The effectiveness of pilot development in improving physical preparedness indicators 试点发展在改善物理准备指标方面的有效性

На сучасному етапі важливою проблемою залишається формування мотивації здобувачів вищої освіти до фізичної активності у вільний від навчання час. Мета дослідження – визначити зміну в показниках фізичної підготовленості дівчат при використанні експериментальної розробки, як чинника фор мування в них мотивації до фізичної активності у поза авди-торний час. Матеріал і методи дослідження. Досягнення мети дослідження забезпечували використанням комплексу методів, зокрема аналізу, систематизації, педагогічних тестування та експерименту, соматометрії і соматоскопії, усного опитування, математичної статистики. У дослідженні взяли участь 117 дівчат (41 з експериментальних груп і 76 з контрольних) віку в межах 17,8±0,6 років та які були представницями різних соматотипів за схемою діагностики Штефко-Островського в модифікації С. Дарської. Результати. Використання дівчатами експеримен-тальних груп авторської розробки сприяло поліпшенню значно більшої кількості досліджуваних показників фізичної підготовленості, ніж при використанні традиційного підходу. Висновок. Одержані дані свідчать про необхідність урахування пропонованої розробки при формуванні у здобувачів вищої освіти мотивації внутрішнього типу до здійснення фізичної активності у вільний від навчання час.

Influence of exercises in the military equipment on indicators of functional condition and physical preparedness of military services 军事装备演习对军事服务功能状态和物理准备指标的影响

Today, during combat missions, a serviceman spends a lot of time in military equipment. The extra workload requires the development of functional status, physical development, general and applied physical qualities for long-term and effective performance of duties. The content of physical training needs to take into account modern requirements of professional activity and improvement taking into account innovative trends. The purpose of the work is to determine the effectiveness of conducting physical training classes in personal protective equipment in the field. To achieve this goal we used a set of scientific research methods, namely: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 124 servicemen, evenly divided into control and experimental groups. In total, more than 45 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 23 sources of literature, including 5 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods. Results. A comparative analysis of the results of EG and KG servicemen after the experiment proved the positive impact of the author’s content of classes on indicators of physical development, functional condition and physical fitness. If at the beginning of the experiment the results of CG servicemen were not significantly better than those of EG servicemen, then at the end - all indicators that assess functional status (2.6–4.4 %) and physical fitness (1.3-–7.6 %) is not significantly better in EG servicemen (p> 0.05). Conclusions. The author’s content of physical training classes significantly contributed to the improvement of results in the performance of exercises that characterize aerobic exercise during performance (p <0.05–0.01), improvement of physical development indicators (17.1 %; p <0.01) and functional state (6.3 %; p <0.05).

Kinesiotherapy in the physical rehabilitation of patients with fractures of the upper extremities 运动疗法在上肢骨折患者身体康复中的应用

To study the effectiveness of kinesiotherapy in medical rehabilitation of patients with isolated fractures of the forearm bones.The aim of the study. The study was conducted in 44 patients aged 19-85 years with isolated fractures of the forearm bones, who underwent surgical treatment with osteosynthesis. In the control group (n=21), a standard course of medical rehabilitation was conducted in the postoperative period, which included massage, physiotherapy exercises and magneototherahy. In the main group (n=23), in the postoperative period, the kinesiotherapy of the shoulder and forearm was performed against the background of a standard course of medical rehabilitation. Kinesio tapes were used on the 2nd day after the operation and applied for 72 hours, after which they were changed to new ones. The duration of the study was 12 months. The severity of the pain syndrome, the amplitude of the movement of the wrist joint and the rotational movements of the forearm, the strength of the fist grasp, the function of the upper limb, the quality of life of the patients were evaluated. Results of the research. The use of kinesiotherapy in the period from 1 month after the operation significantly reduced the subjective severity of the pain syndrome by an average of 22.7 %, reduced the number of patients with persistent edema by 1.75 times and increased the number of patients without edema by 2.3 times compared with application of a standard course of medical rehabilitation. The parameters of the amplitude of motion in the wrist joint, rotational movements, and the dynamometry of the fist grasp in patients of the main group were slightly higher than those in the control group throughout the observation period. In the long-term period, the number of patients with excellent treatment outcomes in the main group was 1.5 times higher than in the control group, the number of patients with satisfactory results was 1.3 times lower than in the control group. Conclusions. Kinesiotaping is a promising, simple, non-traumatic method that does not cause side effects and complications, significantly reduces the pain syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients, this method helps earlier relief of postoperative edema and fuller recovery of clinical and functional condition of the radial-carpal joint. Kinesiotaping can be used as one of the methods in the complex recovery of patients with isolated fractures of the forearm with the physical rehabilitation and adaptive physical education.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE EXPERIMENTAL PROGRAM OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS ON ANTHROPOMETRIC INDICATORS AND FUNCTIONAL DATA OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM 学生体育训练实验方案对人体测量指标及心血管系统功能数据的影响

