Part of the population of the Altai Region is exposed to rocket and space activities. In order to identify possible medical consequences of such exposure, within the framework of the state space program in the region, since 1999, medical examinations of residents of territories adjacent to the fall areas of the second stages of launch vehicles launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome have been conducted. This paper presents the results of a dynamic analysis of the prevalence of diseases in men of working age in Krasnoshchekovsky district in 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2018. The most significant diseases, levels of indicators for the most widespread diseases and trends in the dynamics of indicators have been identified. The dynamics of the overall prevalence of diseases in men of working age and the prevalence of certain classes of diseases and nosologies is not unambiguous.

In recent years, large-scale studies based on data from administrative databases have reported changes in diabetes incidence over time. Different countries show various trends: stable incidence, decreases, and increases. High-income countries have seen a decline in diabetes incidence, possibly linked to changes in diagnosis and screening practices. The number of children and adolescents with diabetes, particularly type 2, is increasing, significantly impacting society. Diabetes is a cause of premature mortality and disability, negatively affecting the economy. In the USA, premature mortality is estimated to cost 19.9 billion dollars annually. In Kyrgyzstan, the burden of non-communicable diseases, including type 2 diabetes, is growing. Measures to combat diabetes in the country include free provision of insulin and medications, the approval of clinical guidelines and protocols, and the implementation of national prevention and control programs. The State Guarantee Program ensures free medication assistance for diabetes patients. Despite these efforts, issues with funding and resource efficiency remain. Improving the quality of medical care, intersectoral cooperation, and increasing accountability for public health are necessary. Enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical care and the efficient use of public funds are also priorities for improving the diabetes situation in Kyrgyzstan. Early diagnosis and treatment of diabetes complications, as well as the implementation of new prevention strategies, are crucial for reducing incidence and improving the quality of life for patients.

Examines the political view and historical forms of democracy, democratic values and the democratic regime. It is impossible to give a one-sided definition of democracy - one can observe its versatility in a full reflection of its essence. If we understand it from the point of view of political science, then it manifests itself as a form of state in all its manifestations. This tradition originates from ancient political thought. The methodological basis of the study is relativity, systematicity, scientific objectivity, historical, social and other principles.

The Epic of Manas is an unforgettable great heritage, reminding us that man and nature are one. We all know that the attitude of the Kyrgyz people to nature in the epic was of a special nature. In almost all versions of the Epic of Manas one can observe traces of ancient beliefs. In the oaths of the heroes, led by Manas, we find that they worship the moon, the sun, the earth and the water. We often find in the epic that they considered the “blue roof”, “hairy earth”, and sometimes weapons of war (Ak tinte, Ach albars) sacred, and they asked and asked. The Kyrgyz, like other peoples, had a rich understanding of nature. One of their main beliefs was to wait for help from nature before embarking on any serious work. The main objective of this article was to determine the close connection between man and nature through the Epic of Manas.

Analyzes the theoretical foundations of psychological competence of a teacher as one of the key factors of success in higher education. The author proposes a structure of psychological competence of a teacher, which is able to form an image of a teacher as a multifaceted and psychologically stable personality with a well-organized internal structure. The results of the study, based on the analysis of data collected with the help of a specially designed questionnaire, confirm the significance of the psychological competence of the teacher for the success of students in the educational process.

The impact of integrated weed control measures is assessed. One of the factors that worsens the productivity of a potato plant, and its quality indicators is weed infestation. Weeds choke plants. The research was carried out in the Samukh district of the Ganja-Dashkesan economic region. It was established that the degree of weeding of alternating and continuous potato crops was significantly influenced by complex measures. the use of herbicides through proper agrotechnical processing of the growing season in a potato field cultivated in alternating and continuous crops. This has a positive effect on the productivity of the potato plant, its quality indicators, and creates the basis for the environmental safety of products. Data are provided on various methods of treating plantings against weeds.

Discusses the issue of developing professional skills of future physical education teachers. The following skills have been identified as some of the most important in the modern profession of a physical education teacher: communication skills, methodological skills (the ability to differentiate using various means). physical education, the ability to rationally use lesson time, the ability to develop a lesson structure and adhere to it), the ability to predict possible dangers. Based on a study of existing physical education teachers, methods for determining and a scale for assessing these professional skills have been developed. Particular attention is paid to the substantiation of pedagogical conditions aimed at developing these skills within the framework of professional training. Two pedagogical conditions were identified as the most important: updating the content of professional training of future physical education teachers on the basis of an integration approach and the orientation of teaching practice towards solving complex educational, recreational and educational tasks. A pedagogical experiment was conducted, during which the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions in the field of developing professional skills of future physical education teachers was proven. The participants of the pedagogical experiment were junior and senior students of higher educational institutions preparing to become physical education teachers. For all professional skills, there was a positive trend in their improvement. The greatest improvement was achieved in the formation of methodological skills and the ability to predict potential dangers (at the p ≤ 0.01 level). At a level of p ≤ 0.05, an improvement in communication skills was achieved in the experimental group. Reforming higher and secondary education, integration processes, and the introduction of new information technologies into the educational process require trained, highly qualified teachers with a new type of thinking, capable of generating original ideas, making bold and non-standard decisions, and solving complex problems. specialized tasks and practical issues in the field of education.

During period 2015-2020 spreading of acanthocephaliasis in the rainbow and brown trout in the fish breeding farms of Azerbaijan Republic was studied. Totally, from 668 fish examined specimens 430 (64.37%) were infected. Correlation of data on the extensiveness and intensity of invasion by thorny-headed worms (Acanthocephala) in trout farms is ventured to make an assumption about unfavorable epidemiological situation in trout breeding farms of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For the purpose of control acanthocephaliasis in trout, a number of drugs were used. The most effective drug was Tetramizole-20%, which was adopted in the trout farms.
