TPACK Prospective Biology Teacher at Muhammadiyah University of Palembang 巨港穆罕默德迪亚大学TPACK准生物学教师

Pembelajaran Abad 21 mengharuskan calon guru biologi mampu mengintegrasikan teknologi, kemampuan pedagogi, dan penguasaan materi dengan baik. Ketiga pengetahuan tersebut saling berinteraksi dan beriringan membentuk Technological, Pedagogical, And Content Knowledge (TPACK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalam mendeskripsikan kemampuan TPACK mahasiswa calon guru biologi dalam proses pembelajaran biologi melalui kegiatan Pengalaman Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan revisi. Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada calon guru biologi yang melaksanakan kegiatan PLP di delapan sekolah di kota Palembang. Instumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi, lembar obsevasi, dan angket. Deskripsi pengetahuan pedagogi mahasiswa termasuk kategori baik. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan keterampilan mengajar dalam menyampaikan materi dan memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran. Deskripsi pengetahuan konten mahasiswa termasuk kategori cukup baik. Mahasiswa menyajikan materi secara sistematis dan bermuatan higher order thinking. Deskripsi perngetahuan teknologi mahasiswa termasuk kategori kurang baik. Mahasiswa belum sampai menyampaikan materi dalam proses pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan teknologi. 
21世纪的学习要求未来的生物学老师能够很好地整合技术、教学技能和物质掌握。这三种知识相互作用并相互依存,形成了技术、教学知识和内在知识。本研究的目的是描述未来生物教师在生物学习过程中的TPACK能力,通过实地经验活动(PLP)。本研究采用四种定性描述性方法,即计划、执行、评估和复习。在帕伦邦的八所学校进行数据提取的是未来的生物教师,他们正在进行PLP活动。使用的工具有验证表、痴迷表和横截面。学生教育学知识的描述是一个很好的类别。学生能够将教学技能应用于演讲材料,促进学习过程。对学生内容知识的描述是一个相当好的类别。学生们系统地、生动地提出了思考的要求。对大学生技术的描述被认为是一个令人讨厌的类别。学生还没有完成与技术的综合学习过程中的材料。

Integration Pattern of Biology and Science Learning Based on Islamic Science 基于伊斯兰科学的生物与科学学习整合模式

The scientific integration paradigm has contributed to education. This study aims to determine the pattern of integration of Biology and science learning based on the integration of Islamic science, through field studies. The research was conducted using semi-structured interviews about experiences in integrating biology and science learning with Islamic sciences. The pattern of integration of Biology and Science based on the integration of Islamic science includes aspects of affective and cognitive. Attitudes have a pattern of development such as belief, admiration, humility, gratitude, motivation and self-awareness. Knowledge has a pattern of connecting scientific knowledge with Islamic knowledge both sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith as well as other Islamic knowledge. Biology and science learning have values that can be developed for the formation of students' character.

Fostering the Learning Outcomes Achievement of Class X High School Students on the Protist Concept Using The Visuospatial Wimba Learning Model 运用视觉空间Wimba学习模式促进高中X班学生原生概念学习成果的实现

The study was conducted to determine the influence of the visuospatial Wimba learning model for the student learning outcome of class X on the protist concept. The method used in this research was quasi-experiment with the design of the posttest only control group design. The population of this research was all X MIPA of publi madrasah aliya in Kota Cilegon. The sample of this research was X MIPA 1 as the experiment class and X MIPA 2 as control class carried out by simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used were a multiple-choice test and a 3D media assessment. The results showed in cognitive and psychomotor aspects for the experimental class were 84 and 85.14, while in the control class was 63 and 73.04. The result of the  hypothesis test analysis showed the significant value of learning outcomes on cognitive and psychomotor aspects was  0,00 and 0,03 respectively which is < 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that the visuospatial Wimba learning affects student learning outcomes. 
本研究旨在确定X班学生学习成果的视觉空间Wimba学习模式对原生概念的影响。本研究采用准实验方法,采用后测纯对照组设计。本研究的人群均为哥打奇列贡公立伊斯兰学校的X MIPA。本研究样本以X MIPA 1为实验班,X MIPA 2为对照班,采用简单随机抽样的方法。使用的数据收集技术是多项选择测试和3D媒体评估。结果显示,实验班在认知和精神运动方面的得分分别为84分和85.14分,对照组在认知和精神运动方面的得分分别为63分和73.04分。假设检验分析结果显示,学生在认知和精神运动方面的学习成果的显著性值分别为0 00和0 03,均< 0.05。由此可见,视觉空间Wimba学习影响学生的学习效果。

