EnglishThis article compares two autobiographical works of the French-Argentinian writer, Hector Bianciotti: La busca del jardin (1977), written in Spanish, and Ce que la nuit raconte au jour (1992), published in French. Narratological methods are used in order to analyze the relationship between the author, the narrator and the character and the spatio-temporal structure of the texts. The Spanish story is written in third person in the form of a dictionary and tends to metaphorization. The French work is told in first person with a more important temporal and spatial coherence. Their comparison demonstrates that the change of language between the writing of the two books could provoke different autofigurations and mean in a certain way for Bianciotti finding himself in the language of adoption. francaisCet article compare deux œuvres d’inspiration autobiographique de l’ecrivain franco-argentin, Hector Bianciotti: La busca del jardin (1977), ecrite en espagnol, et Ce que la nuit raconte au jour (1992), publiee en francais. This article examines the use and functioning of phraseological units in the language of law, and more specifically, in the discourse used to formulate arguments and to explain reasoning in court decisions. To do so, after a brief introduction to justify the importance of this subject at the academic level, we present the taxonomy of the phraseological units followed in the article, as well as the peculiarities of the different legal genres. A second part deals with the phraseology units that structure the court decision and conform their textual superstructure. Finally, the third part tries to relate the conceptual organization and the orientation of the argumentative intention through the methodology of the legal syllogism. Key-words legal French, legal argumentation, specialized phraseology, discourse markers, legal syllogism. Résumé Cet article examine l’emploi et le fonctionnement des unités phraséologiques dans le langage du droit, et plus concrètement, dans le discours utilisé pour formuler les arguments et exposer les raisonnements dans les décisions de justice. The purpose of this article is to analyse the descriptive procedures used in French tourist guides. By taking several tourist guides the Guide du Routard, Voyager pratique and Petit Futé we propose to describe the specificities of this type of discourse where mix discursive subtypes such as scientific (description of the parts of monuments), popular (popularized expressions to approach readers on holiday) and literary (metaphors, adjectives). In the second part of our study, we present the specific syntagmatic units for the tourist discourse. Our analysis aims to raise the level of expression among learners and tourist guides by proposing language choices from different discursive subtypes.

EnglishIn the teaching of foreign languages, the status of the error has evolved because it is no longer considered as a negative sign that refers to a lack of knowledge. Nevertheless, language interference remains a major source of difficulties for Arabs learning French as a foreign language. This study focuses on the analysis of essays written by Palestinian learners of A1-A2 level at Birzeit University. espanolLa deslexicalizacion es un procedimiento que emplean de manera recurrente tanto escritores clasicos (Rabelais, Diderot, Shakespeare y Quevedo, entre otros) como autores mas contemporaneos (Prevert, Queneau, Vian, Benedetti...); muchos periodistas, publicistas, letristas y humoristas recurren a el. Constituye una fuente de informacion importante sobre la fijacion lexica, su corolario, lo que explica que numerosos linguistas se hayan interesado por este fenomeno que pertenece tanto a la semantica como a la sintaxis, pragmatica o psicolinguistica. Por lo que sabemos, su aplicacion didactica no ha sido aun objeto de muchas investigaciones. Sin embargo, la operacion de descodificacion de la deslexicalizacion, puramente linguistica, solicita la conciencia linguistica, discursiva y cultural que los locutores de un una lengua comparten, lo que la convierte en una herramienta interesante para desarrollar las habilidades interpretativas de los estudiantes y mejorar su competencia linguistica e intercultural. Por todo ello, presentamos en este articulo una serie de ejemplos de manipulaciones linguisticas, que analizamos como posible material didactico destinado a estudiantes de Grado en Estudios Franceses, basandonos en algunos conceptos teoricos de Igor Mel’cuk y en los aportes de la fraseodidactica. To our knowledge, however, its didactic dimension has not been the subject of much research. However, the purely metalinguistic deciphering operation of the frozenness requires the linguistic and cultural consciousness that the speakers of a language share, which makes it an interesting tool for developing students’linguistic and discursive competence and improving their intercultural competence. Thus, we will present in this paper a number of examples of linguistic manipulations and we will analyze them as didactic materials in the framework of a license in French philology at the UAB based on Mel’cuk theories and phraseodidactic approach.