The problem of quality training of officers of artillery units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the present stage of development of military equipment, tactics and operational art requires future officers not only a high level of professional training, but also the most effective development of physical and psychological qualities. Ensuring compliance with the appropriate level of professional readiness in conditions of high motor activity in combat situations and in stressful situations. Steady increase in the role and expansion of the range of tasks to be solved during enemy fire destruction, significant increase in firepower of means of destruction (range and accuracy, rapid fire, ammunition power) increases the requirements for professional training of artillery commanders. In peacetime and wartime, the military-professional activity of officers of JI ground artillery units is to develop standards for combat operations and conduct combat shootings, which requires constant maintenance of comprehensive training. Today’s educational process in the walls of higher military educational institutions urgently needs to be reformatted and practical professional and applied orientation of all its components to the new mode of study, conditions of military service, recreation, psychological and physical stress of cadets. This is accompanied by the adaptation of the youth organism to innovations, will affect the level of physical development and physical condition of future military professionals, which was a generating factor in the detailed study of this aspect. The purpose of our study is to determine the effectiveness of the targeted impact of experimental technology for the acquisition of military-applied motor skills on anthropometric indicators and functional data of the cardiovascular system of cadets. Material. Within the framework of functioning of the system of physical training of higher military educational institutions a four-year educational pedagogical experiment with the application of directed technology for acquiring applied motor skills has been carried out. According to the results of approbation of the author’s technology, the representatives of the experimental group (n=23) showed a positive (p<0,05 and p<0,001) positive dynamics of the parameters of the cardiovascular system, a more favorable reaction of their organism to the conditions of study at the higher military school and higher functional readiness to further professional activity. Results. According to the results of experimental studies with the directed application of experimental methodological influence in the form of targeted technology for the acquisition of military-applied motor skills revealed positive dynamics of functional indicators of the cardiovascular system in EG: heart rate at rest - 8.69 beats / min (11.76 % at t=4.73); systolic blood pressure – 2.61 mm Hg (2.21% at t=1.72); diastolic blood pressure - 3.26 mm Hg (4.17% at t=2.23).

The long cycle is a high-speed, multiple, repetitive movement that is performed for 10 minutes. An analysis of the scientific and methodological literature has shown that kettlebell lifters, who specialize in the long cycle, use the interval training method to develop special endurance. In contrast to this technique, we propose the alternation of interval and steady methods, the introduction of competitive action in modes – once in a microcycle lasting more than 5 minutes and once during the stage lasting more than 10 minutes into the special preparatory stage and in the competitive period. The aim of the study is to investigate the current problems of developing special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. The objectives of the study are to study modern theoretical and methodological principles of kettlebell lifters’ special endurance development; to substantiate a set of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the development of special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. Methods:theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, data from the Internet; pedagogical observation; documentary method; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. To achieve the aim of the study, we analyzed the protocols of the Kettlebell lifting World Championships in 2021. It was found that members of the national team of Ukraine (champions of Ukraine) show an average of 29.3% lower results than athletes from leading countries (world champions). The MSUIL standard was shown by 4 athletes in the weight categories up to 63, 73, 78 and 85 kg, the MSU standard was shown by the athlete in the weight category up to 95 kg, two athletes showed the result of the first sports grade. It is established that the main reason for insufficiently high results of Ukrainian kettlebell lifters is the low level of special endurance development. A set of special preparatory exercises and practical recommendations for the special endurance development of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle are substantiated. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the protocols of the Kettlebell lifting World Championships, the insufficient level of training of Ukrainian athletes compared to athletes from leading countries has been determined. The results of pedagogical observation suggest that the application of the proposed practical recommendations and set of exercises, duration of approaches and rest intervals between them, will promote the development of special endurance of kettlebell lifters who specialize in the long cycle. It will have a positive effect on improving competitive results of members of the national team of Ukraine in kettlebell lifting.

