This study explores heterochthonous monetary shocks' effect on the initial public offering market, employing excessive-frequency identity approach. Saengchote and Sthienchoak (2020) databank include 190 SBP official statement between 2001 and 2020. Modifications in 3-months fed futures, which can be negatively associated with Standard and Poor 500 within thirty-min window (15-minutes earlier, 15-minutes later) immediate SBP official statements, are categorized as traditional shocks. Contractionary shocks within the traditional logic cause a drop in the initial public offering undertaking. Opposed to, contractionary shocks that deliver the influential financial facts generate an upward thrust in initial public offering task. The setting apart traditional monetary shocks from state financial institution statistics shocks permits an ironic evaluation of monetary policies affecting initial public offering market. This study has added two major points to literature as it shows that monetary policy has impartial role in determining initial public offering market, also research shows that informational effect of financial shocks is as essential such as traditional effect in upsetting the initial public offering goings-on.

The current study tries to investigate concept of project risk management and project quality with moderating role of project culture. For this drive, data was collected from project managers & employees working in various project of southern districts of KP. Sample was determined over Yamani Formula. Results are analyzed through SPSS over correlation & regression. The findings indicate that project risk management has significant relation with project quality. But the project culture did not moderate relationship between project Risk Management and Project Quality. The current study for first time tries to obtained data from government construction projects about their rules and regulations for managing risk associated with project completion. This study suggests that the senior management of the project may prioritize the activities in the proper sequence to mitigate the risk of failure. All the employees must be educated and trained to understand the risk and how affectively they can respond to these risks. In this regard computer application for the soil selection, lab testing and affective quality management practices must be applied by organization to avoid the risk of failure.

Due to rapid changes in disease pattern, demand for advance healthcare services has been increased extensively in Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia, health facilities are provided free to general public. This has increased the burden of communicable and non-communicable diseases expenditure on ministry of health. On other hand, to private sector employee cooperative health insurance program is established. Saudi Government plan to extend this program to the public sector as well. In this study willingness to pay for health insurance opinion was taken from general public as they are main stakeholder. In case if government extend this private employer cooperative insurance program to other sectors whether people are willing to pay for private insurance or not. Non-probability convenience sampling technique was used to select sample size. Findings revealed that majority of people in Saudi Arabia have no chronic disease and likewise they have no private insurance ownership as well. On the basis of gender, education, income, insurance ownership, family size, chronic disease and obstacles people are significantly willing to pay for health insurance. Policy makers, & MoH can take benefits from findings of the current study and it would help them to formulate insurance premiums & provide additional source of funding for healthcare in Saudi Arabia.

This research paper offers the findings of a survey on much less researched regions of distance learning and studies during challenging situations for better schooling, all through the early COVID-19 pandemic (March-June 2020). The detailed assessment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, the use of AI in education, typical learning in the pandemic era, and the role of artificial intelligence in disease outbreak learning, are all important for both current and future residents, according to the findings. In the week of May 28 to June 2, whilst many academic institutions throughout the United States had been in their term, 80% of parents residing with youngsters stated that their beginners had made the use of online assets while in lockdown. Prevailing situations and strain are associated with gaining knowledge during epidemics, in addition to a dyslexia prognosis. Results of the Household Pulse survey display that low-earning families now no longer get the right of entry to online instructional assets for distance learning on the equal fee as the better-earning families.

In this paper, a micro grid based current sharing between parallelly connected second order Boost Converter and Interleaved Boost Converter is proposed. As the output of PV is not predictable, an MPPT based on the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) is used to manage the second order Boost Converter. To offer exact sharing of current between parallel modules in converters, a droop control mechanism is utilized. The PV system’s maximum power is tracked using a PI controller, so as to maintain constant DC link voltage at different temperature conditions. Using a PI assisted Bidirectional battery converter, the voltage of the battery is maintained. The nominal voltage for each converter is modified by comparing each converter’s output current to the total load current. The entire system is validated through a MATLAB simulation.
