Flipped Classroom Learning System Based on Guided Inquiry Using Moodle on Colloid 基于胶体Moodle引导探究的翻转课堂学习系统

This study aims to develop a digital-based learning system so that it can be used to meet the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0 by determining its validity and practicality. The type of research used in this study is Education Design Research (EDR) using the Plomp development model. This research was conducted in one of the public high schools (SMA Negeri 8 Padang) in the 2022/2023 academic year. Data was collected using a validated questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. The study's results obtained an average validity of 0.87 with a valid category. The results of the practicality test for students have average practicality of 87% in the very practical category and average practicality for teachers of 92% in the very practical category. Overall, from the research results, it can be concluded that the guided inquiry-based flipped classroom learning system using Moodle on colloidal material is valid and practical.
本研究旨在开发一套数位学习系统,以确定其有效性和实用性,以满足工业革命4.0的需求。本研究采用的研究类型为教育设计研究(EDR),采用普洛普发展模型。本研究于2022/2023学年在巴东一所公立高中(SMA Negeri 8)进行。数据收集采用有效问卷和实用性问卷。研究结果的平均效度为0.87,有一个有效类别。学生实践性测试结果在非常实践性类别中平均实践性为87%,教师在非常实践性类别中平均实践性为92%。总的来说,从研究结果来看,利用Moodle对胶体材料进行引导探究型翻转课堂学习系统是有效和实用的。

Branding Image melalui Penerapan Pendidikan Inklusif dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Madrasah

This study aims to analyze and understand the brand image applied through inclusive education to improve the competitiveness of madrasas. Brand image assistance is carried out to improve the quality of institutions and institutions from a negative image. This research was conducted through a case study-type approach. This research was conducted at the MI Nurul Yaqin Kertosono Gading Probolinggo institution. Results Based on the study shows that; First, the institution has implemented a brand image through the implementation of inclusive education in increasing the competitiveness of madrasas. Second, the performance of an inclusive branding image is carried out in several stages, including; Branding Analysis, Establishing Partnerships, Implementation of Inclusive Education, and Evaluation. The implications obtained from institutions with brand image through the implementation of inclusive education are; The institution has a new idea in the quality and quality assurance of the institution, the revolutionary madrasa is dignified and embraces all circles so that it is of high quality and ready to compete.

Pengembangan Aplikasi Augmented Reality sebagai Media Pembelajaran Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Mataram

This development research aims to develop applications based on augmented reality as a medium of learning material build flat side space and meet the criteria of valid, practical, and effective to use. This type of research is research and development (R&D) by adopting the 4D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. At the stage of development conducted a trial by using one group Pretest-Posttest Design with research subjects as many as 25 students of Class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Mataram were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done using test instruments’ validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The data obtained from this study are: (1) validity test based on the assessment of 3 expert validators get an average result of 4.5933 with a very valid Category; (2) practicality test based on the assessment of students get an average percentage of 92.27% of all aspects assessed; (3) the effectiveness test was conducted by analyzing the results of pretest and posttest with paired t-test Test and there was an increase in student learning outcomes, but the results of the N-gain Test obtained a percentage of 48.9429 with less effective categories.  The level of effectiveness obtained by the media is due to some shortcomings of the developed media. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the media developed is very valid and very practical to be used in learning, but still less effective in improving the learning outcomes of learners, so the media needs to be developed further.

Analisis Perencanaan dan Rekrutmen Guru pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Lombok Tengah

