The Law on State Audit plays a particularly important role in the organization and operation of the State Audit Office. The author analyzes the role of this law in determining the legal status of the institution as an independent constitutional agency. The Law on State Audit defines the functions, tasks, powers and legal validity of the audit reports, the audited entities, the operation principles, the prohibited activities and the organizational system of this agency. On the basis of analyzing the provisions of Vietnam’s and foreign laws on the organization and operation of the State Audit Office, the author suggests some recommendations to complete the Law on State Audit so as to enhance the function and operation of this institutional organization.

The article deals with the issues of the emergence of a new stressed state of rocks during the development of deposits and the formation of several deformations of the sides of the quarries. It is noted that among which gravitational slope deformations in the form of landslides, talus and mudslides are of decisive importance. All these types of deformation are observed in the Sary-Cheku, Kalmakyr, Kurgashinkan and others deposits. As a result of the analysis of the deformation of the quarry walls, the main conclusions were made, which can serve as a basis for the study and forecasting of landslide and other types of deformations. The issues of the technogenic (anthropogenic) impact of industrial enterprises and quarries of the Almalyk region on the environment are also considered. As a result of the infiltration of polluted waters of quarries, dumps, slag ponds and tailing dumps of factories, there is a penetration of polluting components into underground groundwater. Under the influence of the infiltration flow, the chemical composition of soils changes, and several polluting chemical compounds accumulate on their solid particles. Surface wastewater associated with the washing out of sludge and slag from industrial waste storage facilities is also susceptible to pollution.

The article analyzes the oil and gas content of the southeastern part of the Bukhara-Khiva region. It is shown that this territory is the main promising target for prospecting for new oil, gas and hydrocarbon deposits. It was revealed that the main productive deposits are carbonate deposits. It has been established that the most widespread and large ones are massive deposits in traps of the structural-lithological type, confined to the Callovian-Oxfordian reef deposits and distinguished by high capacity and filtration properties. It is argued that the lower part of the reservoirs is flooded in all fields of this type. The characteristic is given of 44 open oil, oil and gas condensate, gas condensate and gas fields of the specified region. Pre-Jurassic deposits contain hydrocarbons. The features of the structural plans of carbonate and salt-anhydrite formations and their influence on the location of oil and gas deposits within the southeastern part of the Bukhara-Khiva region for increasing hydrocarbon reserves have been determined. The fields under development in the stage of deep drilling have been clarified. Recommendations for deepening geological exploration are offered.

Internet of Things (IoT) a growing phenomenon, refers to the seamless integration of things into the information network. The security in IoT is tampered because of the various attacks which happen due to resource constrained nature of the devices in the network. Thus, although IoT is evolving as an attractive next generation networking paradigm, it can be adopted only when the security issues are resolved. This implies that, in a dynamic and collaborative IoT environment, the devices need to be trustworthy. This paper proposes a gateway based trust management system and an algorithm for computation of trust for the devices. The system focuses on making the computations on the devices lightweight and the network robust. The proposed system is tested against various IoT attacks and results demonstrate that it can clearly identify the malicious device if any, in the IoT network.

This study investigates the short and long-run relationships between Inflation volatility, exchange rate, and output gap volatility using the ARDL bounds testing approach in Turkey. Also, we repeat the estimates by using the output gap as well. Moreover, we examine the causal relationship among these variables by using Toda-Yamamoto and frequency domain causality tests. For this purpose, the study uses quarterly time series data between 2005 Q1 and 2020 Q4. Both short and long-run results of the ARDL estimates indicate that there are statistically significant relationships between exchange rate and inflation volatility, between output gap volatility and inflation volatility, and between the output gap and inflation volatility. As expected long-run effect of the exchange rate on inflation, volatility is negative, and the effects of both output volatility and output gap on inflation volatility are positive. Also, causality tests results indicate that changes in the exchange rate, output gap volatility, and output gap will have permanent and temporary causal effects on inflation volatility. Therefore, the study results provide new evidence about the exchange rate, output gap volatility, and output gap. The policymakers should carefully consider these results to implement appropriate policies to reduce inflation volatility.

