We presented the case of a 32-year-old woman with a history of two early pregnancy losses and previous cesarean delivery 2012. had a laparoscopic repair of the cesarean niche in 2018, she experienced an intrauterine fetal demise at 27 weeks in her subsequent pregnancy, leading to medical management with Misoprostol. In 2023 with new pregnancy at 39 weeks and 6 days gestation, she presented with lower abdominal pain, necessitating emergency management with cesarean section due to a scar dehiscence-like pouch. A baby girl was delivered with favorable outcomes. This case underscores the importance of early diagnosis and appropriate management of cesarean niche pregnancy to prevent maternal complications. Early recognition and prompt intervention are crucial for optimizing outcomes in cesarean niche pregnancies.

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed a spectrum of pulmonary complications, ranging from acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) to long-term sequelae such as interstitial lung disease (ILD). Post-COVID ILD presents a novel challenge, characterized by a broinammatory process that differs from traditional ILDs. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of post-COVID ILD, exploring its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, and therapeutic considerations. We delve into the interplay between viral infection, dysregulated immune responses, and brotic pathways, shedding light on the mechanisms underlying disease progression. Clinical phenotypes and radiological patterns of post-COVID ILD are elucidated, emphasizing the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration for accurate diagnosis and management. By synthesizing current evidence and clinical insights, this article aims to enhance clinicians' understanding of post-COVID ILD, facilitating optimized care for affected individuals in the post-pandemic era. The Material and Methods: study was a retrospective, observational cross-sectional study conducted in JNUIMSRC, Jaipur, Rajasthan. A total of 15 patient cases who presented to the Outpatient Department of JNUIMSRC, Jaipur from August 2022 to March 2023, with symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, chest pain and dyspnea with symptom history of more than 3 months were evaluated using High resolution computed tomography. We assessed the clinical symptoms and radiological patterns of the cases to determine the trajectory of the disease. This study included patients of all ages and genders who presented with symptoms of dyspnea, cough and chest pain with symptom duration > 3 months with a clinic-radiological diagnosis of COVID-19 infection who consented to be a part of this study. Rising incidents of various psychological problems even self-harm among adolescents is an increasing concern globally for which a descriptive study was undertaken to assess the perceived parental pressure for academic success and associated psychological problems among the students of the selected higher secondary school, West Bengal. The adopted conceptual framework was based upon the Stress bucket model (2002) and represented in the Input-process-output model (1973). From government- aided school, convenience sample of 100 higher secondary students responded through paper-pencil test. The study ndings by using descriptive and inferential statistics revealed that 17% perceived high parental pressure and 68% perceived medium parental pressure; 22% students were extremely severe depressed, 35% were having extremely severe anxious and 11% were having extremely severe stress. Calculated 'r' of perceived parental pressure with three domain wise psychological problems i.e. depression/anxiety/stress were 0.553/0.495/0.582 respectively (moderate positive associations.) There are signicant associations between level of perceived parental pressure with father's educational status, mother's occupational status, number of siblings; all the three domain wise psychological problems were associated with father's occupational status and only anxiety domain with mother's educational status, mother's occupational status. Recommendations for future studies are large sample size, in different settings, comparative design, at least one intervention and evaluation.

In a comprehensive prospective study involving 50 participants, the efcacy of Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) without the use of anterior plating was evaluated for the treatment of cervical disc herniation. The study's ndings, observed over a 1-year follow-up period, revealed that a substantial majority, 96%, experienced complete relief from radicular pain, and 91% reported signicant functional improvements. The data further highlighted a notable enhancement in patients' quality of life, as evidenced by a marked improvement in Neck Disability Index (NDI) scores from 11% at the 3-month mark to 7% at the conclusion of the study. Additionally, EQ-5D scores, indicative of overall health status, reached an optimal level of 5.0. The incidence of surgical complications and the need for subsequent procedures due to adjacent segment disease were found to be minimal. These promising outcomes underscore the potential of ACDF without plating as a viable, minimally invasive therapeutic option for individuals suffering from cervical disc herniation, emphasizing the necessity for extended research to further validate these preliminary ndings. This prospective study is aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) without plating in patients with cervical disc prolapse. The study was conducted over a period of one year, encompassing 50 cases that underwent ACDF without anterior plating. The primary objective was to assess the effectiveness of this less invasive surgical approach in terms of pain relief, functional recovery, fusion rates, and overall patient satisfaction.

