Camellia sinensis is extensively cultivated in most regions of the world. Camellia sinensis is known to have several pharmacological effects such as hypoglycemia, hypocholestrolemia, antioxidant, laxation, fungicide and appetite stimulation. Extraction of Camellia sinensis was done in Analytical lab of GC University Faisalabad. After extraction the extract were subjected to phytochemical analysis.

Diabetes is a chronic condition that causes several diseases. Type 1 and Type 2 dependent diabetes are shown more concern in today’s world. Type1 dependent patients suffers from inability of the Beta cells to produce insulin whereas Type 2 dependent patients suffers from insufficient insulin production. Diabetic Retinopathy, Nephropathy, Critical Limb Ischemia and impaired glucose tolerance are some of the major risk factors of Diabetes. Diabetic Retinopathy is a major complication of Diabetes causing blindness in working age adults. This article discusses some research methods involved in the generation of Beta cells carried out by certain authors, hypothesis and future works in this field.

The pulp and paper industry has a great impact in the world. It has been manufactured for ages and ages, it is still booming up as industry in small scale and large scale levels. Despite the fact that they produce printing and writing papers, paper rolls, packaging material etc. they also produce large amount of waste materials from their Industry by Manufacturing. This when left untreated leads to environmental pollution, harsh contamination and so on. As every industry has its own waste water treatment methods to recycle, reuse and reduce pollution. This Industry also has its own criteria to carry out the process of waste water treatment, yet it lags in being efficient in it. By the sources collected and compared with other kinds of industries it is listed that pulp and paper manufacturing industry is one of the top most industries to produce large volumes of waste water which has degradable organics at higher level. Hence this paper aims to study the manufacturing process, waste water components released and its effect on environment, the treatment methods carried out and how it can be improvised efficiently in forthcoming days

Although several clinical trials are now underway to test possible therapies, the issue of reliable therapy for COVID-19 remains debatable. We report here the new approach to individual selection of Dexamethasone and Ribavirin doses used in COVID-19 therapy. For the first time “the device for transmission of Ribavirin pharmacological properties to a human body” was used to eliminate the virus from the COVID-19 patients' body quickly and safely. Dexamethasone and Ribavirin are included in the WHO List of Essential Medicines. The proposed methods of “medicament testing” as well as the application of “the device for transmission of Ribavirin pharmacological properties to a human body” need further investigation for possible benefits for coronavirus infection therapy.

GeoGebra mathematical software is the best alternative way of teaching and learning calculus in 21 st century by exploration and visualization. This software opposes the traditional teaching and learning method, or solution only approaches and make the teaching and learning process more active in the classroom which goes with the constructive approach of teaching and learning methods. The study aims to implement the GeoGebra mathematical software/technological tool/ oriented lesson plan in classroom using some developed steps and list out some criteria that the teacher may need to know to implement this dynamic software in his or her classroom. Finally, the study also put the recommendations of the study.

— This research paper concerns the machine learning approach for tea bud leaf identification. The tea bud identification is most important for the process of automated tea leaves grading machines. In the present situation, there are no methods to identify the tea bud leaf separately from the main tea leaf. Unfortunately developing of mechanism for identification process is impossible because the plucked tea leaves not in the same condition. Therefore, the identification is needs intelligent practice to detect the tea bud leaf. In this research, the machine learning object detection technique is developed and successfully used for identify tea bud leaf and the capability of this proposed technique is validated through experimental results obtained by performing experiments by using MATLAB software. According to results, the proposed methodology provides 55% of overall accuracy for identification.
