In the modern world, one of the most important criteria for assessing the success and effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity is the amount of profit and the level of profitability. High income is the main interest of the owner and the ultimate goal of the business. The process of profit formation is quite complex, since the amount of profit is influenced by many factors. Profit and profitability depend on production, marketing, investment and financial activities; this is due to the fact that these indicators affect all aspects of economic activity. However, without competent management and a team of specialists, the business cannot develop independently. Only an experienced manager will be able to achieve high performance and promote the company to a new level.

Organization of work at enterprises in the era of digital transformation and the coronavirus pandemic 数字化转型和冠状病毒大流行时代的企业工作组织

The article deals with the transformation of work organization options at enterprises in the context of digital environment and the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. The influence of digitalization and automation on the organization of the labor process in the company is analyzed; the advantages of using the joint work of robotic technology and humans are outlined. The changes in the system of labor relations between the manager and the subordinate are revealed; a new economic model of employment, i.e. gig economy, is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of using remote methods of work for the customer and the contractor are given. The influence of the COVID-19 virus, which served as a catalyst for the emergence of new forms of labor organization, is paid special attention to. The practical significance of the work lies in the analysis of the organization of the workflow by Google during the pandemic and the study of digital solutions implemented in the work of the advanced Russian holding SIBUR.
