Bahasa Inggris merupakan media komunikasi yang digunakan secara Internasional untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Beberapa tahun belakangan ini, kebutuhan penguasaan bahasa Inggris menunjukkan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan, bahkan dibeberapa negara, bahasa Inggris dijadikan sebagai bahasa kedua setelah bahasa nasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bahasa Inggris anak sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabuoaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dengan menguji kemampuan anak-anak secara langsung (Direct Method) yang terdiri dari uji kemampuan membaca (Reading), menulis (Writing), mendengar (Listening) dan berbicara (Speaking). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan bahasa Inggris anak-anak usia Sekolah Dasar umur 9 sampai 12 tahun di Kecamatan Muara Batu Kabupaten Aceh Utara memiliki kemampuan bahasa Inggris yang baik dengan rata-rata kemampuan anak-anak 30 sampai 40% pada semua aspek uji yaitu Reading, Writing, Listening dan Speaking.

Toleransi beragama perlu ditanamkan dalam sanubari Bangsa Indoneisa pada umumnya dan pada masyarakat didesa Balun, Turi, Lamongan. Jawa Timur. Peneliti sangat tertarik dengan istilah desa Pancasila disini karena memang masyarakatnya sangat damai dalam bertoleransii dalam pergaulan antar umat beragama bermula dari penghayatan ajaran agama masing-masing. Demi memelihara kerukunan beragama sikap toleransi harus dikembangkan untuk menghindari pertengkaran. Biasanya pertengkaran masyarakat beragama disebabkan oleh perasaan dirinya atau agamanya paling benar , sedangkan orang lain dianggap tidak benar. Negara Indonesia masyarakatnya mayoritas memang beragama Islam, tetapi fakta sejarah mengakui bahwa negeri ini berdiri berdasarkan keaneka ragaman suku Bangsa, Bahasa, Agama dan Budaya sesuai dengan semboyan Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Keistimewaan Toleransi disini diantaranya tempat peribadatn antara Agama Hindu Islam dan Kristen Jawa berada disatu lokasi yang sangat berdekatan.Selanjutnya keistimewaan yang lain apabila terjadi pernikahan antar pemeluk Agama maka calon mempelai diberi kesempatan untuk memilih salah satu dari Agama mereka sebnetara masyarakat bisa menerima sepenuhnya tanpa perasaan kebencian.

Tradisi Upacara Haul merupakan tradisi upacara adat yang sudah lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jawa. Pelaksanaan upacara Haul Mbah Hasan Madinah bertujuan untuk mengenang dan menghormati para leluhur yang telah meninggal dan khususnya Mbah Hasan Madinah. Ritual Haul Mbah Hasan Madinah masih dilestarikan setahun sekali pada bulan Syawal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk medeskripsikan: (1) Simbol dan nilai yang terkandung dalam pelaksanaan Haul Mbah Hasan Madinah di Desa Bohar, (2) Proses pelaksanaan Haul Mbah Hasan Madinah di Desa Bohar, ( 3) Fasilitas yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Upacara Haul Mbah Hasan Madinah di Desa Bohar. Dalam Penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, studi fenomenologi. Oral literature can be in the form of folk tales, legends, fairy tales, myths, and others. Folklore is traditional literature because it is the result of works that were born from a group of people who still strongly adhere to traditional cultural values (Dharmojo, 1998:21). Tradition is one of the habits passed down from generation to generation by a group of people based on developing cultural values. The number of traditions that develop in each region is a culture that has been successfully preserved so that future generations will still know how the traditions and culture of certain tribes or ethnicities are. In this paper, the author aims to provide an understanding and description of the study of oral traditions owned by the Mandailing Tribe. The form of tradition discussed in this study is the Batak Mandailing Marhata-Hata Marriage Tradition: "Mulak Ari". The methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach and data analysis method using content analysis method. The conclusion of this research is that in the Mandailing Batak community, the Marhata-hata Marriage Customary tradition has until now been believed to have benefits and it is believed that if you carry out this tradition, it will bring blessings. Mulak Ari's oral literature in the wedding ceremony was spoken at Jorong Paroman Bondar. Marhata-hata is spoken by traditional leaders (hatobangon). Pandemi covid 19 berdampak pada semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Semua jenjang pendidikan wajib melakukan pembelajaran daring dengan menerapkan kurikulum darurat. Banyak kendala yang muncul selama pembelajaran daring, salah satunya komunikasi antara kepala sekolah dan guru yang berdampak pada proses pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan komunikasi kepala sekolah terhadap guru dalam penerapan kurikulum darurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian yaitu keterampilan komunikasi yang dimiliki kepala sekolah akan berpengaruh dalam penerapan kurikulum darurat di lembaga pendidikan. Iklim sekolah yang saling terbuka membantu kepala sekolah dalam berkomunikasi kepada guru dan orang tua murid tentang penerapan kurikulum darurat. Faktor penghambat yang muncul yaitu kesibukan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar dari rumah dan penggunaan perangkat komunikasi yang terbatas membuat orang tua mengalami kesulitan dalam penyampaian materi kepada anak di rumah.

Everyone has needs, both for themselves and for the fulfillment of the needs of others. This also applies to school principals, especially the head of the Playgroup. So the need for leadership strategies and good communication skills so that the fulfillment of one's own needs does not interfere with the fulfillment of the needs of others. This study aims to determine the leadership strategies and communication skills of the head of the Aisyiyah 13 Jepara Playgroup during the fulfillment of one's own needs during the postgraduate education level. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study to describe communication skills. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that there were various kinds of leadership strategies and communication skills of the playgroup heads during the educational study period. However, due to the limited time the head of the playing group had, the supervisory function did not work properly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem manajemen kenaikan pangkat TK ABA 01. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif terhadap guru dan kepala sekolah. Media kampanye TK ABA 01 ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan lembaga PAUD ini kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan minat calon orang tua menyekolahkan anaknya ke lembaga PAUD. Rumusan penelitian ini adalah TK ABA 01 Proses Pemasaran Pendidikan Manajemen Pemasaran, TK ABA 01 Apa yang ingin dicapai dengan menerapkan Manajemen Pemasaran, dan apa saja kendala TK ABA 01. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dengan teman sejawat sebagai observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Urutan kegiatan penelitian mencakup: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, (4) refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan rumah belajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII-2 SMP Negeri 3 Pantai Labu. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada kondisi siklus I sebesar 43,33%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 86,67% atau meningkat sebesar 43,34%.
