Telemedicine gained a special impetus after the wide spread of information technology (IT). The use of information technology offers the healthcare industry a huge potential to solve its most important problem. The importance of using Industry 4.0 technologies in medicine is highlighted, which contributes to the introduction of digitalization elements in healthcare and medical services. The application areas and advantages of 3D printing, medical robots, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence are given. Phases of telemedicine development from the middle of the 19th century to modern times are given. Systematic use of Industry 4.0 tools will contribute to the correct clinical decisions, give the patient and the clinic adequate access to health records, improve the accuracy and reliability of these records, and contribute to the collection, systematization and analysis of quality service data. In this case, the joint use of such technologies as artificial intelligence, gene editing, advanced robotics, which have actually removed the previously existing boundaries between the physical, digital and biological worlds, is of crucial importance.

In modern conditions, the instability of the environment has a sharp impact on the company's activities, as well as increases the probability of the risks that accompany such changing conditions. The article presents the definition of risk and its classification. The risk is grouped according to different signs and given in the form of a table. The content of the risk problem is shown schematically. Insurance (hedging) is a means of defense against risks. The main part of risks - these are the risks related to the company's activities. One of the mathematical models of the organization's optimal risk management mechanism, which ensures the maximum effectiveness of the activity at the level of acceptable risk for the enterprise, is discussed. It is noted in the paper that one of the approaches to investment decisions under risk conditions is often used in foreign practice, the utility function (SF), which subjectively reflects the dependence of the utility of investment results on the costs incurred for its adoption. Using the simplified version of SF and the linear optimization model proposed by us. Through it, it is possible to select the project providing the highest projected income. Here is an example of a similar approach.

Georgian artisanal tenili cheese belongs to pasta filatatype cheeses made by hand in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Southern Georgia. Microbiological, physicalchemical characteristics and acceptance of tenili cheese by the consumers in Georgia. Tenili cheese samples made with different technologies (traditional, non-traditional), ripened in different utensils (clay pot, glass jar) at different ripening periods (1/2/3/5 month) were analyzed on microbiological, chemical, texture, color and sensory characteristics. According to the results techniques applied during processing and utensils for ripening directly influence its microbiological, chemical, color, texture and sensory characteristics. Higher number of lactic acid- and propionic acid bacteria withal the chemical composition is a precondition for using tenili cheese as a functional food. Non-traditionally made tenili cheese received higher approval of Georgian population due to its characteristics (higher fat content, stronger fibrous structure and intense color) compared to traditionally made cheese.

This article is written on the basis of the assessment-research of social programs of selected 7 municipalities in 2021-2022. The purpose of conducting research was to extent self-governmental social programs, responded to the needs of children and families with children in the second-third year after the adoption of the "Child's Rights Code". As a result of the research, it was revealed that the analysis of social security programs shows that the emphasis in the social security programs of the population, including families with children, is on one-time financial assistance, or on covering the costs of medical and social services. At the municipal level, at this stage of the development of children and family services, it is important to pay more attention to such an important direction as non-monetary support for families and, in particular, support for positive parenting.

The complex of concepts describing unified system of national security, threats, risks, challenges, and the resisting counter-system, is the most problematic aspect of the methodology of ensuring and studying national security. It should be clarified what sphere is given to the theory of national security in the system of scientific knowledge. It is important to determine its relationship with both the specialized theories of security and social, humanitarian, natural science, etc. It should be specified: which field of scientific knowledge does the theory of national security belong to, which sciences are its philosophical and methodological foundations, which sciences does it interact with, and for which it acts as an ideological and methodological landmark. It is of great importance to fully understand the general theory of national security, because it allows to clearly outline the mechanisms and processes specific to the field of national security of Georgia.

The purpose of this study was to discuss and analyze different methods of assessment of leader's personality traits, individual psychological characteristics and leadership style. Scientists and researchers use different methods to assess the personality and psychological characteristics of a leader. This research focused primarily on methods developed by prominent American scientists (Margaret Herman, James David Barber, and David A. Winter). As a result of the research, it was established that it is quite possible to obtain information on the personal qualities and psychological characteristics of the leader remotely, without meeting him. Marguerite Herman developed a method for assessing the personality traits of leaders, known as Personality Assessment-at-a-Distance. This method allows us to remotely assess the leader's personal qualities and individual psychological characteristics based on the analysis of his public speeches and conversations.

Finding the optimal solution has always been, is and will be one of the urgent tasks in science and technology. The possibility of using analytical methods for calculating the optimal values of the parameters of some simple building structures are discussed. The Wolfram program is used in order to increase the accuracy of solving problems and reduce the calculation time, which will largely facilitate the user's work in the results analysis.

The 21st century is characterized by the development of new research innovations and technologies in agriculture which is ultimately aimed at overcoming the poverty of the world population and solving the food problem. Agricultural information plays a major role in overcoming this problem which is considered as an essential source of agriculture where the government, policymakers, decision-makers, researchers, teachers, students, scientists, managers, and farmers are the potential users (Zaman, 2002). The work deals with the study of the models of information-consulting centers in developed countries. It highlights the coordinated work of farmers, consulting services, and researchers which is shown by their mutual cooperation, sharing of research results with farmers, introduction of innovation, and a unified vision. In the above target groups (farmer-extensionist-scientistresearcher), we studied the current situation in Georgia, as a result of which gaps were identified, which prevents open, transparent, and effective cooperation between them, and mutual exchange of information and knowledge. Based on international experiences, we have proposed a model and recommendations that will contribute to the improvement of the country's agro-information systems and the effective work of the agricultural sector.

The effectiveness of the scientific publications of the Georgian Technical University included in the Crossref online scientific research global network is evaluated according to the results of the monthly reports provided by the agency to the publisher and covers a period of more than three years. The reports confirm that correct publication metadata are sent from the GTU to the Agency – in most cases, resolutions attempts and successful resolution counts by document are matching or are close to each other, no duplicate DOIs or wrong DOIs have been reported. The search space of the scientific publications of the GTU was defined, the average monthly number of resolutions was determined. The maximum successful resolution counts is 1,130, the maximum failures make 45. The top-rated publication of the 2021-2022 GTU works was identified; the successful resolution counts by the publication title were determined. GTU publications were looked up by 5,254 respondents in 2021, and by 6,089 in 2022. In addition to the Works of GTU, in the search system there are also registered and DOI assigned 15 thematic scientific periodicals of GTU. In the future, it is planned to identify the publications included in them, which will significantly increase their visibility and popularity.