Results of participation of ukrainian women’s basketball team 3x3 during 2010–2021 2010-2021年乌克兰女子篮球队3x3的参赛结果

Перспективи розвитку баскетболу 3х3 потрібно розглядати з урахуванням аналізу видів змагань та результатів участі в цих змаганнях українських спортсменок. Мета дослідження. Проаналізувати й систе-матизувати інформацію про основні результати участі жіночої збірної України з баскетболу 3х3 протягом 2010–2021 років. Матеріал і методи дослідження. Тематика дослідження передбачала засто-сування методів теоретичного рівня. Основним матеріалом, який дозволив сформувати дану статтю, була здебільшого інформація з інтернет простору, зокрема під час вивчення питання було застосовано теоретичний аналіз порівняння та узагальнення наукової літератури, спортивних протоколів змагань, які проводились під егідою FIBA 3х3 в загальній кількості 160 та наукових праць із професійного спорту загалом та офіційного сайту FIBA 3х3. Результати. У 2014 році збірна жіноча команда з баскетболу 3х3 вперше потрапила на Чемпіонат Світу й посіла 19 місце. У 2016 році на Чемпіонаті Світу в категоії 18 U національна збірна посіла ІІ місце; у 2018 році на Чемпіонаті Європи в категорії 23 U збірна жіноча команда України посіла III місце. У 2021 році збірні українськи команди ввійшли у топ-10 кращих команд світу. Висновки. Проаналізувавши динаміку результатів участі українських спортсменів на міжнародних змаганнях, потрібно зазначити ряд факторів, що дозволяють сформувати перспективи розвитку баскетболу 3х3 в Україні. Так, щорічно визначається збільшення кількості турнірів та команд учасників баскетболу 3х3; регулярність і збільшення якості проведення змагань з баскетболу 3х3 в Україні і як наслідок, високий рівень кваліфікації українських спортсменок, що приймають участь на міжнародній арені; а також збільшення кількості країн, які приймають участь в міжнародних змаганнях з баскетболу 3х3.

Ensuring a high level of combat capability of servicemen is a necessary and sufficient condition for their successful fulfillment of the task of defending our state. The activity of a serviceman is characterized by increased physical and mental stress, the impact on the psyche of various stressors, performing tasks in special conditions associated with risk to life and health [1, 2, 3]. However, extreme stress, eating disorders and rest, as well as other harmful factors of work, no doubt, reduce the body’s adaptive reserves and lead to the development of maladaptation syndrome, psycho-emotional status and disability [4].The participation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in hostilities in the east of the country has led to a significant increase in the number of servicemen with combat injuries, mutilations or injuries. According to experts, almost all participants in hostilities have health problems, in particular 2–3 times higher probability of diseases such as hypertension, gastritis, osteochondrosis, spinal hernia [5; 6]. One of the most common combat injuries is contusion, its prevalence among the total number of injuries is 70 [7; 8; 9; 10]. Changes in mental and physical states are observed in servicemen with contusions [5; 11; 12]. This contingent of servicemen is important for the Ukrainian army, as their combat experience is important as a basis for the development and improvement of military training. But their health can be an obstacle to the successful performance of their duties.Therefore, the purpose of our study is to substantiate, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a comprehensive program of ergogenic orientation for servicemen after contusion to increase their combat capability. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are defined:- analysis and generalization of modern scientific and methodological approaches to the recovery and rehabilitation of servicemen who had combat injuries;- analysis of the peculiarities of the way of life and the state of special physical qualities of servicemen who had contusions as factors that ensure combat readiness;- substantiation and development from the theoretical and methodological standpoint of measures to optimize the lifestyle and physical training program for servicemen who have suffered a concussion.Material: The article analyzes and summarizes modern scientific and methodological approaches to the recovery and rehabilitation of servicemen who have suffered injuries, substantiates measures to optimize lifestyles and physical training programs for servicemen who have suffered a concussion.Results: Our previous studies have found that the dosed use of exercise balances the processes of excitation and inhibition in the central nervous system, enhances its regulatory role in coordinating the activities of important organs and systems involved in the pathological process

Academic integrity in the education system in the field of physical culture 学术诚信在体育教育体系中的应用

