Tradisi Tolak Bala Sebelum Tanam Padi pada Masyarakat Desa Simaroken Kabupaten Pasaman (Kajian Living Al-Qur’an)

The tradition of rejecting reinforcements carried out by the Simaroken Village community is a form of repellent to future disasters on the plants to be planted. Local people believe that by carrying out this tradition, they can avoid diseases to their plants. This study aims to describe the tradition of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice in the Simaroken village community, Pasaman Regency. This study uses a qualitative field research method (field research). To obtain the data of this study, the authors conducted observations, interviews and documentation with respondents such as the government, ulama, community leaders and the community in general. The findings of this study are that the Simaroken community believes that the tradition of rejecting reinforcements can keep them and their plants away from all harm. The traditional procession of rejecting reinforcements before planting rice is carried out by all local people by providing food, drinks that will be served at the event and the main menu, namely lamang sipuluik. Because the lamang made of sipuluik (sticky rice) is part of what is planted by the local community and as a symbol of the results of the plant. The tradition of rejecting reinforcements is led by a cleric with a procession starting with reading the letter Yasin, al-Ikhlas, al-falaq, al-naas and several other letters followed by the whole community and a prayer led by a cleric and ending with eating a meal together .

The education budget is often a problem in determining the quality of education, the lack of budget from the government is the main obstacle, with such a small budget, it is certainly necessary to optimize financing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the basic concepts of education financial management and optimizing the education financing budget. This research uses qualitative research methods based on literature study. The data collection method uses documentation studies, namely exploring theories or thoughts from various references. Data analysis uses content analysis, by analyzing and providing data interpretation to draw conclusions. The results of the study explain that. Sources of funds obtained by schools come from the government in the form of central and regional BOS funds, tuition fees for students, and assistance from donors, agencies, sponsors and infaq or sedekah. The available funds are then compiled in the school spending plan which is prepared by the team to be later approved by the principal and the school committee. The implementation of the school financial budget is used in accordance with the budgeted plan in an effective and efficient, trustworthy, and responsible manner. School financial accountability is reported to the directorate of school development (central BOS), the provincial education and culture office, committees, with an accountable and transparent model. The form of optimization can be realized by determining the priority scale when preparing school budgets.

Budaya Politik Emha Ainun Nadjib dalam Meretas Problematika Pluralitas Agama di Indonesia Emha Ainun Nadjib的政治文化发现了印尼宗教多元化的问题

Indonesia is a plural country of religion, race, ethnicity and culture. Apart from being a wealth of plurality, it is also a challenge, because plurality is prone to causing conflict. Religious diversity (including local religion) also makes Indonesia has the same vulnerability. For this reason, Emha Ainun Nadjib has a holistic view of how this diversity is realized and managed. This study aims to analyze Emha Ainun Nadjib's culture in hacking religious life in Indonesia. By using a qualitative approach and the theory of plurality and politics, the author maps the thoughts of Emha Ainun Nadjib in addressing these issues. The results showed that Emha Ainun Nadjib viewed plurality as an invaluable gift from God. Based on this phenomenon, Emha Ainun Nadjib provides understanding and builds awareness of the Indonesian people in processing diversity into a strength. Emha uses a political culture approach to break the chain of conflict generated by diversity into harmony.

This study aims to analyze the various forms of collaborative management (planning, implementation and monitoring) in improving the quality of education carried out by Ikatan keluarga besar Baringin Sip (IKBSS). The method used is qualitative by using a descriptive study approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis through the stages of data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation and member check. The results of the research explain that collaboration management is carried out by Ikatan keluarga besar Baringin Sip (IKBSS) organization with formal and non-formal educational institutions in the Baringin village. The collaborative management relates to planning, implementation and monitoring. In terms of planning, IKBSS collaborates in preparing programs and preparing education budgets. In terms of implementation, IKBSS supports directly by being involved in educating and controlling the course of education programs. In terms of supervision by evaluating the achievement of the program and evaluating the realization of the use of the education budget.