Diversity of Butterflies in Different Habitus Plant at Siliwangi University, Tasikmalaya 马来西亚西利旺吉大学不同生境植物中蝴蝶的多样性

This research is about the diversity of butterflies on campus I, Universitas Siliwangi Tasikmalaya, which was conducted from September to December 2021. This study aims to determine the number and species of the families found, using the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) method, and there were 33 types of butterflies or 370 individuals per total butterfly found on campus I, Siliwangi University. The location of this research has four habitus, namely bush, shrub, trees and mixed habitus. The diversity of the four habitus shows that two habitus have a moderate diversity index in the bush and tree habitus, one mixed habitus has the highest diversity and one habitus shows the lowest diversity index value in shrub habitus. The abundant butterfly family was found in Nymphalidae as many as 44% or 171 species for the total number of species in the four habitus. While the largest population is in Letopsia nina as many as 43 individuals from the Pierridae family and there were 8 types of butterflies that had similarities and were easily found in each habitus.
本研究是在2021年9月至12月期间进行的关于西利旺吉大学一校区蝴蝶多样性的研究。本研究利用视觉接触调查(Visual Encounter Survey, VES)的方法,确定了在Siliwangi大学一校区发现的蝴蝶科的数量和种类,共发现33种蝴蝶,每只蝴蝶370只。本研究地点有灌木、灌木、乔木和混合生境四种生境。4种生境的多样性表明,灌木和乔木生境的多样性指数中等,混合生境的多样性指数最高,灌木生境的多样性指数最低。4个生境中蝴蝶科种类丰富,占总数的44%(171种)。而蝶科蝴蝶种群最多,有43只,有8种蝴蝶具有相似性,在每个生境中都很容易找到。

Development of Basic Biology Textbook Based Integration of Science and Islam 基于科学与伊斯兰教融合的基础生物学教材开发

Lecturers have the opportunity to spread the values of science and Islam to biology students at PTKIN. One of the efforts is to make a basic biology book that integrates it into Islamic teachings. The aim of this study was to test the validity and practicality of the Biology book which is integrated with Islam (Alquran). In addition to the identification of Surahs and verses of the Alquran that explain basic biological material in semester 1. This research is R&D. The validity and practicality of the data were analyzed using a Likert scale. The technique of collecting data by means of FGD as many as 9 students and 4 lecturers. The results showed that the basic biology textbooks based on the integration of science and Islam at IAIN Kudus were declared valid with very good criteria and practical with very good criteria. The content of this book consists of 12 chapters, namely biology as a science, cells and viruses, tissue structure of animals and plants, biological diversity, metabolism, nervous and endocrine systems, digestive systems, reproductive systems, circulatory systems, principles of genetics, evolution, and biotechnology. The material was then inserted verses scattered in the Alquran.

The Development of High Order Thinking Skills Test Based on Google Forms on Cell Biology Materials 基于细胞生物学材料Google表格的高阶思维能力测试的开发

This study aims to develop a Google form-based evaluation instrument to improve students’ High Order Thinking Skills in Cell Biology materials. The research and development (R & R&D) method that uses a 4-D development design (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). This research was conducted from May to June 2021 in senior high schools in the Magelang district. The subjects in this study were 50 students of class XI-MIPA. Based on the observation data, the validity level is declared valid in terms of the validity level. The data obtained from this reliability meet the reliability criteria in the good category. The difficulty level is moderate and has good quality questions from the obtained data. From the data received, the discriminatory power of the questions that have been carried out can be found in the categories of excellent, good, sufficient and bad questions. From the data obtained based on the construct validity test, it can be seen that the test is included in the excellent category.

Penelitian penggunaan probiotik komersial dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan ikan lele dilakukan di Mini Hatchery Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Borneo Tarakan tahun 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penggunaan probiotik terhadap laju pertumbuhan ikan lele (Clarias sp)dengan dosis yang berbeda dengan ukuran 4-5 cm. penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. A (kontrol), B (10 ml/kg pakan), C (20 ml/kg pakan) dan D (30 ml/kg pakan). Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 30 hari. Parameter yang diamti adalah pertumbuhan panjang dan berat, kelangsungan hidup, serta beberapa parameter kualitas air seperti suhu, pH, DO dan amoniak. Pengukuran pertumbuhan ikan lele dilakukan 2 kali hari pertama dan hari terakhir penelitian yang berlangsung 30 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan panjang rata-rata ikan lele pada perlakuan A (1,100± 0,190 cm), B (1,0600 ± 0,141 cm), C (1,0633 ± 0,041 cm) dan perlakuan D (3,3067 ± 3,120 cm). Rata-rata bobot ikan lele pada perlakuan A (2,7800 ± 0,376 gr), B  (2,6100 ± 0,556 gr), C (3,646 ± 2,276 gr) dan perlakuan D  (3,026 ± 0,345 gr). Sedangkan pada kelangsungan hidup ikan lele pada perlakuan A (100 ± 00%), B (86,66 ± 11,54%), C (86,66 ± 11,54%) dan perlakuan D (100 ± 00%).