The transition to distance learning as a result of quarantine measures in the field of higher education has intensified the negative trends in the use of dishonest learning methods by students. Objective: was to improve the quality of education of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports by improving the mechanism for the observance of academic integrity. Material & Methods: analysis of normative documents, scientific works; Questionnaire of students of the Black Sea National University named after Petro Mohyla (n = 358) 1–4 courses studying at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports (specialty 017 «Physical Culture and Sports» (n = 200), 227 «Physical therapy, occupational therapy» (= 134), 091 «Biology» (n = 24). Conclusions: As a result of the survey, it was determined that the students of the Black Sea National University named after Peter Mohyla learn about the need of observance of academic integrity from teachers, curators, student government (52.4 %); from the Internet (17 %); from friends (12.35 %). The majority of respondents (62.9 %) stated that they had never used dishonest teaching methods and were unaware of such cases by their classmates. 16.7 % of respondents wrote off and used tips; 6.6 % of students did not refer to the sources properly. According to the majority of students (75.4 %), teachers prevent the manifestations of academic dishonesty: reduce scores for the task performed, forced to rework, or do not count points at all and do not allow to resubmit work. The results of a study by foreign scientists indicate that most of the manifestations of dishonesty include plagiarism, improper use of resources, deliberate and spontaneous fraud, deceiving teachers when passing online tests and exams. The results of studies by both domestic and foreign scientists indicate that from 40 % to 60 % of students resorted to academic impiety. Results: To reduce the negative consequences of manifestations of academic dishonesty in higher education in the process of training specialists in the field of sports, a number of measures have been proposed: formation of tasks for abstracts, creative and exploratory works, using modern trends in the theory and methodology of sports; an increase in the number of questions on exams, a decrease in the time spent on the online test (exam); an annual survey of students on the observance of academic integrity.

Effectiveness of experimental development in creating a motivation for applicants of higher education to physical activity in free time from school 实验开发在创造高等教育申请者在课余时间进行体育活动的动机方面的有效性

Information from literary sources has shown the need to solve the problem of motivating applicants for higher education to engage in physical activity in their free time. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of experimental development in developing the motivation of girls for physical activity during the out-of-school period during the first year of higher education. Material and research techniques. The achievement of the research objective was ensured by the use of a set of methods, inter alia, analysis, systematization, pedagogical experiment, somatometry and somatoscopy, sphygmomanometry, pulsometry, dynamometry, spirometry, anthropometry, oral inte r-viewing, mathematical statistics. The study was attended by 117 girls (41 of the experimental groups and 76 of the control age) aged 17,8 ± 0,6 years and representing different somatotype according to the Stefko-Ostrovsky diagnostic scheme in modification C. Darskaya. Results. The use of experimental author's developmen by girls has helped to improve the number of researched functional indicators and achieve better results. This is not the case with the conventional approach of measuring physical condition. Conclusion. The data obtained show the effectiveness of experimental development in improving the functional performance of female first-year students and indirectly in instilling in them an internal type of motivation to engage in physical activity during leisure time. In view of the results obtained, we consider it advisable to use the tested experimental development in the physical education of candidates for higher education, and also as a fundamental provision of the methodological system of personalization of this pedagogical process.

Game competence of elementary class teacher: problems and prospects for solution 小学班主任游戏能力:问题与解决展望

he specifics of the pedagogical activity of a primary school teacher, namely, a special contingent of their pupils, dictates the need to consider the special competence of teachers, which consists in the ability and desire to conduct outdoor games with children. According to the latest data, all over the world there is a fading away of children’s play activity, the disappearance of the play subculture of childhood, neglect of play in primary school and the replacement of the play method in teaching, upbringing and development with repetitive and other educational tools. The Internet and its growing role in a child’s life also remain an acute problem. Purpose of the study – studying the features of the playing competence of a primary school teacher. Research results. The results of the analysis of literary sources indicate the importance of the use of outdoor games and play support of the educational process in primary school, which is confirmed by the need to protect children, as outlined in the UN Resolution on the Rights of the Child to Play. A survey of university graduates with a profile of “Primary education” demonstrates the existence of this problem also in the Republic of Moldova. Future primary school teachers demonstrate a very low level of play competence: ignorance of the theory and methodology of outdoor play, inability to organize and conduct games with children. Observations in schools and gymnasiums indicate that outdoor games are not organized by teachers during recess and in extended day groups. There is also no independent organization of children to participate in outdoor games. Conclusions. The playing competence of a primary school teacher within the framework of non-professional physical education at a university can be formed on the basis of knowledge in the theory and methodology of teaching outdoor games, the ability to select game material, explain the game, divide into teams and choose a leader, manage the game, sum up the game.
