At the present stage of the development of society, knowledge becomes the means of formation of a competent person, possessing the skills to achieve a common or personal goal, as well as to solve problems. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has launched monitoring studies to document the process of developing competencies in primary school students who are studying within the framework of the reform of the New Ukrainian School. The analytical materials presented in the article use statistical data collected in the course of one of the monitoring studies conducted by the SSI "Institute of Educational Analytics" in 2021. Analyzing the answers of third-grade teachers and taking into account the martial law situation in Ukraine, we focused on the social and emotional sphere of development of students. This sphere includes a group of mental abilities, allowing to form students communicative and anti-stress potentials, adaptive abilities and general mood. The results of the study showed that nine out of ten third-graders (89,1 %) experienced positive changes in their social and emotional development during the three years of study. This gives rise to a certain optimism since the military aggression of the russian federation in Ukraine has a significant effect on the emotional aspect of the child and if the children have already developed certain skills of stress resistance, it will allow them to react better in a stressful situation. The least developed (69,5 %) among the third-graders was the cognitive sphere, which is also an important characteristic of the intellectual development of the individual and contributes to the formation of internal self-regulation. Given the results obtained, the organization of psychological support for primary school students becomes relevant during the military situation. In addition, certain patterns were discovered and presented in the article. For example, the greatest influence on the cognitive and socio-emotional development of students is the desire of their parents to engage in leisure activities for their children or other assistance to teachers in organizing educational activities.

The article examines the employment of graduates of higher education economic institutions. The aim of the article is to define the factors determining the competitiveness of economic higher education institutions’ graduates in the domestic labor market, their impact on employment, as well as to substantiate the directions of overcoming the existing problems in this area. It has been established that three groups of factors have a significant impact on the process of employment of economic higher education institutions’ graduates: the main trends of the domestic educational market; imbalances characteristic of the Ukrainian labor market; finally, the level of professional training of the graduate who is looking for a job. Over a long period of time, public consciousness has formed an idea about the «universal» nature of economic education. As a consequence, domestic HEIs (regardless of their main profile) actively offered various educational programs of economic orientation on the market. Under such conditions only in recent years, the reputation and prestige of HEIs have become a weighty factor influencing the choice of employers. Under the conditions of open armed aggression, the participants of the educational market faced complex tasks, connected both with the relocation of a number of institutions and with the change of priorities in the labor market, and with the significant migration of potential applicants and students outside Ukraine. Solving them largely depends on an effective public policy in the field of education (including optimization of the number of HEIs), as well as the ability of economic universities to transform their own strategy on the educational market in Ukraine.

The article reflects an axiological aspect of the development of the spirituality of participants in pedagogical interaction. Scientific works are analyzed on the study of objective factors that actualize the problem of the development of values and spirituality. The purpose of the article is to study the level of spirituality, potential and values of teachers, to determine the psychological characteristics of the formation of spiritual and moral values of teachers, and to determine the axiological aspect of personal development. According to the purpose of our study, we used a system of valid psychodiagnostic techniques (observations, interviews, questionnaires, test methods, sociometric data of fellow teachers), as well as a group of data processing methods (qualitative and quantitative analysis, determination of correlations). It’s concluded that the initial level of the development of teachers’ spiritual values is 21,8 %, the spirituality of teachers is 193 %, and the spiritual potential of teachers is 17,5 %. It means that almost a quarter of teachers with an initial level of spiritual development often focus on individualistic values. They are characterized by weak self-control, impulsiveness, low level of empathy and moral norms, unmotivated sense of rivalry, increased antisocial activity (intrigue, rebellion), violation of the hierarchy of motives and values and spiritual regulation, and inability to higher spiritual qualities. They want to deepen the theoretical and practical levels of spirituality, but, unfortunately, do not make adequate efforts for self-development. Educators with an average level of development of spiritual values, spirituality and spiritual potential do not always possess the stability and consistency of the value system of personality, but they adequately assess their qualities of character, level of development of culture and values, and can identify their shortcomings, etc. Teachers with sufficient and higher levels of development of spiritual values, spirituality and spiritual potential can effectively solve spiritual and moral problems and professional tasks of the educational process. They consciously try to acquire spiritual and moral knowledge and update professional values in their own activities. According to the results of statistical processing, the development of teachers' values correlates directly with the focus on altruism. Having a willingness to give up their interests for the good of others, and developed self-awareness, and responsibility, teachers work on the development of spirituality. We see the prospect of further research in the in-depth study of the interaction of participants in pedagogical interaction, modification and improvement of development programs, and development of innovative technologies that would contribute to the formation and development of axiological aspects of a person’s spirituality.

The article substantiates the need to improve the level of education in the field of cyber security, financial and digital literacy as a factor in reducing risks in the crypto market. The authors describe global socio-economic trends of the rapid development of digitalization of social life; highlight the problems caused by the low level of financial and digital literacy; analyze the publications of scholars on financial and digital literacy in the field of cryptoassets circulation, as well as the impact of financial literacy on investment decision-making; assess the practical developments of Ukrainian regulators in creating institutional and legal frameworks for improving the level of financial and digital literacy, as well as cyber security. The authors argue that the actions of educational managers should be aimed at ensuring the improvement of financial literacy, digital competences and cybersecurity skills for middle school students in the general secondary education institutions of Ukraine. The authors note that the educational content should also be developed in accordance with the State Standard of Basic Secondary Education of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) in terms of acquiring key competencies and cross-cutting skills. This will allow students: think critically and systematically when making financial and investment decisions, which will ensure the future well-being and financial stability of the household; solve a wide range of problems with the widespread use of digital technologies; assess the risks of working in cyberspace using the cybersecurity skills acquired during the course; increase the level of knowledge gained in adulthood in the context of lifelong learning. It is concluded that it is expedient to increase the level of financial literacy, digital competences and cybersecurity skills for students of secondary schools in Ukraine. The authors also emphasize that the introduction of such a combined training course will ensure preventive activities and potentially reduce the burden on law enforcement agencies in terms of investigating financial, crypto and cybercrime, which are primarily related to the lack of awareness of citizens.
