Each person has a creative beginning, only the question arises as far as its realization occurs in professional activity and life. The creative potential of the individual is the source of his creative activity and activity, it includes the whole set of abilities and capabilities. V. Molyako defines the creative potential of man as “a resource of creative opportunities of man, his ability to creative activity as a whole” [6, p. 14]. According to S. Khmelkovska, creative potential includes both natural and acquired qualities of a person, which are manifested through abilities, thinking and activities that allow a person to choose a non -standard approach to solving problems, and among interactive teaching methods offers to use the game because “play contains an element of uncertainty and unpreparedness, spontaneous reaction that excites and activates the mind to find new ideas and develop imagination” [12, p. 174]. Some researchers consider the concept of creative potential as a set of developed creative abilities of the individual, which is able to choose a way of activity, which creates new material or spiritual values. Joint creative activity contributes to “the formation of moral interpersonal relationships”, “the essence of which is reduced to such principles of education and upbringing, which create optimal conditions for the development of general culture, a sense of dignity, the ability to manifest themselves” [11, p. 57]. The modern approach to understanding creative potential focuses on a person with his or her own thoughts, ideas, values, active life position and the ability to decisively perceive the challenges of today. To date, there are not many definitions of creative potential in philosophical literature, but it is clear that its development occurs in the process of learning, self-education, amateur activity. Creativity is the essence of activity. The orientation of the educational process to the development of students' creative potential, the formation of creative thinking in them should include solving problematic problems, modeled situations, which will effectively promote the development of reflection and the discovery of scientific truths. Thanks to creativity, the mobilization of the internal potential of the individual and its activity in different activities is manifested, and the professional activity of the future specialist is the more requires the development of creative abilities and more. The use of innovative technologies in the learning process is facilitated by the creation of conditions for the disclosure of students' creative potential. These are technologies of problematic learning, differentiated learning technologies, technology of research, visual technology, game and project technologies. All this contributes to the activation of creative activity and the development of creative potential. Modern researchers considered various types of academic mobility, which includes a wide range of factors influencing its application (the influence of socio-economic factors; the satisfaction of the inner “ego” with the opportunity to study at a “fashionable” university; the choice “narrow” specialization, which is not available in every specialized institution of higher education, etc.). On the basis of the results of the analysis of the research conducted by modern scientists on the issue of academic mobility, to offer recommendations on ensuring the possibility of using academic mobility in modern realities. Today, academic mobility at the international level is largely shaped by the global labor market, which is shaped by the activities of transnational corporations and their implementation of international projects in all corners of the world. Also, academic mobility is developing between countries at the regional level, where a regional center of globalization is being formed. As an example – European countries and the European Union. As for academic mobility at the national level, the catalyst here is the uniformity of territorial development. In those countries where this development is uniform and high, the level of academic mobility is consistently low and vice versa.

To organize individual work with students, it is recommended to use a combination of general purpose cloud services, specialized cloud services and video conference programs. The choice of a specialized cloud service depends on the subject taught by the teacher. The toolkit of the video conferencing program should consist of the function of video recording and text chat. These are the basic requirements that will help in organizing and conducting individual work with students.

Gilson managed to creatively present, update, and reveal the heuristic potential of Thomism as a paradigmatic system of metaphysical and epistemological realism, which had proved its historical continuity and notable influence even on the founders of the rational discourse of the Enlightenment. Gilson’s merit also lies in his expression of the constitutive role of human reason in the construction of Christian philosophy, as well as in the fact that he did not attempt to mask a possible lack of argument by appealing to the doctrine of divine revelation. The researcher advocated the need for the creative rethinking of Thomism as a dialogical system of ideas and emphasized the inadequacy of the uncritical repetition of Aquinas’ teachings in the frozen historical form in the context of new unprecedented challenges.

The meaning of the concept "leadership as a function of the group" is clarified, which states that the group should choose a leader that would satisfy its needs and interests. In the early 1960s, a synthetic theory of leadership was formed, which united all existing concepts. There was also an understanding of leadership as a phenomenon in the education management system. It was determined that the optimization of control levers is one of the main conditions for the creation of effective functioning of religious education. The new view of leadership was considered from now on as a formative process that arises from a special set of factors: environment, group and cultural characteristics. It was found that in order to maintain power, the leader must constantly monitor the mood, behavior and thoughts of the members of his group.

In the article, the author makes a theological and philosophical analysis of the term “energy” as a fundamental category of the theology of Hesychasm, which, in various transformations and receptions, became a determining factor in the formation of two parallel religious-philosophical paradigms: Eastern Christian and Western Christian. It is argued that the West followed the path of Neoplatonism, identifying God himself with being “ésse” and actions with creative results, which led to a certain distance between God and creation, and involvement was perceived through the causality of being. Eastern Christianity took a conceptual language from Neoplatonism and created its own religious-philosophical patristic tradition, in which the existence of God is distinguished between inner and outer, where the inner is unchanging, and the outer is a manifestation and reflection of the inner and which is complicit with creation.