This study aims to analyze the use of learning resources in the field of counseling guidance. This study uses a qualitative research method based on library research (library research). Collecting data using documentation techniques derived from library sources. Data analysis uses content analysis techniques where each source or literature used is adjusted and the context's suitability is seen with other literature from books, journals or other research. At present the quality of learning and community education is strongly influenced by the conditions of existing learning resources, and this cannot be denied because if the conditions and availability of learning resources are adequate, the learning process can run well. This indirectly shows how important it is to use learning resources in a learning process. In the realm of guidance and counseling, learning resources are closely related and are often used in various implementation of guidance and counseling services, both in the formal and non-formal world of education, in this case the associated learning resources can be in the form of religion or instruments used in the successful implementation of guidance and counseling service.

This study aims to analyze: (1) various difficulties in learning courageously, (2) the pattern of cooperation between teachers and parents in improving children's motor skills, (3) relationships that increase cooperation in improving children's motor skills. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with a descriptive study approach. The results showed that the variety of learning difficulties during the Covid-19 pandemic, including because of the difficulty of the teacher in determining the type of motor-based learning activities for children, the difficulty of the teacher in compiling motor-based learning indicators, difficulty in assessing children's development, difficulty in assessing the honesty of children in carrying out activities motor learning. Both the conclusions of the second problem formulation related to the interaction patterns of teachers and parents in improving children's motor skills, there are two things that direct interaction and indirect interaction, while the less enthusiastic deposits of parents, different understanding between teachers and parents, internet networks not optimal, difficulties in implementing learning.

Murtad (Pindah Agama) dalam Kajian Hukum Islam

The jurists agree that a person who refuses the commandments of Allah and his Messenger means that he has returned (left) from Islam, whether because of doubt, refusal or disobedience. Allah SWT very clearly and firmly states that for apostates it means that he has wasted his good deeds and a person who dies in an apostate or disbelieving state is eternal in hell. A person is considered to have left Islam (Murtad) if he refuses an act which is required by religion by denying this obligation and considers it permissible to not fulfill it. For example, he does not perform prayers, zakat or hajj because he believes these things are not obligatory and he refuses to carry out his obligations. A person is also considered to have left Islam if he does not want to do what is required by Islamic law and the scholars agree on this obligation. a person is considered an infidel if he is reluctant or refuses to carry out an obligation even though he must know that obligation.

This study aims to analyze the basic concepts of education financing and its implications for improving the quality of education. This research uses the Library Research method. The results showed that improving the quality of an educational institution / institution is the hope and desire of the community who use educational services. Therefore, to make this happen, various strategic efforts have been made by the government and the community as managers and education stakeholders. Among them, what the government is doing is designing national education standards. Based on the law national education system Number. 20 of 2003 there are 8 national standards, which aim to improve the quality of an educational institution. Based on government regulations, one of the eight national education standards is a financing standard. education financing is the most important and inseparable thing in education management activities. So, among other things, the government policy is to roll out BOS funds at the school level. Education financing and funding managed by schools / madrasahs must be transparent in order to create accountability. If it is accountable, it will increase the credibility of the educational institution. If it is credible, it will automatically improve the quality of the educational institution. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan youtube sebagai media komunikasi dakwah di kota Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang ebrsifat deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pengumpulan dokumentasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan link google formulir untuk diisi oleh para informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang bersifat deskripsi.Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara adalah yang menjadi daya tarik pendakwah untuk membuat konten youtube adalah untuk menyebarkan dakwah dan menyampaikan ilmu. Karena sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin serba digital, pendakwah dituntut untuk menguasai teknologi dan media dalam berdakwah.Youtube adalah salah satu media yang sejalan dan mendukung dalam penyampaian dakwah yang efektif. Karena visualnya, beragam gaya dan pola, kemudahannya akses, dan durasi yang  lama membuat youtube menjadi media yang paling diminati para pembuat konten. inilah yang menjadi kelebihan youtube dibandingkan dengan media sosial lainnya. Youtube juga lebih efisien dalam penghematan biaya, tempat dan waktu. Dengan youtube, ceramah dari para pendakwah dapat dijangkau oleh masyarakat luas dimanapun dan kapanpun. Kata kunci: Youtube, Media Komunikasi, dan Dakwah
