The specification of similarity coefficient in fuzzy management systems 模糊管理系统中相似系数的规范

The paper theoretically explains and shows the specification of similarity coefficient of the rules included in the fuzzy management systems. The presence of similarity between the rules and exception of useless ones for the further practical stages from the management systems is possible via the specification of similarity coefficient. The definition of this criterion creates the conditions for more effective employment of fuzzy model “If, then” in decision making and acquiring knowledge as well.
本文从理论上解释和说明了模糊管理系统中规则相似系数的规定。在管理系统的进一步实际阶段中,规则和无用规则的例外之间存在相似性,可以通过指定相似系数来实现。该准则的定义为模糊“如果,那么”模型在决策和知识获取中更有效的应用创造了条件。

The study of calculation of equivalent stress of details in oil field equipment 油田设备细部等效应力计算方法研究

The analysis of the specification of resistance of plastic details (thermosetting group, phenoplast, and aminoplastic with various fillers) and using the data on materials while manufacturing details of oil field equipment operated in conditions of Absheron region has been carried out. Based on the results, an experimental-theoretical method of definition of major criterion of quality (shrinkage strain, hardness, steadiness, surface roughness) of plastic details is offered. Developed technique in the structure of plastic details allows the estimation of predictable resource of details considering the conditions of their exploitation.

Up-to-date technologies of obtaining high-quality oils for automobile vehicles 获取高品质汽车用油的最新技术

The production of high-quality engine oils using the base oils of II and III groups is carried out according to API classification and foreign pocket of additives. III+ group oils of Shell are produced on Shell Pure Plus technology. These are ecological, innovative, and completely synthetic Shell Helix Ultra (5W-40), Shell 0W-20 oils enabling the reduction of fuel consumption and friction factor as well. The paper presents the major stages of obtaining oils according to the Shell Pure Plus (GTL – gas to liquid) technology. It is shown that the base oils of III group with a viscosity index 170 are obtained in three stages. A plant has been opened in Torzhok for the production of various sorts of high-quality engine and hydraulic oils.

Analysis of prediction methods of pressure decrease under drill bit while pulling-out drilling tool 拔钻时钻头下压力下降预测方法分析

The analysis of existing surveys associated with the occurrence of gas shows in the well drilling, for the elimination of which a great amount of cost and time spent has been carried out. The most widespread of them are the complications of gas shows while pulling-out of drilling tool from the well. It was revealed that to prevent such complications, it is necessary to reduce the pressure of drilling mud under the bit of pulled-out drill stem from the well. Existing methods of reducing the fluid pressure under the drill bit of a pulled-out drilling tool lie in the fill-up of drilling mud through the borehole annulus with special fill-up devices. Therefore, the fill-up is conducted through various quantities of pulled-out flares. Considering this, we offer a method of specification of reducing fluid pressure under the bit of pulled-out drill stem via squeezing the drilling mud through the drilling tubes. The fill-up period is defined from the graphics of continuous changes of shearing strength in time obtained during the periodic deterioration of structure in the moments of a maximum value of shearing strength via stirring the drilling mud in shearing rates corresponding to the speed of pulling-out of drilling tool. The article discusses the reasons for the occurrence of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits in production tubings and pipelines, the ways to eliminate the issues, and a novel reagent based on the aromatic solvents and modifiers (copolymer of polyethylene polyamine, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide based on glycerin) developed to solve the issue. The efficacy of the newly developed XL-6 reagent against asphaltene-resin-asphaltene deposits was determined, and the effect on non-Newtonian oil rheology was investigated. The efficiency of the developed new XL-6 reagent against asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits was studied in a comparative manner with the СНПХ-2005 reagent in the consumption interval of 50–450 g/t on the oils taken from the wells No. 2153 and 2364 of Neft Dashlari OGED (Oil-Gas Extraction Department). It has been established that XL-6 reagent at consumption of 300–350 g/t shows high efficiency against ARPD. The effectiveness of XL-6 reagent on the rheology of the studied oil at a flow rate of 300 g/t was studied. The studies were also carried out in comparison with the СНПХ -2005 reagent and crude oil.

The study of physical-chemical characteristics of produced water and water of other origins 采出水和其他来源水的物理化学特征的研究

The physical-chemical characteristics of water from various fields and those of different origins, the water samples prepared from the mixture of solvents with produced water, as well as the salts formed on the ionic composition of these samples and their amount are studied, the comparison of electric conductivity with the mineralization carried out as well. The studies justify that the data on the electric conductivity and specific electric resistance of water from various fields may be used in the interpretation of produced water. The specification of the probability of entering extraneous water into the well is possible via the regular control of the study results on electric conductivity and specific electrical resistance of produced water. These studies enable us to previously estimate the mineralization in short term as well.

Theoretic-methodological aspects of management of human capacity 人的能力管理的理论-方法方面

From the beginning of XXI century, the human resources started to be considered as a main aspect specifying the efficiency of the activity of a whole enterprise. The new role of the human in an enterprise and the quality changes in the economy turned the issues of an effective use of the human capacity and the advancement of the management mechanisms into an urgent task. The market relationships drastically changed the approaches to the solution of many economic issues, and foremost, the management of the human resources. A successful activity of an enteprise (in this case the industrial enterprises) is achieved due to the qualified staff which passed initial professional training, have an education, job skills, professional experience in the selected fields of activity. Only the personnel that have an idea of the purpose of its activity and aim for the achievement of a company’s goals can reach high results.

Development of facies model and comparison of Darvin kupesi and Pirallahi fields 库佩西油田与皮拉希油田相模型的建立与比较

The paper reviews two mature fields in long-term development. Both of them have a tectonically complicated structure. Although the fields have been developed since last century, they have quite large oil reserves. Due to this, the structural-lithologic framework of the fields, the lithofacies composition, the balance, and recoverable reserves, as well as the parameters of development have great significance. Our task is the specification and estimation of lithofacies properties of field data. The lithofacies of neighboring Darvin kupesi and Pirallahi fields have not been enough studied. The types of facies of sedimentary rocks of Girmaki, Lower Girmaki, and Gala suites have been researched and 3D models have been developed, the comparisons of the models have been carried out as well. As a result, the changes were observed both by the area and the depth.

Practical results of oils demulsification (in the context of Sargala oil field) 石油破乳的实际效果(以萨尔加拉油田为例)

It is known that the selection of an agent-demulsifier plays an important role for thermal-chemical demulsification. As a rule, for this purpose the “test in the bottle” method is applied. The practical results of the selection of demulsifiers for dehydration of oils in the context of Sargala oil field are reviewed. It was specified that EB-88006 and EPT-3675 demulsifiers are efficient agents for the dehydration and desalination in oil preparation for transportation in the context of Sargala oil field.
