With the development of science, the Internet industry is rising. Under the background of “Internet ”, colleges and universities have higher and higher requirements for art education. It is necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in art education, and to integrate national culture into art education. National culture is the crystallization of historical development, therefore, colleges and universities want to achieve the effective integration of national culture and art education, there is still a long way to go. This paper briefly explains the concept of “Internet ”, analyzes the significance of national culture in art education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the importance of national culture in art education in colleges and universities. At last, the penetration path of national culture in art education in colleges and universities is deeply studied.

At this stage, modern teaching methods such as network technology and computers have been widely used in higher vocational colleges, which promotes richer teaching methods. Higher vocational English modal teaching mode is one of them, but it is not common to study evaluation indicators in this area. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is a kind of decision-making method which uses quantitative processing to deal with qualitative problems. Its principle is to divide all kinds of factors in complex problems into layers by using mutual relations to make them more orderly. In order to speed up the speed of data analysis, it is often used with statistical software and quantitative analysis software, and is often used to solve multi-objective, multi-criteria, multi-element, multi-level unstructured and complex decision-making problems. This article summarizes the specific data methods and research results based on previous work experience. The author discusses the AHP-based methods for enhancing the effect of multi-modal classroom teaching in higher vocational English from applying multi-modal teaching resources, creating a multi-modal teaching environment, designing multi-modal teaching activities, and students' attitudes and ideas on the application of multi-modal teaching four aspects.

This study introduces the idea and basic workflow of the K-means clustering algorithm, which is then used to conduct a cluster analysis of the scores of financial-major students taking basic courses at Fujian Taiwan Cooperative University. Through a cluster analysis, the distribution of students' scores in each course is determined. It provides a basis on which teachers can formulate personalized guidance strategies and students can adjust their learning time and energy.

Online education is a new educational pattern relying on netwok, Which adds flexibility and availability, regards of time, place, or pace of learning. Best of all, with online education, we can stick to our jobs and at the same time study and absorb the latest knowledge. AI, big data and 5G are the scinetific technology which lead the online education industry to decelop into a richer ecosystem and make Online education promote its advantages. In the second half of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic in China has been under control, and China's online education will face both opportunities and challenges. This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey analysis, SPSS 20.0 statistical software and PLS to analyze the influencing factors of China's online education in the post-epidemic era. Finding that the education level, income level, education level and the purpose of the education have positive effect on online education, the education cost of online education has the reverse effect, the lower the price of online education, the larger the quantity of online education that will be demanded. At the same time, this paper finds that when students spend more time in online classes and the fewer exams they pass, the more students spend on online education platforms. According to the results, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.

In the research process of the Internet of Things information service system, it is necessary to design an Internet of Things system architecture suitable for China's development according to the specific development of China's Internet of Things technology. At the same time, people need to comprehensively consider foreign Internet of Things technology and effectively integrate it with the Chinese Internet of Things structure. Only in this way can we develop a Chinese-style Internet of Things information service system. When designing the Internet of Things information service system, enterprises must not only improve the management effect of the Internet of Things in China, but also give full play to the application advantages of the Internet of Things technology. Therefore, enterprises need to study the data processing technology of the Internet of Things, analyze the security guarantee mechanism of the Internet of Things information service, and discuss the overall design of the Internet of Things information service system. In this way, the Internet of Things information service system can be adapted to China's social reality.

This paper investigated and found problems of college MOOC learners despite their overall positive attitude toward MOOCs. Therefore, it is suggested that college students need to have a correct understanding of MOOC, help create a good learning atmosphere, improve their learning skills and independent learning ability in MOOC. When teachers in developing online teaching your emotions to create a good learning atmosphere, optimize teaching design, make students become the center of the online teaching.

Aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance is mainly for civil aviation maintenance front-line positions, aiming to train students to master the theoretical knowledge of aircraft structure and systems, basic mainte- nance skills, and become qualified personnel with high-level technical skills for civil aviation mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance. According to the characteristics of aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, and some problems in traditional teaching. Combining the advantages of the “1 + X” system, this article proposes a reform plan for the “1” and “X” credit exchange, the evaluation system of practical training courses, the promotion of reforms by competition, and the teaching model of “practical reality and virtual reality”. In order to improve the teaching quality of this major, and give the current difficulties in the implementation of the “1 + X” certificate system, and provide a reference for the teaching reform of aircraft maintenance.

Since 2008, traditional lectures have begun to break the wall of universities and brought a completely disruptive change in higher education. The emergence of this change has been led by an open, informal, cooperative, linked, autonomous and self-directed learning model, which is called a massive open online course (MOOC). Then the development of MOOC has further spawned a new disruptive learning model, namely blended learning. Existing research shows that blended teaching is not only widely accepted by college students, but also deeply loved by them. Compared with traditional one, blended learning has changed the teaching and learning relationship, so the learning performance evaluation standard has to be changed as well. Some evaluation systems are no longer competent. By taking a blended course namely Business Ethics and CSR as an example, this paper explores the relationship between students' online learning behavior and their final grade. It was done by tracking their online learning data and on ZhiHuiShu.com (a Chinese online learning platform) for three semesters. This study found that students' online learning behaviors, such as completion rate for watching online videos, chapter test grades after watching the videos, students' usual grades and performances of participating live classes have significant correlation with the students' final examination performances.

The present study analyzed the current situation of psychological health education in universities with information technology, proposed strategies for development of psychological health education modes of college students, and performed questionnaire surveys about the new modes. Analysis of the survey result by SPSS21.0 reveals the following findings: the utilization rate of the online psychological test system is high in most universities; the proportion of universities adopting online systems for psychological surveys is large; over 50% of the investigated universities provide psychological consulting services online; many university leaders attach importance to online psychological health education; most universities are satisfied with the effect of the online mode of psychological health education.

Under the background of engineering education certification, it is very important to research the evaluation method of course objectives achievement based on outcomes-based education (OBE). Taking the “mechanical design” course as an example, this paper puts forward a three-level evaluation method of course objectives achievement based on the students' abilities orientation. At the top-level, the supporting relationships are established between course objectives and observation points of graduation requirements. At the middle-level, the supporting relationships are established between various assessment and course objectives, including assessment links, methods, contents and criteria, etc. At the bottom-level, the achievement of course objectives are evaluated, the evaluation results are deeply analyzed, and the continuous improvement measures are proposed specifically. Teaching practice shows that the method in this paper can effectively evaluate the achievement of course objectives, find out the existing problems in the teaching process, and provide sufficient basis for the continuous improvement.