This study uses a naturalistic qualitative approach to describe the management of human resources for educators at the Education Office of Central Lombok Regency in a complete, natural and in-depth manner. The Education Office of Central Lombok Regency in planning and recruiting educators by evaluating and analyzing the needs of teacher shortages in each school based on the teacher needs proposed by the school principals. Then coordinate in the form of meetings, meetings and joint deliberation in order to propose planning for educators proposed by the school. Planning for the needs of educators (teachers) at the Education Office of Central Lombok Regency, includes two things: (1) the planning process for teacher needs aims to ensure the fulfillment of needs in organizational units, planning is carried out by analyzing internal and external factors, such as resource and teacher needs . After the planning is done, it is known that the required manpower with a certain level of ability or skill is known; (2) analysis of teacher needs. The planning starts from the analysis of currently available teacher resources. The analysis includes two things, namely; job descriptions and job specifications. A job description describes the tasks or work performed, while a job specification includes the skills and abilities needed to carry out the task. In terms of recruitment of educators, the Education Office of Central Lombok Regency is based on the needs of educators by using academic, administrative, health and qualification selections that have been determined, in its implementation it still depends on the provisions of the Education and Training Personnel Agency (BKPP) of Central Lombok Regency. its nature is only to plan human resources and propose employees who have been previously planned, while the recruitment process is carried out by the regional personnel agency. Thus the Education Office of Central Lombok Regency as one of the organizations or institutions implementing regional autonomy authority in the field of education, has a very strategic function in managing the implementation of the education system.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik terhadap Kedisiplinan Guru SMKN 1 Gunungsari 真正的领导影响教师smkn1 Gunungsari纪律

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of authentic leadership on teacher discipline at SMKN 1 Gunungsari, West Nusa Tenggara. This research is motivated by the recapitulation of teacher attendance data at SMKN 1 Gunungsari in the even semester of 2022 which shows the arrival of teachers in the first hour on time in carrying out tasks in learning activities is still quite low although several previous studies indicate that authentic leadership can affect employee discipline. A quantitative approach using survey methods is used in this study, where the research population is all teachers of SMKN 1 Gunungsari with a sample of 30 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire . The t test used as a data analysis technique with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 program. The results show that t count > t table which is 6.497 > 2.048 and the significance probability is smaller than alpha (0.05) so that concluded that authentic leadership has a significant effect on teacher discipline at SMKN 1 Gunungsari. One way to improve teacher discipline is to increase teacher loyalty and commitment which can be achieved by making the authentic leadership of a school principal effective.

Project Based Learning Menggunakan Pendekatan Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mahasiswa Abad 21 di Universitas Gunung Rinjani 基础学习项目利用更高层次的思维技能方法来提高21世纪林贾尼山大学学生的能力

In this era 4.0, students are required to have high-level thinking skills, which are better known as Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). HOTS is the ability to think critically, logically, reflectively, metacognitively, and creatively to be able to solve the problems at hand. Globalization has brought its own changes and challenges in various fields including the field of Education. The learning program designed must be in line with 21st century education which requires graduates to be competent with a number of required skills. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) through the Higher Order Thinking Skill approach was able to improve students' speaking skill at Gunung Rinjani University, and to find out how the HOTS-based PjBL process in public speaking courses. The participants in this study were 5th semester students in the Public Speaking subject of the English Education Study Program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed positive responses by students regarding the implementation of PjBL through the HOTS approach, and were able to improve students' speaking skills and improve 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, creative, and able to solve problems, able to use technology media, and able to work together. In implementing PjBL using the HOTS approach, there are 4 steps that the lecturers implement, namely; preparation, implementation, development, and presentation.

HOTS is the ability to think critically, logically, reflectively, metacognitively, and creatively to be able to solve the problems at hand. Globalization has brought its own changes and challenges in various fields including the field of Education. The learning program designed must be in line with 21st century education which requires graduates to be competent with a number of required skills. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) through the Higher Order Thinking Skill approach was able to improve students' speaking skill at Gunung Rinjani University, and to find out how the HOTS-based PjBL process in public speaking courses. The participants in this study were 5th semester students in the Public Speaking subject of the English Education Study Program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed positive responses by students regarding the implementation of PjBL through the HOTS approach, and were able to improve students' speaking skills and improve 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, creative, and able to solve problems, able to use technology media, and able to work together. This study aims to describe the program carried out by SDIT in the city of Pontianak in fostering religious character values. The method that has been used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interview and documentation techniques. This research focuses on the program carried out by the school in growing religious character values from the planning stage to its implementation. Based on the results of the research, there were 10 programs carried out by SDIT in the city of Pontianak in fostering religious character values such as praying, reading the Al-Qur’an before studying, integrating religious values in subjects, infaq/alms, congregational dzuhur prayers, muraja`ah, quick Islamic boarding schools, Mabit , Parenting Seminar class outing, and tahfidz Qur’an. Program planning is compiled through the school's vision and mission, lesson plans, and is also planned by setting it up in the academic calendar. Meanwhile, the implementation of the program has been carried out based on the program principles, namely comprehensively, comparatively, continuously, and functionally. So it can be concluded that in fixing and shaping the character of students towards a better direction, it can be done through education. One of them is by implementing programs that have been designed by schools with the aim of growing the character of students, especially their religious character, because religious character is the main character that acts as a supporter in character education