This study investigated the effects of gallery walk instructional strategy (GWIS) on senior school students’ achievement in cell division in Ilorin, Nigeria. Three research questions with corresponding hypotheses were raised and tested. The study was quasi-experimental with a sample size of 79 senior school one students. Gallery walk instructional package and cell division achievement test (CDAT) were used in gathering data. Data were analysed using mean gains, t-test and ANCOVA. Findings from the study revealed that there was a significant difference in the achievement of students who were taught using gallery walk and those taught using the conventional method. However, no significant difference was found between the achievement of male and female students exposed to GWIS. There was also a significant difference in the achievement of low, medium and high scoring students taught using GWIS.It was therefore concluded that GWIS can be used to teach cell division and other hard-to-teach biological concepts. It was recommended that, GWIS should be used by teachers to teach cell division and other similar difficult concepts.

E-Modul Ekosistem Kearifan Lokal Lampung Barat Berbasis Contextual Teaching And Learning Pada Kelas X SMA

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: kelayakan E-modul kearifan lokal Lampung berbasis contextual teaching and learning kelas X mata pelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian research and development (R&D) yang mengadaptasi dari teori Borg and Gall 7. Subjek penelitian ini ialah pakar bahasa, pakar modul, pakar media, peserta didik kelas X dan guru SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengolah data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian membuktikan E-modul kearifan lokal Lampung berbasis contextual teaching and learning kelas X mata pelajaran biologi layak digunakan bersumber pada evaluasi mutu E-modul oleh pakar bahasa, pakar modul serta pakar media sebesar 78,7 % , 80% serta 86% dengan kriteria totalitas “sangat layak”. Saat uji coba secara terbatas mendapatkan respon peserta didik sebesar 85% sedangkan saat uji coba secara luas mendapatkan respon peserta didik sebesar 86% dan 88% serta respon pendidik mata pelajaran biologi sebesar 92%. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa E-modul kearifan lokal Lampung berbasis contextual teaching and learning kelas X mata pelajaran biologi valid dan praktis untuk digunakan serta dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran SMA Negeri 1 Sumberjaya.

Identifikasi Makroinvertebrata Permukiman sebagai Aktivitas Belajar Daring di Era Pandemi Covid-19 在Covid-19大流行时期,马科无脊椎动物被认为是一种在线学习活动

Salah satu habitat terrestrial bagi hewan makroinvertebrata adalah area permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis hewan makroinvertebrata yang terdapat pada satu area permukiman. Hasil identifikasi digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana pengamatan langsung makroinvertebrata di permukiman dapat mendukung aktivitas pembelajaran daring di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Identifikasi makroinvertebrata dilakukan secara langsung dengan pedoman identifikasi lapangan dan dilanjutkan di Laboratorium Biologi FST UIN Alauddin Makassar. Lokasi pengambilan sampel ditentukan pada lima titik lahan yang dimiliki warga. Setiap titik dibuat quadrant transect berukuran 50 x 50 m berpusat pada tengah lahan tersebut, dengan 25 m masing-masing ke setiap arah mata angin. Pengambilan sampel dengan hand-shorting dan sweep net. Pengukuran variabel faktor lingkungan meliputi: suhu, intensitas cahaya, dan kelembaban, dilakukan dua kali sehari. Respon mahasiswa terhadap pengamatan dipermukiman diketahui melalui pengisian Google Form. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilaporkan dalam bentuk tabel dan gambar. Hasilnya, ditemukan 23 jenis makroinvertebrata dalam 17 ordo, 5 kelas, dan 3 filum. Sebanyak 57% mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dengan aktivitas pengamatan langsung makroinvertebrata permukiman. Namun demikian, kegiatan tersebut dinilai belum cukup untuk mengakomodir pemahaman mahasiswa secara keseluruhan, dengan 64% mahasiswa masih merasa belum cukup memahami tentang invertebrata dan 87% mahasiswa menganggap pelaksanaan praktikum lapangan masih perlu untuk dilakukan.