This article attempts to review the analysis of migration processes in relation to interethnic relations. After gaining independence, the new Uzbekistan faced not only economic problems but also social, including ethno-social nature. It is acknowledged that during the time of the Soviet republic, when carrying out the national-territorial delimitation, attention was paid to such factors as economic gravity, approximate national borders, administrative convenience of management, ethnographic-territorial areas, the geographic location of the republic, etc. As a result, many representatives of the Central Asian nations found themselves not on "their" territory. Uzbekistan has become one of the republics with the most variegated ethnic composition of the population. And therefore, research in this direction is relevant.

Disease prognosis plays an important role in healthcare. Diagnosing disease at an early stage is crucial to provide treatment to the patient at the earliest in order to save his/her life or to at least reduce the severity of the disease. Application of Machine Learning algorithms is a promising area for the early and accurate diagnosis of chronic diseases. The black-box approach of Machine Learning models has been circumvented by providing different Interpretability methods. The importance of interpretability in health care field especially while taking decisions in life threatening diseases is crucial. Interpretable model increases the confidence of a medical practitioner in taking decisions. This paper gives an insight to the importance of explanations as well as the interpretability methods applied to different machine learning and deep learning models developed in recent years.

Supply chain mitigation strategies have not received much attention from researchers and practitioners on how to manage the supply chain risk in the turbulent business environment. There is little awareness and understanding in supply chain risk management literature on the concept of supply chain resilience (SCR). SCR has been emphasized throughout the past decade, and organizations are aware of its influence on organizational performance. As a result, SCR is essential as it influences organizational performance. The literature indicates that a lack of SCR negatively affects organizational performance. However, the literature does not theorize and provide theoretical evidence on how SCR affects organizational performance with the help of knowledge sharing. This study aims to examine the influence of SCR on organizational performance with the effect of knowledge sharing. Research questions include: 1 How SCR contributes to organizational performance? 2 Does knowledge sharing influence organizational performance? 3. How does knowledge sharing affect the relationship between SCR and organizational performance? This study, based on available literature, will present the research model of how SCR affects organizational performance. Examples of small case studies will also include for better understanding. This study will also provide some important pieces theoretical and practical implications.

Privatization is an initiative or process in which the selling-off of the state owned enterprises (SOEs) occurs. This process can also be seen when the government of a certain country contract outs the state services. Pakistan, as one of the developing country in the world enjoys a specific status due to its geographical locations, does not stand as a nation that participates unduly in privatizing the government assets. Today, despite the government's urge, some unforeseen circumstances and incidents that happen in Pakistan are not to attract the foreign direct investment from the investors, who desire to invest in SOEs. The aim of this research is to explain the impact of the incorporation of Privatization commission of Pakistan and the impact of selling-off of SOEs on the economic growth of the country and on other macroeconomic indicators. The data has been collected from different articles and from the government released statistics keeping in view the reviews of international organization such as World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF), catering the time period from 1991 to 2018. The figures of revenue from the sale of SOEs in different time periods are taken from the annual report of 2018 from the ministry of Privatization and could be relied upon. The research study has found a consistent rise, over the period of time, in rate of GDP, while the floats of privatization remained unsteady.

It presents how e-banking affects customer satisfaction in verified traditional banking administration, its relationship with age, occupation and education, its effect on branch visits, customer's understanding of e-banking, possibilities and difficulties, etc. of electronic banking. -banking. This article attempted to view all of the above out of 200 successfully completed and returned questionnaires from e-banking customers. In this study, tables, graphs, standard deviations, normality tests, and correlations were used to examine whether customers visit branches when e-banking is important and the qualitative relationship between segments and e-banking according to regression analysis. The test was carried out. Clarify the factors that determine customer satisfaction in e-banking. The findings inferred that the majority of e-banking customers are younger people, well-informed, paid and personalized agents, financial professionals, and women who are not effectively using e-banking assistance and there is also a link between e-banking and the segment. Electronic banking has further developed customer satisfaction, reduced the frequency of bank lobbies for bank administration, reduced the permanence of the space, and made it an ideal opportunity for customers. E-banking customers, bank customer satisfaction has expanded as a result of becoming e-banking customers, educated customers to control the evolution of records, and is likely to grow bank management electronics in the country.
