The papers introduce a new method for route redistributing in networks, named as direct route redistribution. Through researching deeply two different protocols of RIP and FSR, and analyzing two kinds methods of route redistribution based on middle route table and scan, the system of route redistribution from RIP to FSR based on VxWorks platform is developed. The system work well, and it fully reveals the reliability of direct route redistribution. The method can meet the requirement of specific Tactical Internet.

This research proposed a “Self pace & instant scaffold aid system” for promoting sequential knowledge learning in a computer classroom. In lecture and practice phase, pause class and instant peer scaffold with attention zone (AZ) strategies were implemented respectively. The results showed pause function help the teacher control the lecture progress; meanwhile, pause function, understanding levels before practice dynamically influenced the scale and scattering of AZ in each learning session. Most students preferred neighboring classmates as first subject for searching help; while instant peer scaffold via the system provided strong backing. Finally, the AZ students with treatments practiced more time and improved a little higher than non AZ students.

This experiment is based on the theory of process-oriented approach from social cognitive psychology perspective and the theories of genre analysis from the angle of functional linguistics and social-linguistics. It is a practical research which aims for the teaching reform of English writing at the college level in China. It has been implemented in the last four years, which is a continuation of the teaching experiment adopting the “genre analysis approach” from 2005 to 2009. The purpose of the reform is to further promote the exploration into and research on teaching English writing in regular institutions of higher learning. The subjects involved in this round of experiment are 400 sophomores majoring in English from a provincial regular institution of higher learning. The paper reports the visible progress made in students' writing resulting from the reform in the teaching approach and the improvement in the teaching environment and teaching means.

first, current training of high-skilled talents in our country is simply introduced followed by concept interpretation of CIOD model. Based on this, CDIO-based three-dimensional integrated curriculum model with higher flexibility and localization is put forward, which can better implement improvement, optimization and popularization of CDIO engineering education and train high-skilled talents meeting demand in development of modern enterprise. In the meantime, with training of high-skilled talents for software engineering taken as example, design and implementation of the curriculum model are specifically described from the procedure. Finally, methods like fuzzy estimation are adopted to objectively and comprehensively estimate result of 3DCC teaching.

Presentation skill is essential both for academic and business purposes, but its training, particularly in Asian countries, still heavily depends on experiences. This paper reconsiders presentation skill and reports our multimedia learner corpus of basic presentation in English made by Japanese students. It consists of video, slides, prepared oral manuscripts, and holistic and element-based evaluations. With this evaluations, we discussed the correspondence between the holistic and element-based evaluations with a view to realizing semi-automatic evaluation of presentations.

Image can be parsed into two main categories of representation: structure contour and region texture. However, real-time application of TSC is limited due to its inherent complexity and computational intensity. In this paper, we proposed a distributed parallel TSC framework based on MPI. This framework is implemented on a dedicated cluster. Experiments have demonstrated that our parallel framework can improve the TSC efficiency significantly and achieve optimal restoration.

News topic tracking is one of the major tasks of TDT, the aim of which is monitoring news story flow as well as recognizing and giving subsequent stories in advance related to topics described by several news stories. This paper explains in details the concept of topic tracking and the common methods at present; aiming at the scarcity of positive example of training, this paper makes effective improvement on traditional KNN taxonomy and applies it to topic tracking; besides, it adds time window strategy to the process of topic tracking, which effectively reduces calculation complexity. The final experimental result also proves that this method is superior to traditional KNN topic tracking method.