The four different dengue virus strains known as DENV 1-4 can cause dengue fever when they infect a person. Risk of suffering dengue hemorrhagic fever-dengue shock syndrome increases when there is co-circulation of multiple serotypes. Acute phase sera from suspected cases of fever were tested for the presence of DENV serotypes. A total of 169 serum samples were tested for the presence of NS1 antigen and positive samples were subjected to Serotyping. Of these, 41 (24.2%) were positive for NS1 antigen and DENV Serotyping by Conventional PCR showed 36.5% had DENV serotypes. All the serotypes were found Co-circulating with DENV 1 60%, followed by DENV 2 serotype with 20% respectively. Among 15 virus positive samples, single infection with DENV 1 was found in 9(60%) samples, DENV 2 in 3(20%) samples, doubly infected with (DENV 3+DENV 4)in 1(6.6%) and (DENV 1 + DENV 4) in 1(6.6%) sample and triple infection with (DENV 1 + DENV 3 + DENV 4) was noticed in 1(6.6%) sample. This study provided more information on the dengue serotype distribution in Vijayawada. Infecting dengue serotype and Co-circulation of different serotypes play an important role in disease severity among individuals infected with the virus.

Introduction: Magnetic Resonance Urography (MRU) is a relatively new and developing technique for the evaluation of obstructive uropathy. It offers unique advantages in terms of safety, particularly in patients where exposure to radiation and contrast are of concern. Aims and objectives: The current study aims to evaluate the diagnostic value of SS-FSE and 3D-FSE techniques of MRU in identifying the varied etiology of obstructive uropathy (OU) and grading the level of obstruction. Materials and methods: A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted using demographic and clinical data of obstructive uropathy (OU) patients (n=30) who underwent Magnetic Resonance Urography (MRU) evaluation using SS-FSE and 3D-FSE sequences after informed consent was obtained. Individual case details documented included age, gender, complaint, location of lesion/obstruction, laterality, hydronephrosis grade, blood urea and serum creatinine, urinary pH, calcium, and oxalates levels. Statistical analysis of the data thus documented in a Microsoft Excel sheet was performed using Version 25 SPSS. Results: The study showed calculus obstruction as the leading cause of uropathy in the study population (76.7%, n=23 out of 30 patients) with distal ureter being the most commonly obstructed (39%, n=9 out of 23 patients). Our analysis revealed the overall diagnostic accuracy of SS-FSE (n=22, 95.7%) and 3D FSE (n=23,100%) sequences when used in conjunction to be very similar to that of CT (n=23,100%) in evaluating etiology. Conclusion: The study concludes that both the MRU sequences of single-shot fast echo and three-dimensional fast spin echo sequence have signicantly high diagnostic value in identifying etiology and grading obstructive uropathy (OU). Further advancements in Magnetic Resonance Urography (MRU) sequences can play a major role in developing a comprehensive protocol or even single step investigation for evaluation of Obstructive uropathy.

Aims and objectives:\u0000The current study aims to evaluate the diagnostic value of SS-FSE and 3D-FSE techniques of MRU in identifying the varied etiology of obstructive\u0000uropathy (OU) and grading the level of obstruction. Materials and methods: A prospective cross-sectional study was conducted using\u0000demographic and clinical data of obstructive uropathy (OU) patients (n=30) who underwent Magnetic Resonance Urography (MRU) evaluation\u0000using SS-FSE and 3D-FSE sequences after informed consent was obtained. Individual case details documented included age, gender, complaint,\u0000location of lesion/obstruction, laterality, hydronephrosis grade, blood urea and serum creatinine, urinary pH, calcium, and oxalates levels.\u0000Statistical analysis of the data thus documented in a Microsoft Excel sheet was performed using Version 25 SPSS. Results: The study showed\u0000calculus obstruction as the leading cause of uropathy in the study population (76.7%, n=23 out of 30 patients) with distal ureter being the most\u0000commonly obstructed (39%, n=9 out of 23 patients). Our analysis revealed the overall diagnostic accuracy of SS-FSE (n=22, 95.7%) and 3D FSE\u0000(n=23,100%) sequences when used in conjunction to be very similar to that of CT (n=23,100%) in evaluating etiology. Conclusion: The study\u0000concludes that both the MRU sequences of single-shot fast echo and three-dimensional fast spin echo sequence have signicantly high diagnostic\u0000value in identifying etiology and grading obstructive uropathy (OU). Further advancements in Magnetic Resonance Urography (MRU) sequences\u0000can play a major role in developing a comprehensive protocol or even single step investigation for evaluation of Obstructive uropathy.

Human milk banking has been serving the golden purpose of reaching out to the sick or needed babies by supplying the breast milk. This study was conducted aiming at student nurses understanding and attitude towards human milk banking. A cross sectional descriptive study design was adopted to assess the knowledge of 126 nal year GNM and BSc nursing students selected by convenient sampling and the the information required were collected using socio-demographic sheet; knowledge ascertained by self- structured questionnaire and attitude by Likert scale. Study ndings revealed that majority of nursing students 61.10% had average, 36.50% poor and only 2.40% good knowledge regarding human milk banking whereas 55.6% had satisfactory and 44.4% good attitude towards the human milk banking. There was a signicant correlation found between the nursing students' knowledge and attitude towards human milk banking (p1.68008e-10). There's need for further improvement in knowledge of nursing students by training and hands on experience in the functioning of human milk banking.
