With the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic, people over 65 became objects of special “care” and restrictions, which led to social exclusion a reduction in the living space, mobility and freedom, a decrease in the kinetic and social activity, and “secondary damage”. Following the materials of inter- views in two Russian regions (Ivanovo and Rostov regions), the authors define typical and special issues of older people, lifestyle changes in the conditions of COVID-19, reactions to restrictions and risks. An analysis of the experi- ence of the emotions feeling and reacting to changes in the “coronavirus” and “post-coronavirus” world shows the extreme heterogeneity of an elderly people group. The artificial age stratification frame of 65 years for all Russians without taking into account their own opinions, lifestyle characteristics, life goals and values, social, labor, medical, etc. status increases the segregation, exclusion, age inequality. The complexity of the social consequences of restrictions for elderly people gains newfound relevance for the application of the syndemic approach in the sociology of aging.

The article considers the United Nation Sustainable Development Goals in particular the goal No.5 – ensuring gender equality. It analyses differences in the implementation of those goals and objectives in different countries. A critical assessment is given of the “Voluntary National Review of the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” and provides data not used in the report related to the situation of women in the Russian Federation. The implementation of the following goals in relation to women is described: the ubiquitous elimination of all forms of discrimination; and violence; elimination of all harmful practices; ensuring the full and real participation and equal opportunities at all levels in political, economic and public life; ensuring universal access to sexual and reproductive health services. Conclusions are drawn about the main issues in ensuring gender equality in Russia, associated with the existence of different gender orders.

The article presents materials from a socio-gender empirical study of the attitude of YouTube users to the candidates for the post of President of the Russian Federation who participated in the 2018 elections. The elections are indicative of the gender imbalance. Of the 8 candidates – only 1 is a woman. YouTube, on request in the search bar “presidential debate 2018”, gave out four posts with millions of views. The videos were concerned with the most emotional moments of the elections. It was revealed that gender stereotypes affect the perception of the image of a political leader by Russians. The conducted sociogender study showed that the Internet has a huge information potential for gender sociology

The article analyzes the issues of work training (internship) for students getting educated in the areas of “man-sign”. In accordance with the socio-technological approach, a “man-sign” is an integral element of “mancreativity” and is distinguished by the creation and use of various sign systems. The paper analyzes the areas of study – design and architecture. To do so, the author solves the following tasks: 1) to analyze the scientific literature on the issues of work training (internship) in the field of design and architecture; 2) to identify universities that provide training in the specified specialties (profiles) of education; 3) to select universities for subsequent analysis of the features of work training (internship) in the specified specialties (profiles) of education; 4) conduct a series of in-depth interviews with employed graduates who were trained in the specified specialties (profiles) of education. The data obtained do not allow speaking about a cardinal deterioration or improvement in the state of affairs in the field of work practice. Nevertheless, the author identifies a number of issues including a shortened practice for a bachelor’s degree in architecture, limited practice bases, irrelevance and inconsistency of curricula and other educational documents on the websites of universities. In addition, during in-depth interviews, general and specific (characteristic only for designers and architects) issues of the effectiveness of production practices were also identified.

The article considers M. Heidegger’s deconstruction of the metaphysical foundations for the moral philosophy of modern times. Heidegger’s interpretation of Aristotle (together with an analysis of early Christianity) offers an original version of ontology combined with ethics. In such optics, Being and Time, like Nicomachean Ethics, is an ethical treatise: it is also based on an understanding of human ethos (from the Greek ἦθος, “temper, character, nest”) and reveals the characteristics of life structured by “proper”. During the Age of Enlightenment (17th–19th centuries), a paradigm shift occurred in the field of practical philosophy, associated with the transition from ethics (that is, ethos as a form of life with its practical and normative dimensions) to moral concepts based on individualism and the distinction between facts and values. The split between ontology and the teachings of morality made impossible any rational substantiation or justification of ethics. Unlike modernist theories of morality, which attempt to express impartial and value-free principles of individual behavior, Heidegger explores the conditions for the possibility of changing lifestyles. His understanding of ethics can be interpreted in an Aristotelian context, in which life in society (that is, being in a “shared world”) determines the ontological conditions that make ethical action possible. The philosopher reveals the existence of Dasein in the context of a certain perfectionist understanding: two modes are found in it, one of which is obviously more valuable (or perfect) than the other – at least due to a wider perspective and deep self-understanding. The fulfillment of “ethics” means revealing an individualizing (“owned”) way of disclosing the world, what implies sensitivity to the call of Being and a readiness in the midst of the world to transform one’s finiteness in order to become a “genuine” member of the historical community. In the ontological structure of Dasein, such way of being is fulfilled in special revealing “moods” (πάθη), which are not reducible either to empirical sensibility or to cognitive functions. The factual enactment of ethical values is expressed in resoluteness, steadfast adherence to the chosen historical heritage, sensitivity to all aspects of the existential situation. These characteristics of revealing “moods” form a list of metacultural virtues that are the basis for mutual understanding and dialogue between representatives of various “ethoses” of a fragmented society.

The article gives a brief description of the basic theories of feminism, analyzes the activities of a historically unprecedented number of women in the political process and public administration of modern European societies. Special attention is paid to the processes of ideologization and politicization of radical feminist concepts. Postmodern, globalist concepts of radical feminism destroy the traditional system of values based on the concept of complementarity of masculinity and femininity, which leads to anti-feminism, post-feminism. The radical feminist positions of women politicians in modern European societies allow concluding that the traditional gender principle “Men = war, women = peace” has collapsed

The article considers V.N. Lossky’s criticism of the teachings of Prot. S. Bulgakov in the context of the topic of the correlation of philosophy and theology. Examples of N.A. Berdyaev’s assessments of the state of contem- porary theology in Russia and encyclopedic definitions of the features of theol- ogy are given. Attention is drawn to the complexity of the issue and the lack of clear criteria by which Christian theology can be distinguished from Christian religious philosophy. In that connection, the criteria for such a distinction, which were proposed by V.N. Lossky, are considered: the need for “apophase” in theological research and the theologian’s stay in the mystical “stream” of the Tradition of the Church. V.N. Lossky linked those requirements necessary for the theologian to the concept of “ecclesiasticism”. Thus, he once again raised the question of the need to give a dogmatically precise definition of the Church and its “borders”. After a brief analysis of the formulation of a similar issue by E.N. Trubetskoy in the early twentieth century the author makes the principal conclusion that the concept of “boundaries of the Church”, as well as the criteria for distinguishing theology and religious philosophy, is apparently impossible to give a rational definition.
