Cloud logistics, a new logistics model, whose philosophy is to integrate logistics resources in the form of logistics information platform, so that logistics resource reasonable configuration. The idea has found the solution for e-commerce “explosive cartridge”. On the basis of previous studies, this article provides an overview of the bottleneck of traditional logistics development, states the operation of cloud logistics and warehousing mode in detail, as well as summarizes the significance of cloud logistics on the modern of e-commerce.

Developing entrepreneurial quality education and Cultivating the university students' entrepreneurship and innovative ability, is to meet the trend of China's higher education reform which focuses on developing the quality education for cultivating the compound, innovative and applied oriented talents. China's higher educational circles now have formed the consensus that is urgent to strengthen the university students' entrepreneurial quality education. Through developing higher entrepreneurial quality education, we can stimulate the internal driving force of knowledge innovation in universities and society, so as to enhance the knowledge factors' contribution and intellectual capital thickness in economic growth. By this way, the economic system can form the mechanism for reproducing the jobs automatically and realizing the blowout growth of knowledge intensive jobs. This paper is to explore the goal, characters, and development status of China's higher entrepreneurial quality education, and study how to develop the entrepreneurial-oriented knowledge economy.

The relationship between firm size and the actual tax burden is the foundation of making economic policy. This paper adopts descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis and other methods to evaluate and study the tax pressure of different scale manufacturing firms by two angles that are effective tax rates (income tax rate and turnover tax rate), taking the manufacturing firms in Quzhou Zhejiang, as a research object. There are two conclusions. One is that there is negative correlation between firm size and the corresponding tax burden. The other is that small and micro firms have the heaviest actual tax burden.

The study tries to verify the relationship between innovation culture, transformational capabilities and transformational performance via multilevel organizational behavioral questionnaires. Ecological efficiency is an analysis instrument for circular economy and sustainability, which indicates how efficient the economic activity is with regard to nature's goods and services. This paper estimates the eco-efficiency of cities in Zhejiang Province, China. Eco-efficiency is firstly assessed by using conventional Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) techniques. However conventional DEA-related ranking approaches are on the basis of self-evaluation, so the calculated efficiencies have little meaning as ranking base. Therefore a ranking technique based on the weight set is advanced. The approaches are applied to the problem of measuring the eco-efficiency of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province, the Yangtze River Delta Region from 2005-2008 by using real data.

Empirical analysis reveals that the market-driven orientation is positively correlated to the innovative R&D strategy while the driving-market orientation to imitative R&D strategy. Increasingly severe natural environment pollution makes environmental issue has become a hot issue in strategic management research. Focusing on environmental strategies impact on performance, this paper first reviews the definition development of environmental strategy and then concludes my own definition. With the data of the Chinese IT listed companies from 2007 to 2010, this paper investigates the relationship between company's board structure and its R&D investment. The empirical study's result shows that increasing in the size of independent directors, and the board members' stock share are the incentives for the firm to invest in R&D, while increasing the size of board and the relative elder of board members will have a negative effect in firm's R&D investment.

This paper attempts to reconstruct the definition of the knowledge-based independent innovation capability. The author explores the knowledge action mechanism of independent innovation capability and puts forward cultivate path of improving knowledge-based independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry. First, this paper involves the generation process of independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry based on the principle of knowledge dissemination. In other words, the knowledge is promoted and transformed in the entire independent innovation process, such as knowledge creation, transfer and application. Then, this paper comes to the composition of independent innovation capability. According to the impact of knowledge in the independent innovation process, the independent innovation capability is divided into innovation input capability which is generated in the knowledge generation process, innovation transfer capability which is generated in the knowledge dissemination process and innovation output capability which is generated in the knowledge application process. Secondly, the author puts forward the mechanism of improving independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry. This mechanism addresses the cycling of three steps including knowledge capital stock, external knowledge absorption and knowledge integration, which would realize the improvement of the competitiveness and independent innovation capability for the companies. And then, this paper identifies the importance on developing independent innovation capability for domestic automobile industry-knowledge capital stock, knowledge integration and transformation, as well as knowledge output management. Finally, the author puts forward the development model, which includes endogenous development, knowledge absorption and knowledge restructuring, and path for the domestic automobile industry to realize independent innovation capability. According to the knowledge inputs, knowledge transfer and knowledge output, we could develop enterprise knowledge and independent innovation capability at the same time, and therefore enhance the independent innovation capability for the domestic automobile industry.
