The economy of India is a developing diverse economy. Nowadays, India grades second worldwide in farm production. Farming and connected areas like forestry and fisheries accounted for 13.7% of the GDP (gross domestic product) in 2013, about 50% of the workforce. The economic contribution of agriculture to Indias GDP is steadily declining with the countrys broad-based economic growth. Agriculture is the broadest economic sector and it has an importantplace in the overall socio-economic fabric of India. The prime concern being played is that deficiency of water, not just any water, but potable water. Agriculture automation [1] is the procedure of using several technical apparatuses to improve and automate agricultural dealings. This toolis essentially proposed to improve the labor-intensive and time-consuming agricultural procedures that farmers all over the world face. Farmers may gain more time and resources to devote in their properties with the support of farm automation and agriculture technology growths. This system is used to provide water to the field according to the need of soil by measuring the soil moisture level and atmospheric humidity level [2]. This systemavoids the wastage of water and electricity. The power consumption and water consumption can be controlled by a single motor, water tanks and some valves. Pump water to various water tanks by using single motor, valves and from multiple wells. The unauthorized persons intervention to the field, current atmospheric temperature level and moisture level of soil and animal attack can be remotely monitored and can be take necessary actions[3].

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a rare clinico-radiological syndrome, secondary to many diseases especially high blood pressure. First described by Hinchey in 1996, pathophysiology is not clear. Clinical manifestations are headache, seizures, altered mental state such as confusion or coma, and also visual disturbances, such as hemianopia, blurred vision, diplopia, or cortical blindness. We report the case of a Moroccan 47-years old patient who arrived at the ophthalmology emergency presenting a sudden vision loss and horizontal diplopia, associated with headache. General examination found a high blood pressure at 240/110mmhg. The funduscopy of both eyes found hypertensive retinopathy. A brain MRI was realized showing bilateral occipital cortex T2/fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) hyperintensities. The diagnosis of Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome was retained.

The amount of water utilized by the plant has a significant impact on its yield. In this regard, yield response factor (Ky) permits measuring yield decline as a function of evapotranspiration. As a result, the purpose of this study was to calculate Ky for the sunflower crop grown in North Nile Delta, Egypt and to calculate economic water productivity. Seasons 2021 and 2022 were studied. The experiment used a complete randomized block design with three replicates. W1 (50-55%), W2 (55-60%), and W3 (60-65%) maximum allowable depletion of available soil moisture (MAD of ASW) treatments were used. In total, the average two seasons (0.52 and 0.61) found for sunflower crop under W2&W3, respectively, demonstrated its strong sociability to water deficit. Its yield is substantially impacted by water availability, with average 0.65 & 0.47% loss in yield for every 1% reduction in evapotranspiration with w2 and w3 treatments, respectively. The treatment without stress, w1 (50-55% MAD of ASW), yielded the highest grain yield. However, after considering water and irrigation costs, it could conclude that other stressed treatments, W2&W3, were more cost-effective.

Introduction: Osteoarthritis of knee is the most common worldwide degenerative joint disease and is a common condition associated with pain and morbidity which significantly impacts the patients mobility and quality of life. It is treated by use of exercises, weight reduction, walking supports, bracing, topical and oral NSAID, intra-articular (IA) injections of corticosteroids and blood-derived products, including platelet-rich-plasma. An autologous blood product containing a high percentage of various growth factors (GFs), cytokines and modulating factors as PRP has shown promising results in achieving this goal. The aim of this prospective study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections in patients affected by knee osteoarthritis (KOA) of grades from 1 to 3 Kellgren‑Lawrence (KL) grading. Materials and Methods: In this study a total of 30 patients, radiologically confirmed with knee osteoarthritis. All patients were managed with intra-articular platelet rich plasma injection. The pain and function of the target knee were evaluated by the VAS, KSS and IKDC scales at the baseline, 1 week, 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 weeks, 24 weeks and 48 weeks after treatment. Results: In this study, there was reduction of 5 ± 0.4 and 4 in mean VAS from baseline was found after 24 and 48 weeks after treatment. A significant function improvements of 32.10±1.5 and 21.4±4.9 in mean KSS from baseline was seen after 24 and 48 weeks respectively after treatment. Similarly a significant function improvements of 47.1±3.9 and 32.1±4.6 in mean IKDC from baseline was seen after 24 and 48 weeks respectively after treatment. Conclusion: Intra articular platelet rich plasma produce superior outcomes for symptomatic management in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis grade I, II and III, including improved pain management, less joint stiffness and better participation in daily activity.

Background and purpose:Osteoarthritis(OA) is a progressive degenerative condition resulting from the cartilage wear and tear that leads to knee joint deformities and functional limitations. Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) has become the gold standard treatment for surgically managing knee osteoarthritis, but physical rehabilitation after surgery is critical for returning function to pre-surgery levels. The purpose of this case report is to describe the effectiveness of physical therapy intervention and report outcomes following a right TKA. Case Description:The present case report describes the 12-week outpatient physical therapy rehabilitation of an 86-year-old woman who underwent right-sided TKA. She suffered from knee pain and limited ambulating speed since three years. During outpatient rehabilitation patient received treatment for improving functional mobility, ROM, strength, and gait training. Outcomes:During course of 12 weeks of physical therapy rehabilitation improvement was seen in pain from 2/10 to 0/10 on NPRS, flexion ROM from 110degrees to 130 and strength from 3-/5 to 4/5 on MMT. Additional outcome measures that showed improvement includes Time Up and Go Test (TUG) for mobility from 16.5 to 14.97 seconds and gait speed 0.6 m/s to 0.78 m/s. She was able to accomplish both short-term and long-term goals. Discussion:This study supports that early mobilization and therapeutic exercises in post knee arthroplasty can improve functional outcomes and help patient to return to the prior level of function. Although, it is recommended that further research is needed to be done on a larger population to establish its effectiveness.
