The main directions of the transformation of higher education in the post-war period are: digitization of higher education, maximum integration of higher education and the sphere of the state economy, increasing the number of foreign students, expanding international perspectives and bringing Ukrainian higher education up to the level of world standards, increasing the level of autonomy of Ukrainian higher education institutions. Separately, it is necessary to address the issue of overcoming academic dishonesty, corruption and bureaucracy in higher education.

In his works, Mykhailo Drahomanov singles out the characteristic features of the history of religiosity with its variants of embodiment of influence on society, where religion can both promote development and limit it. Progress, according to Mykhailo Drahomanov is an important aspect of the direction of society, which in connection with religion is possible under the condition of religious freedom, which will create a basis for freedom of conscience. Increasing the level of education in matters of religion promotes tolerance in society, determines the prospects for its development and helps to avoid the limitations of the worldview. Examples of restrictions on the will to believe, due to the influence of a particular religion, clearly illustrate the need to respect the possibility of choosing one's own worldview.

Studies of creativity originate in ancient philosophy, where Aristotle in "Metaphysics" has determined that experience is "Emperia", it is associated with activity, activity is "praxis", "Froneseis" - prudence, and creativity in the philosopher appears as a philosopher "Techne", the art or skill through which "Evdomonia" occurs, that is, self-realization of a person that is possible through the realization of one's own abilities [2]. Creativity is often considered in the context of activity, as a result of which a person creates qualitatively new material and spiritual values, as a person's ability to create a new socio-cultural space. Man, through activity, transforms the world, adapts the environment to their needs, forms a culture. As a result of the activity, the creative potential of a person is realized. Thanks to creative activity, the process of realizing the needs of both individuals and society as a whole. As a form of culture, creative activity is a higher activity. Creativity as a separate activity is characterized by certain features, the presence of a problematic situation, original and new approaches to its solution, creativity, social significance, uniqueness of the process of activity itself and the novelty of the results. The abilities and properties of the individual are the source of creativity, their interaction is the driving force of the creative process. Activities “Only then can scientific philosophical comprehensive when it - activity - is regarded as amateur activity” [7, p. 109]. Self-realization of personality occurs through the disclosure of creative potential, which has such traits as giftedness, creativity, readiness for various forms of activity and productivity. According to V. Karpenko, creative potential is "needs, value orientations, personality quality, inclinations, hidden structured resources, reserves, creative impulses, internal energy, productive forces, needs of knowing oneself and others" [4, p. 192].

It was found that the innovators offered alternative medicines and challenged traditional approaches, which caused a strong confrontation between official doctors. The performances of the advocates for a healthy lifestyle have received a common name – “People's Movement for Health”. The movement was found to be divided, as the advice of many reformers often differed greatly. However, in general, the following points can be distinguished: moderation in alcohol consumption, the need and benefits of exercise, reform in the field of nutrition, natural treatments and more.

The article examines the concept of responsible citizenship in the field of philosophy of law through the prism of modern conceptual interpretations, the principle of historicism, the hermeneutic approach, and the empirical legal and socio-political orientation of society. Responsible citizenship can be described as an interdisciplinary, integrated, interactive phenomenon, which on the one hand is a factor of law or legal practice and on the other hand, is a complex of established ideas, feelings, national traditions, perceptions, views, etc., of individuals on legal, socio-political, economic, cultural, state phenomena and processes.

Russia's war against Ukraine was the second major challenge for the entire national education system since the COVID-19 pandemic. The inability of pupils, students and teachers to fully adhere to the established schedule of classes has created so-called temporal gaps in the rhythms of the learning process, jeopardized the orderliness of this work, which only in its systematic organization can show significant results. At the same time, studying during the war, and especially in the socio-humanitarian disciplines, cannot be stopped, because, on the one hand, it provides students with the skills of storing information in the context of information attacks; on the other hand, being in the learning process today is an important recreational resource for pupils and students, as well as for teachers and lecturers, as it shifts attention to constructive activities and to some extent structures the time of respondents. Obviously, in a situation of war it is needed to affirm the new goals and objectives for the educational process in order for it to continue to be effective in emergencies.

The article describes the statistics of cultural heritage monuments in Ukraine, which are listed by UNESCO and have been destroyed, ruined and damaged during the armed aggression of Russian forces. The global problem of modernity that emerged from the 2014-2022 Russo-Ukrainian war is the loss of cultural heritage and artistic styles that reflect the historical life of the state through the language of art. Cultural heritage is not only architectural sacral temples, monasteries, theatres, cinemas, museums, exhibition halls, libraries, public buildings, parks, and squares, but also moving monuments of cultural origin: spiritual books, tableware (chalice), icons, frescoes, mosaics, jewellery belonging to the arts and crafts, films, literary works, museum collections, exhibits, works of fine art, artefacts from archaeological finds reproducing one of the areas of artistic culture - the Art. The historical, cultural and spiritual-artistic heritage is a major resource for the strategic development of the state and an important component of Ukrainian culture, defining the civilisation and cultural potential of the nation. There is an apt statement that saving culture is at the same time-saving people, which might suggest that by saving cultural heritage Ukrainians are defending their own national identity.
