Likewise, there was no evidence of a trend in the general perception of the quality of services, since it varies according to its dimensions, and the tangible elements are those that are located at a level considered to be high. An internal marketing model was proposed for the institution with three components: Informative, communicative and motivational.

espanolEl presente trabajo de investigacion tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de las concentraciones del extracto hidroalcoholico y el aceite esencial de Oreganum vulgare “oregano” en el crecimiento de Staphylococcus aureus, planteandose la hipotesis que el aceite esencial tiene efecto inhibidor con respecto al extracto hidroalcoholico en el crecimiento de Staphylococcus aureus. Se realizo una investigacion aplicada con diseno experimental con post prueba unicamente, y numero de repeticiones, utilizando como muestra biologica el oregano del cual se obtuvo: aceite esencial por hidrodestilacion con concentraciones de 10, 20, 40 y 60 ug/ml y, extracto hidroalcoholico por maceracion; se utilizaron concentraciones de 10, 20, 40 y 60mg/ml. La siembra del Staphylococcus se hizo en camada y para fijar las concentraciones se utilizo el metodo por difusion. Para el analisis de resultados, se utilizo el analisis de varianza y comparaciones multiples con la prueba de Tukey para identificar si el promedio de las medias de los halos es diferente con respecto algun tratamiento; es asi que, se acepta la hipotesis de investigacion, encontrando que el aceite esencial tiene mayor efecto inhibitorio en las concentraciones de 40 y 60ug/ml con 3.5 y 3.8 cm de diametro del halo con respecto al extracto hidroalcoholico a una concentracion de 40mg/ml con 1.9 y 2 cm. espanolLa presente investigacion se baso en las experiencias curriculares tanto en ingles como en frances impartidas a los estudiantes de la Escuela de Idiomas durante el semestre 2016-I. Se trata de un estudio correlacional causal y su objetivo fue determinar el efecto de las inteligencias multiples en el rendimiento academico de los estudiantes. Para ello se determino las inteligencias multiples de los estudiantes y su desempeno academico en las experiencias curriculares. Asimismo, se determino que tipo de inteligencia tuvo mayor influencia en su desempeno academico. Las calificaciones tomadas en cuenta para evaluar su desempeno academico fueron las calificaciones obtenidas en el primer examen parcial de las experiencias curriculares de ingles I, II, III, IV y V y las de frances I, II, III y IV. El estudio de las inteligencias multiples se baso en la teoria desarrollada por Howard Gardner. Por ultimo, se espera que esta informacion sirva de base para futuras investigaciones que apoyen la mejora de las clases en las que participen profesores y estudiantes de la Escuela de Idiomas. EnglishThe present research was based on the curricular experiences in both English and French taught to the students of the School of Languages during the 2016-I semester. This was a causal correlational study and its objective was to determine the effect of multiple intelligences on the students' academic performance. For this purpose, the students' multiple intelligences and their academic performance in those curricular experiences were determined. Which type of intelligence had the greatest influence on their academic performance was also determined. The grades taken into account to evaluate their academic performance were the grades obtained in the first partial examination of the curricular experiences of English I, II, III, IV and V and those of French I, II, III and IV. The study of multiple intelligences was based on the theory developed by Howard Gardner. Finally, it is hoped that this information will serve as a basis for future research that supports the improvement of lessons in which both teachers and students of the School of Languages participate

El estudio de las inteligencias multiples se baso en la teoria desarrollada por Howard Gardner. Por ultimo, se espera que esta informacion sirva de base para futuras investigaciones que apoyen la mejora de las clases en las que participen profesores y estudiantes de la Escuela de Idiomas. EnglishThe present research was based on the curricular experiences in both English and French taught to the students of the School of Languages during the 2016-I semester. This was a causal correlational study and its objective was to determine the effect of multiple intelligences on the students' academic performance. For this purpose, the students' multiple intelligences and their academic performance in those curricular experiences were determined. Which type of intelligence had the greatest influence on their academic performance was also determined. The grades taken into account to evaluate their academic performance were the grades obtained in the first partial examination of the curricular experiences of English I, II, III, IV and V and those of French I, II, III and IV. The study of multiple intelligences was based on the theory developed by Howard Gardner.
