Gamification is one of the topics that is currently being discussed again since the online learning policy was implemented due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One thing that has caught the attention of researchers is the growing popularity of Discord. An application originally created for communication in online games is currently being converted to support online learning activities. Thus, this paper examines the gamification process of Discord in the realm of education by reviewing various papers on the use of Discord for learning purposes. The result shows that Discord, which was initially intended for gaming purposes, can assist online learning. Moreover, Discord's gamification process does not lie in the general components such as points, leaderboards, and badges, but in how this application can create a dynamic-gaming atmosphere for students, just like when they are playing online games.

Tween Tribune is an online website that provides daily news articles for children, teenagers, and teachers. The purpose of this study is to classify articles based on the level of article popularity based on comments and the number of viewers available on Tween Tribune. The clustering of these categories is carried out using the k-Means Clustering method. The data classification process uses the k Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The classification results show that articles in the popular category contain the most commented and assigned data. Furthermore, it is shown by the reasonable result of the classification accuracy of 87.58%.

This study examined the effectiveness of online learning in higher education institutions following the new health protocol regulation to slow the spread of Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Multi-channel learning is a unique implementation of the online learning system conducted by BINUS University. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectancy Confirmatory Model (ECM) was adopted to examine the effectiveness and the antecedent of student’ continuance intention of multi-channel learning. One hundred seventy-six students were participating in our online survey. The result concludes that students' confirmation of the effectiveness of multi-channel learning could lead to satisfaction, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. In addition, the result found that satisfaction could mediate the effect of students' confirmation of their intention to continue using multi-channel learning in the future. The findings provide a comprehensive model to measure and examine the relationship between variables adopted from TAM and ECM. The findings should also give insight to higher education institutions on manage and develop their online learning system.

This research aims to test the validity of constructs and reliability of research instruments related to online social interaction in assessment as learning studies. The respondents involved in this study were 200 students at the State University of Malang. The instrument is developed using the Likert scale with five answer options. Data from The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) measurement showed a figure of 0.865, which falls into a good category and a communalities value of all grains over 0.4. Related to the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient value of 0.925 indicates very reliable. The results showed that the instrument could be used for one of the related data looking at social interactions from online learning in which there is an assessment process in learning. There are seven components of instruments related to online social interaction, namely (1) Quality and quantity of interaction, (2) Online learning and social interaction, (3) Group task evaluation, (4) Individual learning, (5) Learning motivation, (6) Sense of humor and feeling, and (7) Self-reflection.

Assessment of learning is an important learning component for educators to consider. A good assessment must meet objective, transparent, easy to use, effective, and efficient principles. This study aimed to investigate teachers' perceptions of online assessment modes using online quiz applications. The research method used was to use the survey method after respondents used online assessment examples. The questionnaire data were processed using a simple statistical analysis. The results showed that teachers liked using online assessments and were interested in using them in learning activities. The research has implications for the massive adoption of online assessments in the learning process during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Quizizz and Quizalize media on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study were 4th-grade students of Elementary School Pius Pekalongan with a sample of 51 students. This type of research is a quasi-experimental using non-equivalent control group design. The results of this study are based on the objectives, including (1) the use of media quizizz is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of 4th-grade elementary school students in reading and interpreting data in the form of bar charts; (2) the use of Quizalize media is effective on the mathematics learning outcomes of 4th-grade elementary school students in reading and interpreting data in the form of bar charts, and (3) there is no significant difference in the mean of the two samples, meaning that the two classes with different samples and media both experienced an increase in learning outcomes.

Technological progress is overgrowing, which facilitates various aspects of human life, including the world of education, where the application of technology is very supportive of the effectiveness of students in learning compared to only using books as a source of knowledge. Based on the results of interviews at Senior High School 2 Pringsewu, it can be concluded that the limited learning media needed to deliver lessons, especially the subject of Biology of Motion Systems in Humans, to students. And also, the lack of use technology such as smartphones has not been maximized, so Augmented Reality technology is needed. Therefore, this study aims to produce a learning media application based on Android Mobile using augmented reality technology. Furthermore, it focuses on Motion System Biology in Humans, namely the Framework expected with Augmented Reality technology to help introduce System Biology subjects interactively. Therefore, movement in Humans is the Framework and also innovations in the world of education today.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires attractive learning media for online learning. According to the initial needs analysis, fifth- grade elementary school students were less interested in studying social sciences. As a result, the writer developed digital comics as an alternative to social studies learning material on Indonesia's geographical characteristics. The development of an ADDIE model was used toconduct this research. The data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The digital comics developed in this study were validated by three experts, namely material, language, and media experts. The validation of material obtained a percentage of 83%, categorized as good category, 88% for language validation which was categorized as very good category, and media experts with the percentage of 80%, categorized as a good category. Furthermore, the developed digital comic was properly used and was an interesting learning media solution in social studies learning, notably during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The disciplines of engineering are positioned at the cutting edge of innovation and play a crucial role in the development of society. In this paper, we present a Teaching-Learning Methodology in engineering disciplines called Engineering Service-Learning, which aims to improve engineering learning and develop the competencies of engineering students. This study aims at defining engineering service-learning and its objectives as well as cite and compare its implementations. These engineering service-learning projects provided sustainable services to the local community which contributed to its development and the achievement of the sustainable development goals, and it provides a real opportunity for engineering students to apply various engineering learnings.