This study aims to develop teaching material supplement products based on local wisdom of Singkawang City for grade IV elementary school that is feasible to be used in assisting thematic learning activities with the theme of 8 sub-themes 1. The method used in this study is a research method and development by adapting the ADDIE model.  Source of this research data are 27 students of class IV Elementary School 82 Singkawang.  Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observation.  The results showed that the development of teaching materials based on The local wisdom of Singkawang City has gone through five research steps; analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.  Product validity teaching material supplements obtained a very good category with an average percentage value an average of 92.5% in the language aspect, 91% in the design aspect, and 91.5% in the Theory.

Persepsi Masyarakat Tentang Radikalisme Agama (Studi di Kecamatan Mpunda Kota Bima) 公众对宗教激进主义的看法(对比马市街道的研究)

This study aims to determine the public's perception of religious radicalism and the role of religious leaders in anticipating religious radicalism in Mpunda District, Bima City. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research is descriptive. This research was conducted in Mpunda District, Bima City for one month, the subjects of this research were the people in Mpunda District, Bima City, and the research informants were government officials, community leaders, and religious leaders. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, structured interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data using 3 methods according to Miles and Huberman, including data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display), Verification/Conclusion Drawing. The results showed that people's perceptions of religious radicalism: (1) Religious radicalism arises because of a lack of understanding of religion, (2) The view that only Islam adheres to radical movements is wrong because radicalism can potentially be carried out by all religions. The role of religious leaders in anticipating religious radicalism is to provide counseling to the public about the dangers of radicalism.

Kepemimpinan dalam Mengembangkan Religious Culture di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri se-Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat

Leadership has a very strong relationship with power. Therefore, power has juridical power and can influence others to act as expected. This paper aims to analyze the strategic role of leadership in developing a religious culture. In addition, this paper seeks to explore how leadership can develop a religious culture in Madrasahs, and furthermore to understand the implementation of leadership as an important part in developing a religious culture in State Madrasah Aliyah throughout the city of Mataram. The method used in this paper is qualitative, this approach emphasizes the quality or the most important of social phenomena, events and phenomena. In this study, researchers analyzed social phenomena, phenomena and events regarding the implementation of leadership as part of developing a religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Mataram. Data collection in this study was carried out using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation of the data found in the field. The data analysis of this research uses interactive model data analysis techniques that take place continuously until complete. The analysis takes place simultaneously which is carried out simultaneously with the data collection process, with the flow of stages: (1) data collection (data collection), (2) data reduction (data reduction), (3) data presentation (data display) and (4) conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verifying. The results of the research are that Madarsah Aliyah Negeri in the city of Mataram, is a leading educational institution at the secondary education level which is slowly but surely developing a religious culture within their respective madrasah. This can be seen from several activities that the researchers found in the field, for example, the development of a religious culture which is heavily influenced by the policies of the madarsah principal, and this can be seen through (1) the many regulations that are religious in nature that are applied, (2) the religious activities that are routinely carried out by the madrasah. students (3) and the discipline and cleanliness of the study program environment is quite well maintained. (4) the growth of order that reflects harmony and order in the association between madrasa residents, (5) exemplary as part of the leadership orientation in the development of religious culture in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Mataram City, and can have implications for instilling students' faith in madrasas. (6) Openness as part of the transparency nature of the school management system and on any issues. The openness of every member of the school is expected to close the existence of mutual suspicion, prejudice, envy, slander and other bad qualities that tend to persecute and damage the rights of others.
